A BIG THANK YOU to the male nurse in the triage room emergency dpt.whom I spoke with on Monday January the 8th at about 8: 30 pm, there were no beds left in the ED as it was at full capacity, even people in hallways, after waiting for several hours I told him I could come back the next day, then he read on the computer why I was there and suggested that I take a certain over the counter medication which I did and it helped, also amicably suggested a walk in clinic the next day as the ED had been extremely congested lately, THANKS A MILLION male nurse you made a HUGE difference in the well-being of the people of Windsor

So recently I was there because i suffered a misscarrige the nurses that dealt with me we’re extremely rude had no compassion towards me the only two people that I dealt with there that where kind and had compassion and weren’t complete jerks was the girl that brought me up the second floor and the lady who took blood frm me, I was in a room waiting for hours no one had checked on me I was in so much pain I asked for an advil and they wouldn’t even give me that I asked twice and was told the nurse is busy. Not only where the nurses rude but are very judgmental english is not my first language so for some words they where saying I was not understanding and when I was speaking to someone on the phone in my language from the one time the nurse came in the room she greeted me with a dirty look. I feel like because I’m only 17 years old they treated me this way because I am young which I know it’s not right to get pregnant this young but there’s a way you should treat people and this is definitely not how you treat someone going through something like this the medical system in Canada needs to fix up because theses nurses you have working in the hospital should not work with the public the way some of them be acting because it’s not all of them but the ones that do act like that make it hard on other nurses who care about the patients and know how to treat people like decent human beings.

Terrible hospital. I couldn’t breath properly because of the Canadian wildfires this summer. They made me wait in the waiting room for 8 hours then finally tested me with x-rays bloodwork cats scan and sent me home the same day with NO DIAGNOSIS and breathing difficulties because they found nothingAll these people did was pass the buck and refer me to a local doctor for further testing. Nurses and doctors there are lazy rude inept and ignorant and the hospital is good for nothing. If I could give this hospital a 0 rating I would! You’re better off staying at home. This is a prime example of a collapsing healthcare system thanks to greedy Trudeau and Ford. The healthcare system in Canada is now as bad as the USA. Good for nothing! DON’T GO THERE!

Everyone…. Whether medical staff…. Or support staff…. Most gracious, friendly, and supportive……. How incredibly lucky we are to have you near by………:)

Had a nasty infection the other day, asked to be treated right away and the nurse and rest of staff were rude and unprofessional, forcing me to wait for several hours. Even though Canada's health care system is good it has tons of flaws.

Was told to be at the hospital for 11 for a procedure at 12. Waited over 2 hours in the waiting room. Why bother telling me 11 when 12 or even 12 30 would have been just fine.

Dr. Fasola, the general surgeon who often works at this hospital is simply amazing. Even behind the mask, you can tell that she is smiling and you have no choice but to have a feeling of trust and happiness when she is in your presence. Truly a human specimen that was obviously hand chosen from the heavens themselves. Thanks for all your hard work and lifetime dedication to helping others Laurie, it does not go unnoticed. - J

Worst hospital ever. I WAITED THERE FROM 10pm until 10Am IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM with a ONE YEAR OLD. THIS IS RIDICULOUS DONT GO THERE IF YOUR TRYING TO SAVE YOURSELF OR KIDS. MY KID WAS DOING SUPER SUPER BAD … and they had the nerve to leave you there. They don’t care about you and leave you there. WORST HOSPITAL EVER.

Did not have a good experience in the ED at WRH. We waited 9 hours and the nurses were all very rude, expect for 2. Even though the one gave me attitude when her colleague was near… you can tell they are all overwhelmed. This free healthcare is not worth the lack of care we receive, lack of compassion. But again, who can afford US Heath costs anyways? ! I was there for my 8 year old son and was very thankfully he was not as negatively affected as I was, aside from the long wait and very busy wait room. The interactions with hospital staff did not make a positive impression.

One of the worst experiences in my life. Please avoid this place as much as you can.
Take a train to London instead or just suffer at home instead of here.
Multiple x rays done, they said they found nothing. Got another x ray done at a different place. They found 3 spine fractures. That's right. My partner couldn't walk and they refused to tell her what's wrong. The whole time she stayed there was time wasted in suffering without getting any answers. This is how bad it is here. It's beyond what you can imagine. You literally have to go through it to believe that this hospital is that bad. There are good people that work here, but the bad overwhelmingly outweighs the good.

