The wings and fries were delicious—perfectly cooked and full of flavour. I also want to commend the front girl for her excellent service. I highly recommend this place for the great food and outstanding customer service!

Me and my brother have been going to this spot for a little while now and it has yet to disappoint. We tried most of the things in the menu Sangari helps us out whenever we don’t know what to get and she also have yet to disappoint staff is respectful, helpful and lastly the food hits the spot

Me and my friends have been coming to this location for a very long time. The quality of the wings never disappoint. The Texas homicide fries and messy wing selections are definitely a must try!

I go twice a week, order the same thing. Service is quick and efficient. Employees are friendly, always making jokes. Highly recommend, especially the variety of wing flavours. Best is Devil’s Ranch if you can handle spice.

Gone WAY downhill. Food quality is not even close to what it was when they opened. Thick, clumpy gravy, soggy mounds of cheese in the wrap, and the samosas were nasty mush. Wings were fleshy and undercooked. We had to airfry them just to make them edible. We used to be regulars. This will be our last order.

One of the best wing places in the Durham Region! Tons of flavours, wings are tender, and lots of great apps for sharing as well!

Cold wings and stale fries. More over felt like either tasting salt or Maggie masala was used in all the food.

We have been to the Wing House before with little issues. Tonight was a whole different story. It was my wife's birthday so we ghought we we get her favorite item for supper. We ordered 2 of the 1 pound specials. Was told it would take 15 minutes. I was only 7 minutes away when I placed the order, When I arrived the order was already waiting on the counter for me. I placed the order in our "hot food bag" while driving home which is about 10 minutes away.
We got home and the fries were cold, and the wings tasted like they were refried and sauce added to the wings.
Web site indicated that 1pound wings are $13.95, when you arrived at the store, there price shows $16.95
Called location, but they didn't sem interested in issue, like it was no bid deal.
Don't know what happened but very disappointed.

Went to order wings at 9pm on a Sunday when they close @9: 30. As we were walking to the door while 2 ladies walked out they look at us and kept walking, we get to the door to see it's closed. The two ladies who worked there just watched us go to the door and couldn't even tell us they were closed

Ordered here for the 1st time last week based on great reviews. Got 5lbs, spicy Cajun fries and Lord of the Rings. We got a call about 15 mins after we ordered (online) and were told they didn't have any rings to prepare the Lord of the Rings, so we requested a refund for this item, which we were told would be done by the owner, who'd be in soon. When we picked up, the girl again stated that the owner would be in later to process the refund and not to worry!
When we got our food home (we live about a 7min drive away) our fries were ice cold. The wings were OK (also on the cool side) but not what we had expected based on reviews. Fast forward to a week later, and an email to the restaurant we still have not received our refund for the $9 onion rings we did not get. Won't be back and do not reccomend.

I've ordered from this place twice now. Both times the wings have been excellent. They have a wide variety of flavours for all types of palettes. As a person who loves spicy food, I ordered the Knockout Garlic and was slightly let down when they were not spicy enough for me. The second time I threw caution to the wind and ordered the Power of Nelli flavour, if you're looking for a spicy wing these should do the trick. Looking forward to ordering from here again.

Amazing food, huge portions, amazing customer service. So helpful when a delivery service didn't give me all my food and the driver took no ownership of the error. The young lady behind the counter helped me out and was super friendly doing it.

My husband and I I order from here all the time amazing food well portioned not expensive at all very good price excellent delivery driver he's so kind and polite we have never had an issue.

Really good wings pub style crispy.but last nite wings oil didn’t taste good.felt like oil wasn’t changed for a while and u can taste the sourness of burnt oil

Amazing wings! Best wings I have ever had by far! Lots of flavours 150+ so something for everyone! Below is Spicy Barbecue my absolute favourite flavour but Dry Jerk a close second! Staff is amazing and very friendly

We have been ordering wings from this restaurant since it's conception. We were very disappointed with our last order. We order the same flavors each time. Not one flavor was the same as previous orders. Must be new management as before they were always delicious. The wings this time were not at all the same as previous orders. It was all marked with the different flavors but not the same at all as before. Too bad.we so use to love the wings here

HORRIBLE AND OVER PRICED!
I was looking forward to getting the rings as advertised on Instagram. But instead I paid $9 for 8 onion rings and some spices. I am disgusted and outraged!

