From Adam arriving within the hour late in the evening to Paulina and her crew members finding and stopping our water leak, we were treated with fairness and professionalism.

What stood out for us is that they did what they said they would do, they showed up when they said they would and they followed up so that we knew what was going on.

Adam was excellent liaising with our insurance company and explaining step by step what the process was and what follow up would occur.

Overall, everything from clean up to safety was considered and I would heartily recommend using WinMar to anyone.

Customer service was excellent. Eric, and his team at WinMar, responded quickly and efficiently to assess the damage and immediately put a restoration plan in place. Appointments were set to happen as soon as possible: usually between a day to a week from the last visit.

Our weekly phone calls to the office were always met with courtesy and respect, kept us informed, and kept us up to date.

The crews worked expertly and efficiently the quality of the trades people doing the restoration, from demolition
to installation of drywall, carpentry, and flooring was excellent.

When needed, Eric was firm in advocating for us and accepted no excuses from a subcontractor. The quality of the restoration, the professionalism and respect of everyone we met was great.

We would definitely use WinMar again and recommend them to anyone in need of restoration or general contracting.

Eric and staff at WINMAR went an extra mile to see to it that I was totally satisfied with their service. Communication was easy and they were on the site on time every day they were here. I could leave the house and know that I could trust them to work hard, and that they did. They were careful to put down a cloth for their foot-path and sealed the doorway to keep the job contained to their area. Afterwards the rooms they worked in were very clean and Eric had a concise plan of replacing everything torn out at a fair price, I thought. Just call WINMAR, they'll get you back to normal in no time.

My parents used them to redo our basement bathroom. They sent afew kids whom were just learning the trade. No supervision on their work. Well after they left, the pipe to the shower started leaking, creating water damage. The Shower doesn't drain properly. When my parents tried contacting Winmar again, they'd endlessly be put on hold. They were suppose to come last week, they no showed and won't take my parents call.

Today while sitting at the intersection of Byrne and Essa at 4: 51 I was waiting for my left turn light to change. Two Win Mar trucks, going north on Essa, raced through the intersection speeding, when the light had already turned red. It could have been a terrible collision.caused by them. Reckless drivers.you certainly would not be my choice for your services.

I had the privilege to work with Peter Vasey from the Winmar team after my home had a major leak. They came in right away and took the proper measures to remediate. Peter had kept me in the loop through the whole process. At a time like that it was comforting to hear from someone. I would highly recommend Winmar and Peter to anyone that requires emergency services.

Our landlord is using your services, 6 weeks on from the aftermath of the tornado, and apart from some activities in boarding and clearing the site of debris any repair work like windows fencing is non existent. We have approximately 8 weeks til fall and winter is around the corner.
There's about 3-5 days work required. Pull ya finger out.

Update: project manager makes appointment, no show, no notification of non attendance or running late, doesn't answer phone.

Worked with Eric recently on a roof leak at my property. He was fantastic to work with and was very responsive. Helped us manage the insurance adjuster as well as all the extras. He managed to get everything done earlier than expected which is rare these days!

We had an opportunity to work with Eric and his team after a substantial flood in our home. Not only did he respond immediately (after midnight) he stayed and took extensive photos and notes to ensure our claim was properly prepared. Eric was understanding and professional, making sure our every concern was addressed and any work done, by any company we hired, was completed to our approval without any hassle. Mathis and Jeff were friendly, skilled and very clean as they basically rebuilt a quarter of our home. I enjoyed working with them alot, and loved their humor and personalites.

I can't remember all of the Winmar staff that helped us, but I hope they know we appreciate there efforts and are very thankful for their help recovering from our 2020 flood. Our family would gladly have any of the winmar staff back in our home.

We had a water damage problem in our family room very soon after COVID started. We called Winmar after working with our insurance company and Scott came out right away. He provided excellent service and project management. When we had questions or concerns, he responded to our emails literally within an hour, often within minutes to make sure our questions were answered and we were satisfied. Our family room looks better now than it ever has, thanks to Winmar.

