Called earlier today and booked an appointment. They then canceled my appointment before telling me less than an hour before I’ve as supposed to go.

I had an incredible experience at Windsor Mazda and would highly recommend it to friends and family. David Allyass was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to my needs.

The dealership has been fantastic to deal with and the personal touches along the way made us feel as if we weren't just another sale to them. The Finance Manager and sales agent kept in touch all along the way. In addition, the General Manager even came out to meet us personally and make sure everything was up to our standards on the day we picked up our car. This dealership is second to none.

I recently had an issue with my car's fog light and daytime running lights, and took it to Mazda Windsor to get them fixed. I have to say, the service I received there was top-notch. Mounir Karkanawi helped me out and he was super helpful from start to finish.

He explained what needed to be done to fix the fog light and daytime running light, and made sure I understood the process. It was such a relief to have someone who knew what they were talking about and who took the time to answer my questions. My fog light and daytime running light issue were resolved and I'm super happy with the work they did. I would definitely recommend Mazda Windsor if you're ever in need of car repairs or purchases.

Special shout out and THANK YOU to Eric Martyn at Mazda, Windsor (1155 Provincial Rd) this past week! We were on our way to Florida when we noticed my husbands mobility scooter lift was no longer operating properly and we couldn’t get it out of the car. We showed up to Mazda with no appointment, and Eric went above and beyond to look into our issue and then prioritized resolving it (we recently had the battery replaced, and the scooter lift was not properly hooked back up).

At the time, we had no idea what was wrong. And for someone who completely depends on their mobility scooter, it was a stressful experience — Eric prioritized us as customers, and showed empathy for our situation. Thank you Eric, for going out of your way to get us back on our way and making everything as easy as possible for us. It was a pleasure to meet you — you totally turned our day around. A+ Customer Service!

Great experience with David. I was able to test drive the CX-50 they just recieved and put one on order with the spec's I'm looking for.

The one recommendation I have is to change the test drive route so it includes a section at 80+ speed. I do a lot of highway driving so it would have been nice to try the car out at a higher speed. And who knows if that was part of the route it may have swayed me to opt for the better performance trim.

Today I went in for my Tesla Tire Repair.hands down great service.my car interior was properly covered. Everything was inspected properly. Great.

I went into the dealership and asked the parts/service guy for a wiper blade. He told me to make myself comfortable in the lounge for 10-15 minutes and he would serve me. I told him I had an elderly mother sitting in my car waiting but that didn’t change anything. I used a few minutes to check for a part at Canadian Tire, and got up and went there. I felt ignored.

I just brought new car from Mazda Windsor as the agent promised me with free mats i didnt get it and they asked me to sign the papers of checklist before i see the car after driving to home I noticed car fuel tank was not full as it should be attached pic and the driver window wasnt working until after couple of times trying it worked and windshield wasn’t cleaned as it should be. I didnt know that Rafi and mazada would be cheap that much! Plus they kept asking me to add my initial even i signed the contract i felt is unprofessional

They say doing a specific service has to be done there, NOT TRUE! This was for my young daughters newer car. Seems like making money is more important then providing great customer service.

This is our first Mazda, we were skeptical on buying a car unseen and without test driving it, only saw used previous model years on the lot. DAVID ALYASS made the whole process easy in choosing the right model for us and was very pleased and happy when our Mazda CX 30 S arrived Jan 2023 (6 months of waiting is all worth it) David is courteous, professional, but easy to talk to, no pressure tactics, listened to our concerns and answered all our questions, very prompt on returning our calls, keep us updated regarding the delays and tentative arrival of the car.
Being a senior buying a car with all the new technologies, reading the owner's manual is very overwhelming. David patiently showed and explained everything in terms that a non tech savvy senior can understand.

I had a great experience with Mazda Windsor. I dealt with David Alyass, he was very professional, attentive and knowledgeable. The customer service he provided was fantastic. I highly recommend this dealership, especially salesman David Alyass. Ask for David you'll definitely be pleased.

I bought a 2023 Mazda 3 GS at AWD from Windsor Mazda the sales person was David allyass. He was very knowledgeable and a great communicator. He was also very helpful in answering all questions. If he didn't know the answer he would find out quickly for us. David is an honest and upfront salesman. This is a rare find in car sales and I gonna recommend that anyone looking to buy a car please visit him before taking a decision.
