Winchester Dental Centre

I recently visited Winchester Dental (Dr. Paul Hwang) for a dental check-up. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze, and the reception staff was friendly. The dentist was professional, and took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly. The overall experience was positive, highly recommend.

Wanted to switch to this office from my downtown dentist as we just moved to the area however didn’t really feel that welcomed and after I was asked my name felt undertones of racism, unfortunately

This office is clean with very friendly staff. There are several private bays so almost never any waiting. The equipment used is up to date so that any xrays, cleaning etc is quick and pain free. Hygienists, assistants and dentists are professional and extremely proficient. I would highly recommend this dental office for any and all dental needs.

The first thing I noticed was how clean the office was. And then I went to front desk and got greated very professional and nice. Such a kind and happy receptionist. Then when I went into the office I was greated kindly again by the dental assistant. Then it was time to meet the dentist was very nice and polite as well he extracted all 3 of my tooth so gently and fast I didn’t even know the tooth were pulled. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office I would recommend everyone to go here. I have 5 children and they’re going to come here as well l. Thanks so much guys! I’m the happiest patient ️️

Great dental office in the heart of Brooklin! The staff here are amazing and truly care about their patients. From the second I walk in I feel like a VIP! The hygienists are knowledgeable, thorough and clearly pride themselves on delivering exceptional patient care. Visits and cleanings are always comfortable.sit back, relax, and check out the TV on the ceiling! Definitely recommend Winchester Dental. 5 stars!

I've been seeing Dr. Hong since 2016. Every time I go there, it is an absolute pleasure! It is not very common for dental office visits. Dr. Hong is very thorough and finds the best for the patients. Her staff are always very helpful and so kind. Even though it takes more than an hour to get there, I'm staying with Dr. Hong!

UPDATED: It is absolutely unacceptable that you justify the disrespectful, unprofessional customer service I received by your staff over the phone, instead of rectifying the situation and improving upon your patient care and staff education.
BEWARE! Terrible, uneducated front desk staff. I called to book an appointment this week, as a new patient for myself and my entire family and it was a nightmare. The lady named Rachel, who answered the phone had no idea what she was talking about, could not answer any of my dental questions and from what I experienced I would say she should not be working as a receptionist in a dental office. Needless to say I called back a second time, because I was interested in this clinic as it was close to home and looked up to date from the website! Well, I got a second receptionist, not Rachel did not catch her name but she was equally just as bad! I booked an appointment at another dental office in Brooklin where QUALIFIED AND EDUCATED receptionists answer their phone and can answer any dental related questions new patients may have! I hope you make some changes to your clinic! This is completely unacceptable!

I am not one to write reviews, however I do feel it’s necessary after reading Abby’s comments. I believe there is a general consensus that this is a wonderful dental office. The staff, specifically Rachel, is beyond friendly, helpful, and well informed! Dr. Hong is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, courteous and never rushes an appointment. She takes the time to ensure that all your questions are addressed. We recently switched from a different dental office in the Durham region and we were just blown away at the outstanding customer service and professionalism of this establishment. We highly recommend Winchester Dental.:)