I have had different kinds of fries but the Power of Neli fries here was the best I have ever had. Also, the staff here was prompt. Would definitely love to go back again for Neli fries. Cheers! Way to go guys! Keep it up

If you are new to the Durham area and craving some good wings this is a must try! Not only amazing food, flavour and selection they also go above and beyond for their customers. I was having a rough night and I really wanted both poutine and gar par fries but didn’t want such a large amount so I said if they split it it would make my night. I wasn’t disappointed. The pictures show it all.
P. S.don’t skip out on that Whitby girl flavour it’s the bomb dot com.

Highly recommended.
I loved the wings, so delicious. I tried the creamy garlic Parmesan. It was none breaded but the wings were fried with skin and the skin gave it an amazing texture. The wings did not have the bad smell of chicken.
I also tried jalapeno popper and onion ring. The frying oil was not old and they were not greasy.
Everything was great, thanks for the delicious food.

Had one of the best food (neli fries). It was mouthwatering.also had few other meals all tasted to it’s best.would recommend and will come back again to have it.great food and good service

Was nothing like i expected in comparison to the photos shown on their website and on instagram. Very expensive and terrible quality. Would not recommend.

I'll start off with the great customer service provided by the young lady taking the orders over the phone. She is pleasant, polite, patient every time we call. The delivery driver is also very polite and professional and gets our food here fast and hot and we live in Oshawa. Never takes longer then 45 mins every single time. And last but not least the food is absolutely Terrific here. I always order the Honey Maple but decided to order the Sour Cream and Onion and as usual, always cooked to perfection and the flavour is to die for. Best Wing Place in Durham in my opinion.

The spicy butter masala wings was mouth watering. It had a punch of tandoori masala in it. Would definitely recommend everyone to try this out.

Despite a mix-up with Uber eats not sending my pick up order the staff were friendly, polite and engaging.

The food was also amazing. I ordered their single combo which is 1lb of wings, fries, and a can of pop.

Inside the take out container care was taken to seperate the wings from the fries, the fries were golden crispy, and the wings had an appropriate amount of dry rub seasoning, skin was not overly thick and most importantly they were perfectly cooked and not over done like so many other places.

I can not wait to come back and try more of their food.

I absolutely love their wings. Very few places that satisfies my wings needs lol. Their chilli fries are crazy good too.

The wings were good, but I ordered the single deal which comes with wings and fries, the wings came but not the fries. So I basically paid twenty dollars for a pound of wings. When I called them they were not very helpful and offered me fries only if I came all the way back to pick them up and would not give me a refund when it was their mistake. They could have at least offered me free delivery of the fries.

Our favorite place for wings right now. Always fresh. And great customer service. Just wish they would answer their phone more.

I'm a big fan of this place, and they're consistently good and reasonably priced. Mexican fries are a must try. My 3 favourite wing flavours here are honey jerk, garlic parmesan, and Texas Cajun - although you can choose from a hundred or so options.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. MY HUSBAND ORDERED WINGS AND GOT ME THE BROCOLLI BITES. THERE MENU DOES NOT INDICATE THAT THE BROCCOLI BITES HAVE BACON IN THEM ON THERE WEBSITE OR ON ANY OF THE DELIVERY APPS. WHEN I GOT MY FOOD AND TOOK A BITE THERE WAS BACON IN IT. WHEN I CALLED THE RESTAURANT TO CONFIRM THEY SAID THEY HAVE TO CHECK THE BOX (INDICATING ITS NOT FRESHLY MADE) THEY THEN TOLD ME IT DOES IN FACT HAVE BACON IN IT. I REQUESTED THE MANAGER TO CALL ME. WHEN HE CALLED INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING AND ACKNOWLEDGING THAT THERE MENU IS MISLEADING HE KEPT SAYING THEY DON'T WRITE FULL LIST OF INGREDIENTS AND EVERYTHING HAS MEAT IN IT. DID NOT OFFER ANY RECONCILATION. BE WARE OF THE POOR SERVICE. WOULD NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER.
