Tues Sept 26 2023 willowdale Sheppard east my wife and I had our usual liver dinner mashed patotos gravy vegetables and wings on side. What a disappointment had our order of liver Sent back half the liver cooked the other half bloody, mashed patotos hard not fresh. Wings sad.
Wimpy head office should reassment of this franchise
The waitresses apologized for bloody liver but also non attentive to customer service no ice brings ice, no refills requests, disappeared from our table too busy on cellphone. Advice to this location your hurting the wimpy name and I've been to over 20 wimpy restaurants exellent experience your location is close to home I'll have to venture to another wimpy location.

Delicious and classic dishes with friendly staff and that nice retro atmosphere, and you can also enjoy some drinks, I highly recommend this place.

First time ordering from this location the ryeny was clean and the owners were very polite. Food was hot and tasted great

Never ready for drivers and they're never honest about the wait time. Extremely unprofessional, incompetent and poorly managed.

I am extremely disappointed. I am hoping by posting this review I can get the attention of the restaurant owners so they can rectify this. I have been ordering the same meal from Wimpys on Sheppard for years (chicken parm with alfredo pasta). Two months ago I ordered the same meal again, and it was totally different. I called the restaurant and they told me nothing has changed so I thought it might have been a fluke. I just bought the same meal again today and it's the same as the last one, which is no where close to as good as it used to be - quite frankly, I likely will stop ordering from Wimpys all together as this is the only thing I wanted. Super unfortunate. I had just passed my 145th order on uber eats for the exact same meal in three years.

I've like wimpys for a long time. Great burgers and thick cut fries. Be forewarned - the burgers are BIG! Bring your appetite!

We love it we always go there for breakfast or brunch they have an awesome menu and we love the retro fit space

Amazing atmosphere and great service from the staff. Everybody was extremely friendly and the service was excellent. The price is good and everything was fresh. Besides that, worth to mention the place’s cleanliness and the concern from everybody to maintain the place this way. One small comment is about some combos that does not include a toast, but this doesn’t affected my experience and you can order as a side and add ot to your plate. Definitely a place I will return and totally recommend.
