Winners in the basement of the former Zellers landmark store. Small but packed with everyday fashion, food. Wish they would carry more food items. Connected to Parliament OC Train. How convenient. Sometimes the smell is nasty but it is a quick shop.

Personal is nice, it's a small store but that's what makes it perfect for cool finds. It even has a pets section.

Got some Baby books that we're on sale, very nice store for cheaper purchase but good quality

My go-to place for clothes shopping. Not all Winners are created equal, unfortunately, as I discovered since we moved from downtown. This one is easily the best in selection and staff. Well worth a trip!

Clothing selection was ok, however lacking anything outside of that such as a reasonable selection of housewares, etc. The footprint of the store is also much smaller than I expected. The Lansdowne Store is much better in my opinion.

Uhhh, is this me or this Winner's store has emptier shelves in comparison with other Winners. I was not impressed by the selection of goods.

I went to this location of Winners for the first time yesterday and am tempted to go back today. The store was inviting, clean and organized. The staff were welcoming and helpful from security at the door, Nathalia on the floor and also the staff at the fitting rooms. There is a wide variety of items for every style and budget. I made several purchases that were much needed after not shopping for so long and will for sure be a regular consumer at this store in the future.

Whenever I go to this store the staff is always friendly and helpful. I always have a really good experience going into this store.

Like to visit this store occasionally. You can get a great deal here on clothes, shoes, some domestic items. Try it! I'm sure you'll be plesently surprised.

Great selection and well organized. Sometimes hard finding parking but easily accessible off Sparks street or the parliament train station.

Decently surprised with the selection here, I assumed because it was downtown, and hidden inside of a train station that it would be smaller. That really doesn't seem to be the case, and while it's not like one of those giant outlet sized Marshall's, it still has every department.

They have a really good selection of clearance items, especially in the beauty and makeup departments.

I'm a big fan for Winners. Amazing stuff and staff. I buy most of my gifts for my family from there. I always find what I want there

What a mayhem. Way to much merchandises in a little area. Basement is like a firetrap. Staffs seem friendly. Will never return.

I would shop here more if they knew when they were getting specific types of products in. I came in for shoes but they couldn't tell me when new ones would be in so I ended up shopping elsewhere

Best organized Winners that I have ever been to.

This little known Winners location is one of the best offsite department style-store in the downtown core. It's not like your average Winners - its very well organized and the store layout is both simple and thorough. I have always enjoyed visiting over my lunch hours or after work. Surprisingly this location sells an unusually high amount of men's suits, given that Winners is not known for selling suits. They also have a good selection of luggage and travel items for a store of its size.

The staff are very eager to help and the floor is very well covered with people in every section to assist with any questions. I always have success shopping for last-minute travel items or gifts here. The store is located below ground so is not easily visible but they do what they can under the circumstances. There are attractive digital displays in the windows featuring their latest ad copies and the escalator and elevator makes this store perfectly accessible. Highly recommend.

2 Entrances. Entrance by the O-train has a strong unpleasant smell. No children clothing. Like any other Winners: Quality clothing and apparel for a good price. Good items don't last long at this location. Lots of clients during lunch time (Mon. To Fri.).

The Sparks Street location is smaller than most Winners but there is still a decent selection of items. Maybe it’s the smaller size of the store but I find this location always seems less organized and more cluttered.

Price discounts usually range from -40% to slightly higher than other stores, so you really have to do your research to see if you’re getting a deal.

A little smaller than the winners, still have all the sections. You may find what you looking for ;)

The food section, love it. The different spices, veggian food, the awesome selection of chips, teas I can go on. I never fail to find what I'm looking for be it a new sweater (The funky long pineapple one was my favorite so far.), to dress clothes for work. I was amazed with the great selection of Magic Trick boxes available this year. I'm always on the hunt for something unque this is the place to find it. If you can't find it at one store, a other is sure to have the item your soul searches for.

The store is well maintained and clean. The space is too small for the location, as there are always way too many people and merchandise is very tightly packed.

Great prices and great selection. Frequently you can find brand name items for well under their usual retail prices. I also enjoy that this particular store is conveniently located on Sparks Street. It is on the lower level of the building, but there is an elevator for anyone needing to access the store using a walker, wheelchair or other mobility aid.

I simply went into Winners to see and inquire about when the new Entrance/Exit to Ottawa's new Confederation Line Station's Parliament Station will be completed. I was told by a store staff member that it should be accessable by Saturday, September 14,2019.

I was there to return somethings that I had bought at another’s store. The cashier said to me » why don’t you go back to the store where you bought it, to return it ». I was embarrassed. All I have to say is, i am (was) a regular customer.

Assortment is a bit poor, I couldn't find me crossovers and the warm cloth, not even sport pants.

Store is very easy to look for what u want. Ezcellent service and very clean and lots to choose from. Go for yourself and have a look u will be very impressed.

If it's your lucky day you will find great bargains. Store is not to large. More options for ladies. Be patient and you'll be rewarded.

Fire alarms sent everyone out of the store this evening, and I wanted to thank the staff and manager for their outstanding service. I would normally have become distressed at such loud sounds for that long, as well as having to pack up and leave quickly, but not at this store. Everyone was kind, helpful, confident and so well organized. An extra special thanks to those that I had the chance to get to know and for even giving me a $10 gift card once it was all over. Clothing store with many good choices, especially for ladies, at reasonable prices. Plenty of parking.

It’s small, but usually well-organized. Has a good selection of clothes, shoes, beauty products (mostly for women’s).

Love this store, it's right next to my work and the items within are very good quality. The prices are decent (IMHO) and their staff are really nice and helpful. Kudos
