Disappointed second visit in a week. Changing room staff member took garments back from a customer that was after me but apologized. Check out only had 3 lunch time and slow.

Update Permanently closed. This place is pretty small. Can't wait for a new place to open near 404 and Wellington.

Can't really give it a fair rating because the place was thoroughly picked clean for Christmas. Staff seemed friendly.

I went into this store this evening on a hunt to find shoes to wear to a New York Fashion week gala. I saw this beautiful shoe and a random customer said WOW those are gorgeous you need to get those. I went to pick up the other one and it wasn't there. After scanning the aisles it was no where to be found. I went to the nearest employee who advised there is a box in the back that might have it.

She went to check and came back with another employee who also loved the shoe and was eager to help me find it. Once I told her about the event she really went above and beyond. We spent a good 20 minutes looking and still no shoe. She searched high and low, cash register, change room you name it. After much time spent she asked me to call in the morning. She took the shoe with the intention to connect with me should it be found after I left.

Before I decided to leave I thought let me give it one more shot, not realizing she had the same intention. From a short distance I heard " I FOUND IT! " I immediately walked over with the biggest smile on my face and there is was the other shoe. We rejoiced and hugged one another in complete joy. I'm sure if you pull the camera footage from the shoe section around 7: 00-7: 25 P. M you will everything.

Thank you so very much Pina! You are the truest definition of genuine and kind. After 2 years in a pandemic and dealing with nasty people and service, you went above and beyond your duties to help me and it's worthy of being noted.

Kids shoes tend to be hit and miss. Sundays can be a zoo. They have some pretty cool stuff, usually.

Poor quality. Quality a d selection has hone downhill. Definitely not the same as it used to be.

My first visit to this one, coming all the way from DT Toronto to meet a friend mid-way. Was on a shopping spree with the friend and bought a lot of summer tops. They have a really good collection. Wanted to buy a lot more but settled on about 6-7 tops. Happy with the time and money spent.

Merchandise were all over the place, the store was untidy & messy! Items not on sale placed on sales rack, causing confusion when you get to cashier! But the staff & cashier was courteous & pleasant!

Was clean. Organized well. I thought things would be slightly lower priced. I ended up with 3 cartigan sweaters for 115 tax in

Recently, I had a minor 'close to fainting' episode at this Winners. I was alert but a bit shaken. The staff went beyond to make sure I was okay. Provided me a chair, water and stayed by my side - along with my girls:) Their response was quick and warming. I have been going to this Winners for sometime now & I'm familiar with the faces of their many friendly and helpful staff. Shopping here has always been comfortable; This experience has solidified how great of a team they are.

Very nice attendant ladies at fitting room station. Good prices and looked high quality cloths.

Was away and my daughter had asked too have a cutting board put on hold for me. Called a few minutes ago too find out if it was still on hold and the Customer Service Clerk told me it was put back on the floor. After asking me too hold, she went and checked, came back and told me she had found it. She said she will hold it again for me and I said thanks will be there to pick it up.
I want too thank Peggy for the excellent Customer Service help she gave by taking the time too search for this item. I've been looking for this cutting board for a while now, and when my daughter told me about it was so happy. I give Peggy a ten for an excellent job done. Winner's it's people like Peggy that makes your store a place too shop knowing us the customers are being given great service. Keep the excellent service up Peggy. Very satisfy customer.

Favorite stores depend on what you're looking for, but winners has something for all. It's an affordable store with many items on sale. It's stock changes daily, so there's always something new to check out. Provides for many stiles and tastes. My visit to this particular location was great. All workers were kind and helpful. The store was organised and clean. Fitting rooms and cashier lines were short. Easy return policy. This is one of my favorites.

I went with my 7 months pregnant wife. There was a long line up along with a storm, asked the girl to give her priority to get in. She rudely said no to us!

Had help from real nice staff there last week and makes a difference! Great store for lots of needs

Horrible customer service! You guys need to re-train your employees on the "Reopening Ontario Act" and stop spreading misinformation

First day open at a capacity of 45 people. The line at 10: 45am was completely around the back of the building. I spoke to one customer who was 3/4 back and she was waiting almost 2hrs.

Dear Winners: If the capacity is 45.the there should be a time limit set. As we know, some people can spend over 2hrs in the store.

Not the biggest location, and not the best selection, but definitely a good experience every time I visit. Better than many other locations

Went to return a clothing item
Wouldn't consider shopping due to lack of organization. Few direction arrows helping to navigate the aisle. Women were close together sorting through the clothing, distancing was for somewhere else. I will Not return until pandemic is over.
A person did count shoppers entering but at the time it wasn't at capacity. Heaven forbid what it would be like then.

The service at Winners is consistently good. The availability of stock never disappoints and the prices are great!

Good winners location. Luxury items are very rare in this spot, but for the regular day to day clothes you'd almost always be able to find something here

This is a great Winners store, always has been and this one has been around for years, Always a great place to shop for women's men's and kids clothing. Normally a great selection of housewares. Yes please be aware that because of the Pandemic stock levels are lower than normal, it's not their fault. Very good service at this store.

I came by the store to pickup some clothing and gifts for my daughter and had a pleasant conversation with Persia at cash. I asked for her opinion on the gifts and she gave me terrific advice! Great customer service, give her a raise!

Found some great buys, Pandemic precautions not so good. Store crowed and no social distancing maintained.

So busy location the only problem I had was cashier were so slow took for ever in the line other then that nice store

I shop at this location fairly frequently. The only reason it gets 4 stars rather than 5 has nothing to do with the employees but rather the cleanliness of the store. The clothing sections are not too bad but the beauty/make up section is a pretty big mess every time I come. I understand it’s a very busy store and it’s difficult to keep things spotless, but maybe a little more focus on those areas would be beneficial!

Aside from that, I personally had a wonderful interaction with one of the cashiers (not sure of her name), but she was amazing! Super friendly, and amazing attitude (given the long line up etc). She made every customer feel welcomed and valued. Keep hiring associates like her!

This place is terrible to shop in. Not only is it super messy but the management there is terrible they clearly don't know how to run a business. Never shopping in this store again.

Winners always has a lot of great clothing and plenty of sale items. Jewellery, eclectic sweets, teas, kitchen items, pillows, knick knacks, so many things to see.

I've only gone into this place twice (to find something my wife may like) and Both times I've literally told myself out loud that I need to leave. From the layout to the decor to the colour of the light they use, everything about this place makes me wonder how it stays on business.

They marked the prices UP and making everyone thing they discounted for Black Friday deals/sales

I think winners getting to be a junk store. Sizing is off. I used to injoy but it's so disorganized.
