Windsor Medical Clinic - East

Horrible place, they forgot TWICE I was waiting for the doctor for more than one hour, then they relocated me to another room, and to ANOTHER room, the assistants didn't have any idea of what were they doing, all the equipment is old and they place smells bad and I saw how rude they are with the people, absolutely the worst clinc of the city by far. I had to go there because my new job sent me for the exams, hopefully never come back again.
It took for me 2 and a half hours to see the doctor with an appointment

A wonderful team. Sometimes they are very busy with long wait times, but that is expected almost everywhere you go now. Very knowledgable doctors and very kind staff.

Arrived well before closing time.but apparently, if it's slow the doctor just goes home early. Not considerate to those who take the time to go during business hours.

Dr. Joshi is a professional and amazing doctor. Unfortunately, even though I’ve been attending this clinic since birth, the receptionist staff will be the reason I’m not attending either the Hawthorne, or Tecumseh locations. Paperwork comes up missing and is not uploaded into the system. Some of them fail to properly sign in patients. Some of them are short tempered (negatively escalating situations unnecessarily) rather than using tension reduction methods. They do not like to accept phone calls (or they will hang up). Overall some receptionist staff at these locations are impolite, and lackadaisical. This is the first review I’m writing, as I feel strongly about this viewpoint.

I waited here for 2 hours and they asked to wait another hour. Be ready to wait.

Staff is very pleasant and are pretty efficient. The doctors, for the most part, are very competent and thorough. If you are looking to get in and out quickly, you may have a problem. I have never waited more than an hour to see someone

Call the manager they don't answer staff is rude poorly ran trust me you can die there and now one cares they shut this place down government funding gone to waste
