WOULD RATE ZERO, TAKE YOUR PETS TO HEARTLAND INSTEAD.
Can’t share too many details right now as I may be pursuing legal action against this place but do your pets a favour and don’t take them here. Worst ever experience with vets. I’ve had animals for 19 years and my first time visiting this place is most certainly my last. People were nice at first but careless when misdiagnosing my animal and letting me leave when bloodwork showed she was not okay. Then got verbally harassed by said vet who missed things with my animal after specifically telling them not to call me while I was at work. Heartland vet is so much better, it may be pricier but you pay for what you get there with experience, knowledge, compassion, and 10/10 care of your animals.

My vet of over 25 years told me to euthanase my 1 year old cat after she broke her leg. Not only did they save her leg it was very reasonable. This vet clinic is clearly about the animals, not the money. I highly recommend everyone to go here. Truly caring staff, who cried with me over her recovery.

The team at wingham are very passionate, understanding in so many ways the vet is amazing. Thanks for all you did to with Rover. You all should be proud of yourselves, thanks

They would not help me because I had not been there for two years. They wouldn't understand that people on a disability could not afford a full check up. I just needed a refill on my dogs earlier medicine. I am very disappointed.

Took my puppy Ralphie into the Wingham vet and couldn’t be more happier with the price for my puppy’s vaccinations and will be returning for Ralph’s last round of vaccines and to be fixed come Sept.

I would just like to say Dr Saad is one of the kindest, caring vets we have ever had. He treats our two older dogs with such compassion. Thank you.

I've had very good dealings with this vet (and his techs). He not only takes extra care of animals, but also very friendly and considerate to me and my baby.

It was our first time at this veterinary clinic. They treated our girl Angel with so much love and care.very friendly staff.we highly recommend this veterinary clinic

I have to agree with several people on here. The staff was really nice. I phoned ahead for prices of shots, flea and tick and everything else that goes along and they gave me a price of $250. I asked them again if that included everything I asked for. I also told them that I was coming a few hours away. The lady who I was dealing with assured me that was the price. I was excited, as the vets where I live in southern ontario are triple that. I drove two hours and had the clinic do its thing. When I went to pay my bill it was certainly extremely higher then was previously discussed. It seems to be an issue with this clinic. If you are going to charge me close to 90 dollars to check my dog out, then please check her instead of just moving your hands over her back then take your gloves off tell me your done.your examination took 3 minutes and was 90 dollars. Thats 30 dollars a minute. Thats wrong in all the ways you look at it.
Well I will not be coming back here.what a waste of money and gas. No wonder people are hesitate to get there animals looked at or get there shots. I wish there was some honest vets out there who actually charge and do what they say they are going to do. Tired of getting piss poor service in this province. Its even odd that they do not even have a website.

Glad to have found a new veterinary clinic in the area. Dr. Mac is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Amazing, caring people at this office. In all the years I had animals n had to see a vet doesn’t even come close to how special this office is.

Nice staff and vets but didn’t really take the time to figure out what was wrong with my pup, called with our blood test results but didn’t even mention the next step in diagnostics just dropped it and never called back.
