Upon receiving my MacBook back from Winmac there were still some unresolved issues that I wasn’t initially happy about. However, Arash worked with me to resolve the issue all the while remaining very calm and professsjonal. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their MacBooks repaired.

What's the point of have "Win" in the company name when you only do Macs and not Windows.

I have a Macbook air, protected with a hardcase shell, and a silicone cover for the keyboard.but an open water bottle managed to fall right onto it. I went to a Mac dealer and because warranty doesn't cover water damage, they said it'd cost nearly a grand.luckily, i found these great people who offered to do it for 60% less and I got it back in two days. The reviews are legit- not only did I get really efficient work, but also friendly and honest customer service. A week later, and my Mac functions literally like nothing ever happened. As a plus you also get 6 months warranty. Anyways, thank you Fred and sons!:)

update: almost 3 years later, and my mac is still as good as new!

I went today with my Macbook Air. The guy was very nice and opened up my laptop right there. He gave me an estimate of how much it would be and showed me what was the problem, at no cost. I decided not to get it repaired because he was so honest he told me he could fix it but the problem will come back again later on due to water damage, and at this point it would be better to get a new computer. I might not have my laptop repaired but the guy is a pro and the customer service was awesome. Great Mac repair shop!

I’ve seen these guys about every 6 months on rotation for the last two years due to multiple issues with my 2012 MacBook. I can confidently say that WinMac offers the BEST customer service and turnaround time that matches their vast knowledge in MacBooks. I’ve never been given back a repair that they were not fully confident about nor have I ever left unsatisfied with the quality of their work.

Although I hate having my MacBook play games with me I truly enjoy paying these guys a visit due to all of my positive experiences with them. 50/50

Fixed my both my Macbook pro's on two occasions, one with water damage and the other with an expanded battery. Great customer service and honest pricing. Not pushy with the sales and they offered a free diagnosis. They knew I was in a rush and got it done within the next day. I also happened to not be in town but they made a delivery trip for me (Greatly appreciated!). Highly recommended, would not go anywhere else to get a mac fixed.

Had called last week around their opening time to inquire if they had the MacBook batteries in stock for replacement (as the model is now discontinued), only to be asked if they can call back and they never did.

Spilt tea on my MacBook Air so went in to get a quote to fix my mousepad and keyboard. It’s a family run business and honestly they are so friendly and humble, I would definitely recommend to my friends. They were able to fix it within a day and give me a second hand battery for free, and a student discount. Prices are fair, not trying to scam you. Would rather come here than wait in the Apple store like a can of sardines.

Stopped by for a macbook pro screen replacement and got a brand new top half for the same price in 3 days.very friendly people who didn't waste any time and went above and beyond.thanks again.

Words fall short to describe my experience here, the staff there is lovely and it is a gem of a shop. I damaged my logic board of the macbook pro (2015) model while cleaning it. It had liquid damage when i spilled a bottle of water over it i guess. I went to apple "Genius bar" got a quote of over $1100. Avrin and his guys did it for 1/3 of it's price and even gave me a student discount. Being a student you are always on a budget and getting my laptop back repaired for that price is just AMAZING. I recommend everyone who is tired from apple ripping them off for more money to come here.

P. S: They only repair Macbooks.

Brought my MacBook Pro in after spilling some coffee, causing the screen to flicker and fade to black to the point that it was not functional. They repaired my laptop during a civic holiday and called for pickup right after. Screen and logic circuit were completely replaced, and price was near the price it cost to buy those parts, making the charges absolutely reasonable. Laptop is still working like brand new 4 months after the repair. It's pretty clear the family who owns the business cares about it just as much as the customers they help. The one I spoke to mentioned he held a degree related to tech, and it was clear he had deep knowledge in the inner workings of computers. This is an independent business that does the job right for the right cost

WinMac replaced the logic board on my 2012 MacBook Pro and I couldn't be happier with the service. They went above and beyond, kept me updated on the repair, and explained future upgrades I may want without any pressure. Definitely my go-to place for mac repairs from now on!
