The driver was amazing, who ever runs the show was terrible. There was something oily or greasy on the seats and stained a mark on the bridesmaid’s butt on her dress. The A/C did not work and was hot inside the limo. The driver did his best to accommodate for us. When reaching out to the customer service lady that organized everything was terrible at reaching back to us with the issues we had and would say they would clean the bridesmaid dress and basically ghosted me when trying to organize a cleaning for the dress. So here I am writing this review. The driver was amazing. The people running this company not so much. Here is pics of the stain that did not come out and ruined a 300$ dress.

Our driver was very friendly and punctual. Every time the bride got on and off the bus he was there to help her. The complimentary champagne was a nice little surprise. I would highly recommend Cruze for any wedding or big event!

Booking was very easy and staff was organized and great to communicate with. Our ride was spotless and had everything we needed. We loved enjoying the music which we could hook up via Bluetooth. Had the best experience with Cruze Limousine! We booked them for a bachelorette and they were very accommodating. Our bus driver Tony was so fun, friendly and had lots of patience with us crazy girls.

First of all I would like to start by saying I can’t believe that anyone would give a one star review. We used Windsor Cruze limousines for my sisters engagement and we had the blast! The owner is very professional and her driver was very nice. I highly recommend!:)

Karen and Sara were excellent from the moment I called Cruze Limos inquiring about limo service for our Cultural Indian Wedding at the Temple on County 42 in Windsor! The Hummer limo was very clean and it was clear the company took social distancing measures and overall COVID-19 Safety very seriously which was a huge plus and Very impressive. The interior of the Hummer limo was impeccable and extremely clean. Great sound system as well to listen to some good music via Bluetooth during the ride.

Johnny our driver for the day was also very helpful and kind enough to snap a few photos for our wedding party when we asked him and he was very professional and helpful and provided us with the Red Carpet Service.

The best customer service I’ve received in this city. Cruze Limos went above and beyond. Tony was amazing. He was very respectful, punctual and made sure we got to our destination safely. We had a blast on the party bus. They accommodated all of our needs. I highly recommend Cruze Limos for any event. I will definitely be using your services again in the future. A lot of mayhem and disorganization occurred due to the bus we ordered not working. Unfortunately it put us hours behind schedule during the wedding day and caused quiet a bit of distress for the bride and groom on their special day. As well as their families. It was also extremely embarrassing.

The bride and groom instead had to improvise for the large crowd and LIVE video to not show any disorganization. They were quiet embarrassed with the the entire situation.

I called karen to understand what was going on. She informed me the bus just stopped working. No real clear clarification. She also first offered me a different bus before retracting that offer and telling me there was only a smaller limousine available. It would not arrive until an hours later than we had scheduled.
During all of this we were offered a full refund. This refund was then retracted after the wedding day and we were told to speak with their lawyers!
Of course we had no other option and were already very late for our wedding so we took what we could. I pleaded it was definitely not at all what we wanted but we just needed to get moving. Eventually the hummer showed up. We had to then move all our many many belongings from the original bus to the new limo. Taking more time. Then, the driver accidentally sprayed a drink on the best man. He apologized but the best man was very upset and walked away.
The limo had a lack on air conditioning in the 30degree weather.
Nonetheless we made it to our next destination. While we were taking photos, we were told a new bus had arrived for us. We again, moved all our many many items to the new bus. Taking up even more time. And then…told again… the bus did.not.work. The bridal party was then tasked with keeping the bride and groom busy to try and deter them from finding out, while your team tried to find yet another replacement.
After waiting some more, the bride and groom found out and were at this point almost in tears from frustration. We tried to liven up the mood and joke with them. But unfortunately this was a huge damper on their wedding day.
Finally a new bus arrived and again… moved all our many many belongings from one bus to the next.
We had to cut out one of our destinations for photos as we were already very very behind schedule. We did not end up going to Jackson park as planned for wedding photos.
I would never in a million years recommend this company.
I cant wait to see the lies they respond via this review.

This is an amazing business. The driver is very polite and punctual. The owners are amazing people. This is a 5 star business and I recommend this limo business for all of your needs. Excellent prices for all of their limos and party busses.

