WingsUp! Hamilton - Upper Wellington

I ordered a smiley sandwich EXTRA SLOPPY, they charged me 2 dollars extra for this…. There’s less sauce on it than when I order it normal sauced. Go to a different location this one just sucks.

My first time doing an order and after food did not arrive within the time given, I called and was told 8 minutes. 11 minutes later, called again and told driver just left.
The address was only 3 minutes from my location. Then the person hung up on me after I told them I was in the hotel lobby and the food was not there.
So Disappointed!

Wings are pretty good here. Good size and lots of different flavours. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for.

I wish if i will have a option to give them zero review; Food quality is zero now and it's not even eatable, double dipping on delivery chargesl, please make sure that check your receipt, delivery or take-out, food quality is low now

Very good non- breaded wings. Ordered 5 lbs, choice of sauces were very tasty. Will definitely order again. Very friendly staff

I have ordered from here many times. I threw back and forth about my review today, but I felt I should. I not only worked for wings up, but I have been an avid customer for the last 5 years.
I am not sure what happened here today, but I assume they should have had their act together knowing it would be such a big day.
I ordered at 415 with a pickup time of 625, totally understandable. But I was confused why my wings had absolutely zero flavour. I put sauce on the sauce on the side for my daughter. These wings that I waited 2 hours and 10 minutes for were the worst I've ever had. And being an avid customer and former employee, that should say something.

Waited over an hour when was I was told 35 minutes. When I finally got the wings the order wasn't right. The wings were cold and very dry. If I could give 0 stars I would but I need to give at least 1 star to write a review

Disgusting Under cooked there was blood in them still The coating wasn't even crispy yet and still was moist They weren't cooked long enough Worst wings I've ever had I've ordered from here a few times but NEVER again Even the sauce isn't the same

I ordered the smiley sandwich for the first time, it was delicious. I ordered delivery and it was hot and still fresh when delivered. I Would recommend this location

Yesterday I went for some delicious food, It was so sad, even in the way say Hi, like I am trying to buy u something, The poor guy looks like he is depressed. Pour thing I really recommend checking the health of this employee. I hope he is fine:)

My oder was missing items, they handled it very politely and had the missing items sent out. Good customer service.
