Never going back. Apparently this is no longer a walk in clinic. You have to book an appointment. Wasted 30 bucks on a ride to get here only to get shoed away. Thanks a lot.

Pharmacy staff are absolutely VILE the girl I spoke too on the phone was so rude and condescending I can’t believe you would speak to someone that way, whoever she is should be fired.

Absolutely amazing service! Same day appointment booking online. You see a doctor within 20 minutes and the nurse Maria is absolutely fantastic. Thank you folks. Pharmacy has great pricing too!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Went in with my 8 month old baby, had a little bit of a fever and a cough, didn’t want to wait 4 hours at the hospital. Needless to say 2.5 hours later we saw a “doctor” on a TV screen, that has now sent us to the hospital! Had a young couple there that came in after us, they complained and got in before us, very unprofessional.

Texted first thing this morning to get an appointment for my 4 year old who has a throat infection and had an appointment right away! Welcomed at the check-in desk when we arrived and was in the room speaking with the doctor in no time! The doctor did a great exam and made sure my son was comfortable and laughing the entire time! Connected quickly with the virtual doctor who provided clear instructions and sent over the Rx to the pharmacy immediately. Back in the waiting room to wait for the Rx to be filled - which took no time at all. Spoke with the pharmacist when the Rx was ready. He was so kind and even gave my son a chocolate (brownie points!). We had such an amazing experience at Whiltshire and would not hesitate to head back. I might even transfer my Rxs over! Honestly, a great experience!

Should really change the name to Appointment Only Clinic. Drove in from Petrolia to find out its not a walk in clinic!

I absolutely love Wiltshire Pharmacy and Walk-in clinic. Ehab and all of the staff members are nothing short of amazing. They're extremely welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. From my experience, they are the fastest in Sarnia and usually have you in to see the Dr and out the door with your filled prescription in hand in no more than 30 minutes.

Went to get a tablet. Asked a simple question lol the person working there was very rude. Never going there in my life.

Not only do they require appointments (kinda defeats the purpose of a walk-in, no?), but you'll be waiting at least 20+ minutes past your appointment time to be seen. Hope you don't try to book a quick appointment around your lunch break unless you like choosing between getting a much-needed prescription refill or being late.

This clinic’s incompetence could honestly cost someone their life! DONT NOT GO HERE THEY ARE HORRIBLE! I put in a request for a internal specialist in November of last year. I finally got a call today and was told my referral wasn’t sent to them until January.

Went to hospital Saturday for 6 hrs, 3 yr old has pink eye.

Came to this walk in clinic Sunday, 2 yr old has pink eye, same symptoms. The dr student (becoming a dr) was amazing, the dr on the computer was also great. Got same prescription, no questions asked.

Came in Monday, 1 yr old has the exact same symptoms. The student dr was nice but they denied us a prescription because the on screen dr was not comfortable giving prescriptions when he isn’t in person. I don’t understand why they have this set up then. We wasted about 50 minutes here. They suggested we come to emerge.

Not impressed. Sitting at emerge now where they gave us roughly a 3 hr wait just to get a bed. Not to mention a waste of hospital time.

I was able to get my first prescription significantly cheaper at another pharmacy. As soon as I came in they asked where I will get my prescription and I said elsewhere due to the coverage we have. Wondering if maybe they denied the prescription because I wasn’t going to use pharmacy (this is pure speculation, I just don’t understand why else they turned us away and sent us to emerge when we have two with exact same symptoms).

I've taken my daughter here a few times when our pediatrician was unavailable. I cannot say enough about the doctors and particularly one man who works here. They are so kind, empathetic, thorough and truly care about their patients. One of few places I've felt comfortable and trusted almost immediately. Thank you for being so patient with my incredibly shy twonager "Nice Doctor"!

I'm from out of town and have a throat infection I was told I could see a dr at a charge of 75.00 I saw an international doctor whom isnt licensed in Canada and could not prescribe me anything anyhow. What a disgrace.