Scott and his team at Winmar were very quick to assist after a large tree fell on our roof after a wind storm. Scott quickly sent out one of his roofers to patch the damaged areas, then promptly followed up by getting estimates for the repairs. Scott also assisted in settling our claim with insurance. From there he quickly initiated a contractor to re-shingle the house and install new soffits, fascia and eaves troughs. We are very happy with the quality and value of the work completed. Winmar acted in an extremely professional manner throughout this process, and as a result we would not hesitate to recommend and/or use their services again in the future:)

Our home had some serious water damage on our main floor and down into the finished basement, Insurance company gave me 3 options and I chose Wimar to do the clean up and restorative work. From the very get go Jordan and his crews have been outstanding in all facets of the project and also they provide you with the constant updates and Clean up 101 class! John and Josh were our floor installers after a flood happened in our basement. John promised to make our new floors look amazing and he didn't disappoint. His professionalism and flooring installation skills were 5 star. Was also impressed with how he took his time to explain to us the process and how it would come together and do check ins to insure our satisfaction. John also was thoughtfully training Josh in his methods of installation. They both work so well together. Josh himself was kind, polite, professional and great to work with. We would have them back anytime and made the ordeal so much better.

Jordan Robbins was our project manager for the repairs. He was easy to reach, communicate with and helped us along with understanding the process. He coordinated a great team of people to help us and we swift to help dry the water up for us. He did site inspections regulatory and made flooring recommendations which we appreciated. He was professional through the whole process. His team of movers, which I am failing to remember the ladies names which is terrible, but they were amazing and worked so hard to pack and organize our contents.

The day I experienced a loss of my house due to a fire was one of the most emotionally draining experiences I have ever experienced and is still very surreal. Before emergency services even cleared scene Jordan Robbins arrived and gave my family the piece of mind that we would be taken care of. In the days immediately after the fire Jordan was involved and checked in with us, making sure that everything was going well and on track. Jordan ensured that his team did whatever they could to make the process as smooth as possible. As we are going through the process of rebuilding Jordan has made sure we know everything that is happening and is going above and beyond any expectations we had for this process. I have total faith that our home will be completed perfectly and swiftly. I would recommend Winmar and Jordan for anyone requiring restoration services.

I worked as a temp for winmar. They set me up with a knowledgeable crew that knows what they're doing.

Jordan Robbins and his team were terrible to deal with. It took 4 months to fix my roof after a tree fell on it. His correspondence is his choice, he does not get back to you even when specifically asked. If you call the office they give you the run around. In order to fix my roof they felt it necessary to rip up my lawn with their equipment. They have done nothing to fix it, the Claims advisor from state farm Amy Morel (also garbage at her job) has said there is nothing she can do for us and we must pursue it on our own, even though thats her job. Dont hire Winmar to fix damage to your property because they will just wreck a different part of your property. Zero stars Barrie Winmar.

I was overwhelmed when the rainstorm the night of March 14 flooded my basement. My insurance company called Winmar Restoration first thing
in the morning and Peter Vasey, the manager, came to begin the process of cleanup and restoration. His crew was great and now the restoration is underway. So far - Excellant!

Jordon and team have been very professional and always kept us updated what to expect and when to expect them. Everyone that has been here have been great to have and we are very happy with the work they have completed.

In December 2018, we were unfortunate to have water damage in the house. Through our insurance company, we started dealing with Winmar Barrie for the repairs. We were very impressed by the professional approach demonstrated by their personnel. They were very dedicated and resourceful in repairing the damaged area and restored it to look like the original.

A lot of care was given to items that needed to be moved and innovative ways were provided to do work around cabinets that could not be moved. Jordan and his crew were also very flexible with the schedules.

Thank you for the hard work and highly recommended for any project.
