Windbell Sushi

This is the best sushi place I’ve ever been to my life. Sushi has made extravaganza chick, amazing, delicious, delectable, and the best prices. I can’t even lie it’s affordable and I’m just a broke student i go there every single day for lunch me and my friends absolutely love it and I’m looking forward to another year of supporting the cause.

Just tried this new sushi place in Kanata today. The staff was so nice when I came in, and my whole family loved the sushi. Would highly recommend WindBell for sushi in Kanata, this will be our new go-to sushi place.

Best sushi I've had in a long while! Always incredibly fresh and tatsy ingredients. The consisteny on every order keeps me coming back! Windbell Sushi has never let me down on great tasting sushi! Five starts for sure! A must try for any sushi fans!

Absolutely recommended new sushi takeout restaurant in the neighborhood, very delicious mango crispy roll with homemade mango sauce! I also ordered the fried chicken katsu donburi. Trust me, this is the best curry sauce I've ever had, a must try dish! Will definitely come back!

My husband and I ordered 2 tuna Poke bowls, the owners went above and beyond to accommodate our Celiac disease. We have enjoyed poke bowls from all over Canada and Australia, these were the absolute BEST in our opinion. The ingredients were fresh, the tuna was firm yet buttery, melt in your mouth delicious. The chief was knowledgeable, dedicated and passionate regarding his food. As delicous as the food is, the service and care that we experienced was what stood out and made this restaurant one that we will tell everyone we know about. A rare and refreshing experience.

I’ve ordered here a few times. The staff are very friendly however I do find them overpriced for the portion sizes - especially compared to other sushi restaurants in the area.

I forgot to take a picture of the poke bowl, but the salmon poke bowl was one of the best, of not the best, I've had in Ottawa. Good amount of salmon, the dressing style sauce on it was very good, and there was lots of fresh, crisp vegetables in the bowl with the rice. Price was good too for what you get. Food also came out very fast.

My mother got the spicy crab poke bowl and had the same opinions about hers; very fresh, good amount of meat, veggies were good, flavours were a nice mix.

Very good salmon poke bowl, also went back another day to have a platter which was quite nice. It is really nice to have a good sushi place in the neighborhood. Once I just felt like a little snack so I walked over and had some sashimi. The staff are very nice and can make things just the way you like.

Very good very well priced sushi with a friendly family running the restaurant. We enjoyed our time there very much.

If you are sushi lovers, you could believe me that their Salmon Sashimi taste really fresh, size portion is thick, price is really good compare to others. Salmon Rose sushi, Torched Salmon sushi & Crispy spicey crab maki really good. Price again is good. The female employee who used to work at St. Laurent sushi on 2nd flr.food court is so kind. Love this place!

Got the 50 pieces Maki Party Tray and it was absolutely delicious! I requested no sesame seeds and they carefully accommodated my order. Rolls could have been rolled a bit tighter because they fell apart easily, but the taste was amazing and I loved the variety in the tray. I also got the Takoyaki and enjoyed that too. We got a free roll with our purchase. Not sure what it was, but I think it was deep-fried, lol. Really appreciated the nice gesture. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Mostly a takeout place, but they have a few tables inside if you want to eat there. Excellent addition to Kanata:)