Best experience! Our driver was exceptional, very professional. He showed up on time, went above and beyond to give us the most exceptional experience. From booking to the end I give this company 11/10. Can’t wait to use them again

While the driver arrived on time and always opened the door for us. He was very rude and didn’t seem like he even wanted to be there. We had an hour left in our time and we asked him to take the long way home he said “that’s not going to happen” and dropped us off 30 minutes prior to our allotted time. If a certain percentage of the tip wasn’t mandated in the contract my husband would not have tipped him much. We had a group of 14 adults and we were treated like children. He didn’t offer to turn on the radio and he kept the divider window open the whole time. It just made for an awkward ride.

The limo is nice and clean but old and smelled of urine. Air conditioner worked which was great due to the heat.

I would not rent from them again nor recommend them.

Unprofessional. Unreliable. Bus broke down during a wedding I stood up in. Wont even give us a refund after the bus driver agreed he would. So disappointing.

I stood in a wedding this weekend and the bus broke.they had little to no alternative. Made the entire bridal party wait hours. Finally gave us a way smaller limo and that ended up breaking still? The bus driver was decent, he felt bad and was embarrassed about the entire situation and told us we’d definitely get a refund as something like this is even extreme for them. And then when we asked for refund, they threaten to sue us…lol…. Quiet literally ruined the entire day. Were very rude. The entire wedding absolutely hates this company now.
Not pleasant to deal with AT ALL. Even though it was their fault they ruined the wedding?
The people who work here are beyond unprofessional and only care about a pay check at the end of the day. Not your wedding. Look elsewhere.

I was very impressed by their professionalism and service. Our driver went above and beyond catering to our needs even holding an umbrella while it rained. I would recommend this company to everyone.

We used the hummer limo for our wedding and would highly recommend. Their covid protocols were thorough and made us feel safe, Saras customer service was wonderful, Johnny our driver was phenomenal and the champagne was an added bonus!

We rented a limo for a winery tour and it was awesome! The driver was so friendly and punctual and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The limo was so clean and well kept. I recommended Cruze to another friend who used them for her wedding and we had another great experience! You won't be disappointed!

I would not recommend their services at all. My daughter got married in mid August she upgraded the limo to the hummer limo and she asked them repeatedly make sure the air conditioner works. They said no problem. I sat in limo with the bride and all the girls in the wedding party from my house all the way to the church. About a 25 -30 min drive. Omg, we all were sweating, sure enough our worst fears, nightmare came to be the air conditioner was broken. We complained to John the limo driver. He felt bad, was aware of situation and couldn’t do anything as he said a fuse has blown for the air conditioner. Are you kidding, you don’t bring extra fuses in the limo? That day was extremely hot. From the church, I refused to go in limo anymore for a ride to take pictures at Willowstead park. I felt so bad for my daughter on this special day of hers. The wedding party were sweating, complaining about the air conditioner not working. Needless to say my daughter sent the limo home earlier that day than expected as she wasn’t going thru that heat anymore. My son in-law contacted them several days later to explain what happened on the wedding day. I women who works there for them agreed to reimburse them $300, for their inconvenience of the air conditioner not working. That is no way fair considering what they went thru. But they were willing to move forward as we settled the dispute. We even have confirmation in writing they were going to refund us $300? After going back and forth for many weeks they changed their mind and have not paid back one red cent for the air conditioner not working. I know one thing I’m a man of my word it was agreed to refund the $300. We’re still waiting this day, 2 months later. This is why I do not recommend them. They commit to pay back but have changed their mind. That’s not how you run a business. I waited to do a review based on the fact they were going to settle. It doesn’t look promising What I recommend, if you do hire them please have it in writing in the contract if the air conditioner does not work or breaks down you’ll be reimbursed 40% -50% of the total cost of rental. That’s what I would do now if I had to book. If they stand by their service and product they shouldn’t have a problem adding, writing this into their contract. Good luck to those who book them in summer months, I wish you the best. What would you do? I’m still thinking about it? I do have options.

We wanted something special for my son's 16th Birthday despite Covid and the Hummer Limo was just the thing! The surprise on my son's face to see this vehicle waiting in the driveway was priceless! The driver Tony arrived early and gamely waited while we took a bunch of photos! Sara took the time to decorate the inside of the limo with Happy Birthday decor and also provide some complimentary beverages. My three sons ages 16,14 and 12 had a BLAST! Sara was very responsive and accommodating with the itinerary and changes thereon. The Covid procedures and protections made us feel safe and know that we were dealing with a very professional company. We highly recommend Windsor Cruze Limousines to make for an extra special occasion!
