Waitress was wonderful!
I go often with my daughter and enjoy our time with the kids. Food is always great. It's always so nice when someone else cooks,

Arrived in barrie hungry, headed to wimpys cause we've went there before and was awesome. Walked in the door there was 3 family's seated in different areas, waitress took our order, while waiting 1 hour for food, over heard the blonde waitress say " if anyone else pisses me off tonight im walking out and going home". Finally get our clubhouse and fries, she tells me that they ran out of frys and was making more but decided to put 10 on my plate anyway, the size of the clubhouse was outrageously huge and dry, not a drop of mayo that I asked for or butter on the bread.nothing. I got just bacon, chicken, green tomatoes and some wilty lettuce. Not impressed, won't be back!

Was good. Went there for my mom birthday

2023 went again. It was dead.i mean, no one. The food was good and made fresh. I'm not sure why it is so dead for.

Terrible home fries, southwest benny was good, finally did the eggs right on the first try

Met up with some friends and family that I haven't seen for a while. Nice pleasant people here, and the food is great too.

Horrible, I'm never going back to this location.

They do not follow instructions well. Very disappointed.

No music boxes anymore, nothing. Food has changed from originally Wimpys Diner food. It's not as a great. The atmosphere has lost its 50s theme. I mean where's the jukeboxes.

Our meals were not brought out together. Very disappointed in the lack of service and professionalism of this location. No "healthy options" on their menu. Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant.

Just drove by and randomly stopped. Surprised by portions and taste! Just wish I would be coming back this way.

Definitely our BEST little diner in town!

Great little diner with great breakfast and good service. It's our go-to for breakfast.

Horrible service. After our order was taken the server never once came back. I had to bug 3 other servers for a water, then extra toast then the bill! The person who did take my order didn't seem to know the menu. The hashbrowns are mushy and disgusting. The cups had chips in them. The bathrooms are in need of a serious Reno as they look like they are falling apart! Whimpys used to be a great place now it's all around HORRIBLE. Never going back! 2 stars because the servers that I did have to bug were super nice, and the one meal was ok.

Fantastic! October 26th is customer appreciation day. 99 cents for a 6oz burger with the purchase of a side.

Don’t get the chicken and waffles. The chicken was basically the Italian spiced flavoured cutlets they use for their chicken parm stuff. It tasted like it had been sitting all day.

The waffle was stale.

The only reason why it doesn’t get 1 star is because the server was great. My kids meal was fries and an omelette. It wasn’t bad.