Going to the hospital to get my 2 day old checked and the lady behind the counter by the elevators just ignored me for three minutes and I said excuse me and still kept ignoring me while she swipes threw Amazon. Only concern I have with the hospital

Met hospital pediatric ward has the best nurses. Dr Morgan was super great and gentle with my daughter's spinal tap. She received. Hands down the greatest staff, very caring and loving, knowledgeable, compassionate. Greatest hospital stay on the pediatric floor. Thank You.

Their project director Paul Landry is a horrible, horrible person. He jumped to conclusions and quickly made a false complaint against me based on his misinterpretation, clearly because he does not like people of my type. It is a shame they promote creepers like him.

Just back from a trip to the ER. In and out in less than 3 hours and that included getting xrays. Everyone so friendly from beginning to end. Triage nurse offered pain meds and ice while I waited. Nurse practitioner Lourdes so kind and compassionate. Nurse Jen so friendly and accommodating. These professionals went above and beyond for everyone while I was there. Very impressed.

Some nurses are very helpful others are completely rude. ER waiting time is big issue it is not ER any more by definition. Dr appeared to be knowledgable but turned to be another ignorant or even worse sending us home telling us everything is ok to find by act of luck later two days that we need to do a surgery ASAP otherwise it is life threatening issue if problem presists. Sonar is not available after 11PM seems it is not part of the ER services from 11PM -6AM which is a joke. System is apparently broken since long time because other reviews over timeline share same feedback, Management is from Mars planet. I am only addressing the ER department not other areas fix the dam thing rather than dumping people in corridors for hours with no enough nurses or doctors in the ER department what a disgrace!

I know this hospital didn’t care how they treating bad with people and I am 100% sure they will not improve their services. 100 people in walk in clinic done in 4 hours and 4 people in emergency will be done in 12 hours. Whole staff is super lazy including doctors, nurses and management.

All the staff are very disrespectful, the waiting times are terrible they only have one person working in each section, very unorganized

Thank you to the entire staff who took care of me post and pre surgery. The nurses and staff were so compassionate and caring and it was just so wonderful.

I was in the maternity ward for surgery and all the nurses and doctors were just amazing! Thank you so so much.

Went in on Halloween and had emergency major surgery. Dr. Howe amd staff was amazing as well as 2 nurses on the 8th floor. Nicole and Hannah were amazing in helping me and keeping my spirits up. Thanks for everything

Broken system. Almost better off suffering at home. The lack of compassion as well as care is mind blowing. I just don't understand how some people can come to work in a field thats main purpose is to provide care, and be so miserable.

As far as I'm concerned. The best care in our area. Why the staff in Triage are so MISERABLE though? We're all in the together! Ya think we like waiting hours and hours!?

Plan on waiting many hours for a few seconds of staff interaction.

Staff here are overworked and they are clearly understaffed.

I had a pretty good experience at WRH Met. All the nurses and doctors were very kind.
The only thing I had a problem with is the triage nurse was kinda rude and did not take my pain seriously. And was a fairly long wait time to be seen. Other than that I had a good experience and felt like I was a well treated patient

The nurses in the maternity ward are amazing. Absolutely, amazing. Had to take a star off because of a ridiculous rule set in place by the hospital. No one under the age of 18 is apparently allowed in the hospital (unless being seen). So no sibling visits, no bringing a sibling to a follow up appointment or anything. Absolutely atrocious.

Triage nurses need to get some compassion skills for people who come in sick and scared. Stop assuming your a doctor and you know what's a emergency and what's not. BE DECENT TO PEOPLE doesn't take much skill.

Unbelievable! A woman was in a terrible pain of miscarriage at the ER, Unfortunately she was prescribed with pills to take at her home. "you take one pill, and if it doesn't remove all, you take the second", was from the doctors.

I waited 14 hrs at the Emergency room just last month but i must say Dra. Gyetvai, Dra. Chan and their team were awesome. Nurses including the ICU dept.took care of me with an excellent service they are very approachable and friendly i stayed there for almost a month. KUDOS to all of you GUYS. Thank you.

