Sukh and kp were great they took care of my order really good they were really professional 100% recommend this place

Disappointing. I wanted to try this brand with moderate expectations but it never measured up. The order size is very small, the food is greasy and very artificial tasting. We dined in and the music was blaring and off-putting. Left both of us with gut-rot a few hours after we left.

Every single time we place an order it’s either wrong or it’s cancelled, reaching someone at the restaurant is hard, they can’t hear as the music is too loud and they just don’t seem to care that the order was wrong or cancelled by Uber eats! Ridiculous.

I recently tried Wingstop for the first time and I have to say, it was a game-changer. The chicken wings were hands down the best I've ever had. I ordered the Lemon Pepper and Honey Garlic Boneless wings, and both were absolutely amazing.

The Lemon Pepper wings were so flavorful, with just the right amount of tanginess and spice. They were cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I couldn't get enough of them.

The Honey Garlic Boneless wings were also a hit. They literally melted in my mouth with each bite. The combination of sweet and savory flavors was perfect, and I found myself wanting more after finishing the whole batch.

Overall, the chicken wings at Wingstop were outstanding. They were well seasoned, cooked to perfection, and the flavors were amazing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the best chicken wings they've ever had. If you haven't tried it yet, give it a go, and you won't be disappointed.

On the other hand… when it comes to the customer service, the staff need to be trained better.

Idk what’s up with all the the bad reviews. I had an amazing experience at this location and the service was amazing. He was patient and explained all the combos and didn’t rush me at all. I got my food promptly in 15 mins as stated and was on my way to enjoy these wings at home!

I got hickory smoked bbq 7/10, lemon pepper 9/10 and Cajun 6.5/10.

Fries were good but were cold by the time
I got home but nothing my air fryer can’t fix.

Corn was super yummy as well!

I would love to try new restaurants and support local businesses. However, this is the first time I came here and never want to come back. I ordered 6 pcs chicken wings and it took more than 20 mins to receive my order. They did not call my name even though they already finished my order. I was a walk-in customer and I seat close to the register to wait for my order, but they never call my name and let me wait more than 20 mins until I come on cash and ask about my order. Disappointed with the service here. I rather go to another restaurant not here

The worst wings I have ever eaten, it's as if someone who had never seen a chicken wing decided to create them and failed. Store bought frozen wings would have been better.

The seasoned fries? An even worse disappointment - who puts sugar on fries? !?

The staff were fine though, this was the Danforth Ave location.

That's $30 wasted that I'll never get back. Don't waste your time, money or appetite on this place.

My friends and I bought combo of wings and fries for takeout. Nothing complicated, about $50. The place was busy so we stood around a while waiting for our order. Eventually 35 minutes had passed, many others served ahead of us, so we inquired about the wait. First employee to notice us came over, took our order number, and just walked away without saying anything at all. She just left… no “let me check” or “give me a minute” - just turned around and left and seemed to move onto other things. After another 5 minutes we asked another employee. This time she said she’d check on it and then we could see them start scrambling as they assembled our order. A couple of minutes later they brought us the bag and said, “sorry for the wait”.

We got the order about 40 minutes after placing it - keep in mind Wingstop is “fast food” - got it home asap, hungry as anything, to find the wings were overcooked, dry, fries over seasoned - all of it tasty enough (because it’s not exactly rocket science to put sauce and salt on fried food to make it tasty, is it?).

All in all I wouldn’t eat here again unless I really wanted wings and it was the only option. I’d go again and have kind of bad but tasty wings if I knew it was quick… but what I got this first time wasn’t worth the time or money so I don’t think I’ll be back.

Oh, also, are these wings from baby chickens or something? So small - like a bite each. Common, you specialize in wings and these are the wings you choose?

This was not only the best chicken wings I’ve had in Toronto, it was also the best customer service as well. Jenny & Diego are doing an amazing job running this fine establishment and if I were the owner would give them a promotion right away.

I had a wonderful experience here, from the food to the customer service. I don't remember a lot but rama (i think) was really nice to me. I will be coming back here and telling more people about this place.

I came from Ottawa and looking for somewhere to eat and found out Toronto had a wing stop! Such great customer service especially from Rama, it took me a while to figure out what i wanted to order and she was really nice about it, she also brought the food to my table and put a heart next to my name on the bag which i thought was really nice:) plus the food was great I love the lemon pepper

Went here back in August never got the chance to review. The girl at the counter who took my order was very nice, welcoming, and she helped me decide what to get because I’d never been to wingstop before, pretty sure her name was Rama but I can’t remember. Anyways she did a great job! The food was also unreal

Great customer service! My mom always makes me write down people who made it special. Her is Rama and she did a wonderful job making it a good experience at wingstop! I would bring my friends here again since the one in my hometown isn’t as good lol

Oh my goodness yesterday I asked for 6 boneless wings, all Hawaiian, and boy oh boy did Diego serve them up real quick. Saw this man cook it up in the kitchen, tossing those wings and seasoned my fries with lemon pepper in a jiffy! Props to him and Jeremy for suggesting this delicious meal!

Had a great experience dining in at Wingstop last weekend. The food was very good for its price but what was even more surprising was how great our service was. The lady who was working there, Rama I believe was her name, was our chef and cashier. She was very friendly to us first time visitors and served some really great wings. Generous on the sauce and cooked to perfection! Will definitely be bringing visitng friends and family to this location again.

First time going and it was amazing! I didn’t know what to order and the cashier Rama was extremely polite and caring, took her time and helped pick out somthing delicious. Will be coming back 100% recommend
