I was at Winegard Ford for regular maintenance and an update on my Truck computer program. I had excellent service. I was in and out in about an hour. Great service. However my wife booked a recall last week for her Lincoln. She booked it for 9: 30am this morning. She drove to Caledonia from Dundas for her service. She arrived on time only to be told the parts were not there. She was very disappointed. Apparently she had updated her info but it had not been updated in the dealership files. Her first impression is not good.

The whole experience has been amazing from start to finish. We were in the market for a truck, able to tow our trailer. By then, we were close to getting one from a friend as it’s tough to find decent deals that are reliable. After speaking with Barrie who I’m pretty sure was on vacation at the time BTW. From vacation, he mentioned that he had a vehicle coming in soon, so we decided to wait to view a used 2018 F150 XLT
My wife and I walked in and knew immediately, this was the truck for our family. The truck was immaculate and had been bought and serviced at Winegard Ford, therefore they knew the history of said truck. Barrie was there in person for the viewing and test drive, he took the time to explain all features and took care of all preparations for the sale.
The team made sure we had all new brakes and tires plus they repaired a minor dent on the bumper. Barrie and his team also took care of the new plates and dealt with all the paperwork involved, making our lives much easier.

Wait there’s more: This review is also for our past experience which went pretty much the same way as the above literally. We bought our SUV from Winegard Ford five years ago, also used. Barrie was on hand to help us with the purchase, back then the service was flawless and we drove off as happy customers. Our family car is amazing.

The team over there are all friendly as there’s a feeling of family and good vibes at the establishment. I can recognize great customer service as I deal with clients everyday within the home building industry. Thank you to the whole team at Winegard Ford for amazing customer service and delivering a great product.

A special thank you to (Barrie) who literally has kept me and my family mobile and safe on the roads for the past five years.

Recently took my Ecosport in for an exhaust leak and while they were working on it they found something else and fixed it preemptively as it was under warranty. They were quick to get me in and let me know what was up and beyond friendly. I'll be taking my vehicle there moving forward.

I was able to call in about my headlight being out on Sunday evening. I was called first thing Monday morning and had my car in and out shortly after lunch on a very busy Monday for Winegards! Thank you all, especially Kevin and Carol for your friendly efficiency! I'll be back!

My.wife and I have had our vehicles serviced here for many years. We are impressed that unlike some other Ford dealerships we have dealt with, Winegard Ford does not try to sell us excess service and repairs that are not needed. We feel that we can trust Winegard Ford.

I needed a new vehicle that would serve as a tow vehicle as well as a day to day driver. Due to previous dealings with Winegard (they serviced a previous vehicle for three years), I chose them as the preferred place to start. On entering the show room I was greeted b
y Ron who was a great help in assisting me to define exactly what I was looking for. We talked availability, pricing, and timing. It was at the end of the model year and there was not a great deal of product out there and I did not wish to wait for a 2020. Ron spent the day searching and then we got together the following day to review the list and fine tune the decision making process. A few days later I was the proud owner of a new F150. My thanks to Ron for his assistance. There is a lot to be said for "shopping local".

I brought my ford edge over to your workshop at Argyle with the AC working perfectly great. When i got the car back the passenger's side of the AC is blowing hot air when it on. Also 3 screw nuts are found on my car bonnet. I am having a feeling that it could be part if my fotd edge. My wife spoke to your service agent about the situation, he said we have to pay for checkup and fixing. "Something that was working fine when the car was dropped ". Not happy at all. Not a good service.

Winegard Ford ordered my bumper and custom painted to match my truck. They did a very good job on the painting. The team is extremely friendly and helpful.

Recently purchased an F-150 from Winegard. This was first vehicle through them. From the initial contact with the dealership (cold - no connection or referral), I experienced top shelf service regardless of who I was dealing with. All questions, comments and concerns were answered in a timely manner and with patience. Barrie is a gem to deal with and offered to meet me after hours to pick up my vehicle as I am from out of town. I had my first service done on my 2016 F150 Oct 23/16. The booking was quite easy with Carol the service writer, I had a couple of little issues with the truck that I wanted them to check and she relayed them to Ben the service manager. When the service was being done Ben called me just to go over the issues that I was having with the truck so as to make sure they were looking for the right thing. When the truck was done Ben called me again to say that everything was done and the issues were just some software updates were done and the service was done also and I could pick up the truck until 8pm which was convenient for me. When I picked up the truck it was washed and sitting out front. The receptionist had my work order which explained all that was done. I find Winegard motors staff very friendly and what they say is what they do no surprises.

Day of install went seamless and I'm very pleased with the work performed. My car was left clean and the staff took the time to explain how this particular remote start worked. Also they did not over charge for this product. I would recommend Winegard Ford for your service whether you purchased your vehicle there or not.

I called at 8am contending that "ever since" you worked on my tail gate wiring, the backup camera is flaky. With a little back and forth, Carol arranged to have me bring my truck in at 3: 15 the same day. I came in a bit early but i was received with a smile. "This shouldn't take too long, " I was told, so I opted to walk about the lot and the newly expanded building. During this time, I had impromptu conversations with Jerry, Ron, Ben, and two others working there. They all stopped and chatted. All pleasant, welcoming, hospitable. After about 45 minutes my truck was ready and washed and I was ready to go. Turns out there was no connection between previous work and my backup camera's intermittent behaviour. All this to say this is an excellent dealership who had always treated me well.

Well accepted upon arrival. This buying experience was stress free. From the sales staff to administration, I would recommend this dealership to all my friends.

I bought my most recent Ford there and this is usually a 4-5 star rated dealer but I was a little disappointed with the lack of mask usage. I was in there picking up parts for my Ford and noticed a female sales associate walk through the showroom with no mask on and when I left I also noticed another 4-5 employees behind the service desk talking to the female that was mentioned not wearing masks. I work in retail and every employee wears masks. The only people that don't wear one are ignorant selfish customers who don't care about anybody.

Overall my experience with Winegard Ford was very positive.

I went to the dealership to see a vehicle that I was interested in after receiving notification of this vehicle being for sale from CarGurus.
I was greeted by Brandon Winegard (the owner's son) who has been selling cars for many years and was very knowledgeable.

Not only did they have the vehicle I came to see, but they had 16 others to chose from. We drove two vehicles of the same model and bought a 2019 vehicle with very low kms, received excellent value for my trade in and netted a very fair deal. We were both very pleased at the friendly service, the ease of completing the deal and the hometown feel of the dealership.
The only criticism we have of the dealership, was that we both felt more people working within the dealership should have been wearing masks during the Covid19 pandemic. However, as this dealership is in a different county than where we were from they may have been abiding by their county rules at the time of our purchase.