They ignored my mothers cries for help and left her alone.she fell out of bed and died.they sent the ambulance bill before my mother was even cremated.when my baby was there, and her machine beeped- nurses came at a snails pace.when i took my eldest for stitches- a very old lady fell out of bed next to us whilst staff were busy ordering take out. DO NOT LEAVE FAMILY ALONE HERE.

Five years ago my aunt was admitted for an operation at fhe Oulette campus. My experience was less than stellar there.

Once again, my aunt had to go in for a colonocopy. The staff there were amazing. We arrived early and she was admitted within half an hour. Friendly orderly guided us to the coloncopy department. The wait time was acceptable. The nurses let us know what was going on so I appreciated that.

My main gripe would have been the cafeteria. It was an eyesore: outdated decor and a messy area overall. Maybe because we arrived early in the morning but a cafeteria should at least have its lights on.

We waited for about two hours before she was finished. Nice and easy. Definitely the hospital has updated its look in some place. But, I would suggest focusing on high traffic areas.

In emerge the staff are condescending and rude! I experienced this last month.

In x ray, they are cold!
They judge clients from their seats and it's sad to watch- as someone who also works in healthcare, I don't understand how they get away with the unprofessionalism

Excellent nursing care BUT poorly staffed and administered. David Musyj needs to be replaced and this hospital needs to be updated, renovated and properly staffed for the volume of patients it treats

Worst hospital ever. Started at the ER at 3: 05pm and it’s 12: 30am and I’m still waiting. You’ll have 5 code blues before you can even get treated. What a joke.

All the staff at Metropolitan Campus treated me with respect and care. Especially I wish to thank Dr;. Goel also being especially respectful, caring and patient with me. We are very tankful for having a great health care system even though it sometimes is slow as everyone is treated with the same care.

Personally never been here nor will I ever, i would rather die thats how much i hate our health system especially this placeBut my father has been pretty sick lately and I swear to God PRIOR to entering this "hospital" it's never anything major, but once admitted WW3 begins. I have no clue what they do in this place but last time I checked do you not go see a doctor or visit a hospital to get BETTER!? NOT WORSE!? ‍️Canadian health system is a complete FAILURE! All they do now is pump you up with prescription drugs and call it health care, which it is not. No different then drug dealing now

I rather die then put my life in any of these ignorant doctors and nurses. Not to mention they are so rude to patients please don't take your loved ones here they may die in the waiting room. Anything serious please go somewhere else!

Today was our second visit to the PUMA clinic with my 4 yr old grandson, who it turns out has a cold, we had to take him last December when he had an ear infection, again exceptional service, very kind and caring staff.our appt was for 12noon he was seen by the clinic nurse and doctor we were given clear information on what to do it he doesnt improve, we were out by 12.30.

So unprofessional it’s unbelievable! My dad was admitted at the hospital for severe abdominal pain they didn’t see him until 7 hours later, I was not allowed to stay with him even though I am fully vaccinated before leaving I made sure to tell the nurse he doesn’t speak English very well and make sure you call me for anything! Later at night I called the hospital to check up on him I was on hold for an hour and 45 min … finally spoke to his nurse, she said he needs to stay under their watch for couple nights and I told her again to please call me for anything because my father wouldn’t understand anything. Next morning I get a phone call from his nurse saying he forgot his glasses before leaving! I told her how could you let him go without me knowing and she replied with “he’s old enough to make his own decision”! And that there was nothing written on his chart about his language issue! My dad had no idea what was going on and they just walked him out … they didn’t call nobody to come pick him up, he had no cellphone or his wallet on him so he walked home …

Horrible waiting time for over 20 years now. The welcoming you in is a horrible experience also. Find another hospital in another city if you able to. Trust me

I was at Met 4 North for 3 weeks with pneumonia. Although it was a much longer stay than I would have hoped the nurses were not just very professional but compassionate, personable and very friendly which made my stay much more tolerable. While being overworked by another covid wave. Hats off as well to Bill and the respiratory unit for helping get me on the road to recovery. I really can't say enough about the staff Thank you

Currently in the hospital was brought in by ambulance because my hr hit 185 while sitting and stayed there for over 30 mins. All the nurses have literally just dismissed me and I even got yelled at by one of the nurses when I said I can't walk because my hr is spiking every time I move. I've been here for 8hrs now going on 9
