Never gets anything finished on time and takes firever to release any medical travel funds and always calls and wuestioms the doctors offices 5-7 xs to confirm thenappointments ive had with differnt specialistsand pain clinic as well as family doctors that i have no chouce but to attend all the time due to my health issues.even thou the paperworkcomes right from.tjem and still gives them.hard time on why i have to attend so much well if u weren't such a person that discriminatory against ppl on odsp and think that ppl shouldnt be on assistance from the government u would actually be able to do ur job properly but instead u question and not do ur job and u discrimate i believe u shouldnt be workig in a disability office if ur discriminating ppl that require the funding from ODSP. As everyone is differnt walks of life and not everyome is liars as u think and claim that they are.so if all the workers werre like u none of u guys wiuld have jobs cause ppl on disability are the ones that basically allow u to have ur jobs just rememebr that the next time u discrimate against someken on Odsp.if there werent ppl like us u wouldnt be employed. (feelings of this call Iam disrespected every time and discriminated from day one) so u tell me how u would feel calling.if i could say yhe real words i would like to i would be bannned from leaving a comment.

Front desk staff are amazing, when people walk in for help and advise, they actually care and help. Thank you for your service

I feel like I'm treated like an undesirable. The response when looking for questions or asking for help is horrible. I had to go the MP to get things done the right way. It's ridiculous they want to treat people who need help the way they do.

The worse service they are rude to people I don’t understand how these people took social work diplomas when even can be humans

They don't HAVE any applications. They don't ACCEPT the applications, and they won't HELP FILL OUT the applications.and disabled persons need this place to further their frustrations HOW exactly? !? ! Unbelievable. Waste of millions in funding.

Took four business days to call me back. But the man who did. Was helpful, nice, and I could understand him perfectly.

The main problem here is accessibility and that should be something that just should not happen. I have a life long disability and I have difficulty getting around, so I prefer to do as much as I can over the phone/computer. But this office's phone system has been down for MONTHS. You call and get the usual kind of recorded greeting and then it begins to list options, the first of which is "press zero to speak to a person". When you press zero you are put on hold and no one ever answers. I put my phone on speaker and waited over 3 hours a few weeks ago and ended up having to drive down to the office which was a hardship for me because there was snow on the ground and that is dangerous and difficult for me. I have called several times since and had the same problem, but I have never waited more than 30 minutes before hanging up. And that's not the worst part! There is hold message that tells you if you don't want to wait, press zero and you can leave a message but that doesn't work! I must express how frustrating this is and I have to say that if this were an office for any other minority group, this would NEVER be tolerated.

I should also mention that when I have visited the office the people there are good. They are helpful and I've never waited long. But this is a disability program and it needs to be easily accessible, something needs to be done about this.

A great resource! They have so many services from personal workers to medical centre, couselling, physio, and the list goes on. If you show that you're willing to put in the work they can give you a ton of help and support
