The optometrist was so patient and thorough. She direct billed the insurance for me which was great and convenient. I highly recommend this place to everyone that needs their eyes taken care of!

Susan was amazing, she was tracking my new glasses for me that were being shipped from ITALY! They ended up taking longer than expected: Snow storm/ Customs/ National Holidays. She communicated with me consistently about the progress of the shipment. Even though what was happening was completely out of their control, they gave me a little something for the inconvenience. Not only that, but they were so patient, kind and personable as I was calling daily to check if glasses were in yet. Thank you so much for your great customer service.

From the moment my son and I walked in, we were treated amazingly! Everyone was genuinely kind, funny, and friendly! Our exams were quick, thorough and easy! They worked within my budget for glasses, and made us feel a whole lot better about our prescriptions changing and not for the better. I would recommend this optical place a million times over! Can’t say enough about this location, not only did they help me pick out a perfect pair of new prescription glasses, got it back so quickly! Definitely going back to grab a new pair of sunglasses from them.

The entire team at Wink Optical is fantastic. We're always greeted with a smile. My Son has been hard on his glasses to say the least and every time I've had to go in with a broken set or repair they have gone above and beyond to find a solution. I so appreciate it and highly recommend them if you need sunnies or eyeglasses!

I had a piece of metal embedded in my eye and was told I needed a proper eye exam to get it out. Called a few places and Wink optical was able to get me in that same day. The optometrist quickly saw where the piece was and got it out for me with no issues. It's the next day now and my eye feels 100% better. Great service and friendly staff. If I ever need glasses I will for sure visit this place again.

I had such a wonderful experience at wink. Susan was so helpful and made my experience shopping for glasses fun. In the past I have had a hard time finding the right fit for my petite face and she knew just the right style that suited me. Thank you Susan for all your help!

Went in to get my glasses and Susan helped me find the exact pair i wanted and was able to get them ordered and fitted with prescription lenses in no time. They made sure they fit my face perfectly and will go back for sure for all my eye care and glasses needs

I am so pleasantly surprised by the service provided by WINK, especially since it was a spur of the moment pop in on my first visit. They did such an amazing job on my glasses a few months ago I went back for my son too when we needed glasses quickly. Not only is the service great, the selection is good and the service is fast too. My son was involved in a car accident and his glasses were broken. They had his lenses in stock and were able to get his new glasses done in a day, less than really. Highly recommend this location for your exams and optical needs! Susan has been fantastic both visits, she even offered to stay late so we could get the glasses ordered after the accident.

BEST SERVICE EVER! I have never had a better experience at any establishment, let alone at an eye care center! Camille and Susan were both so helpful and kind to accommodate me short notice with my busy schedule, and they both went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make it an amazing experience! From the second I got in there I felt welcomed and I was not rushed at all, the girls took their time helping me chose glasses with honest reviews and they are so educated in the styles and what looks best! I am so excited and happy with the pairs I got! If anyone is thinking of checking this place out.stop thinking and just go! After a few days of passing by, hesitantly I went in. (I’m not a glasses kinda girl but due to a medical complication my vision is not the greatest right now) not only did I walk out with free contacts and my head high I’m also a little excited for my new glasses. Having spent an incredible amount of time allowing me to try on almost every pair and the amount of kind support I felt I needed to write about how great I feel this place is. There are not many places still left that make you feel the business is run out of love and enjoyment for their profession and customers thank you so much hun for everything ️️️️ everyone needs to feel the way I did.

AMAZING! I recently visited the new Brooklin location and i was completely BLOWN AWAY. I was really overwhelmed with the selection and Susan took the time to help me pick out the perfect glasses. Obviously when you get new glasses you're excited and you want them asap. Roman was able to order my glasses in and cut my lenses in only a few days. Do yourself a favor and visit this location. You wont be disappointed and you'll probably leave with an awesome pair of glasses OR sunglasses. I wish i could give them 10 stars!

What a false advertisement. Waste of my time and gas. Where does it says with a purchase for the free eye exams.
Was gonna bring my kids since they have free eyes exams and get them new frames and lenses here to try out this new place. My son has special lenses maybe this place dont know if they even carry it the Shaw lenses but they won’t give me free eye exams when it doesn’t stated that for free eye exams with purchase of both frames and lenses.
Never again.

I got a flyer last week and brought my wife in to check it out. Camille was so kind and helpful. She helped my wife chose 2 pairs. One funky and one more conservative. I got a set of sunglasses. The optometrist took his time with us not rushed. Great bedside manner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I saw the road sign for their grand opening sale and tried my luck there. Their store is absolutely beautiful. Their customer service was great. I had my eyes examined and bought 2 Gucci glasses. Camille and Roman were great. They explained my prescription and billed my insurance directly. Truly a great experience. I highly recommend them. I sent my brother in today too!

This store was absolutely beautiful, especially the lay out and the way everything is set up. I really enjoyed my visit yesterday getting my free eye exam and the assistance in picking out new glasses. I ended up purchasing frames and I didn't have to worry about putting it through my insurance as they did it for me and billed it to Sunlife right away. The doctor was super knowledgeable and took his time explaining the prescription and ways to avoid some issues I have been having. Overall, the service was great and I am really looking forward to picking up my new glasses. Thanks
