Tall older lady with the European accent in the fitting room does NOT want to be there. Super rude and will ignore you if you don’t know the store protocols. She let four people get in front of me. Sighed loudly in my face too.

Also found massive stains on one shirt in the racks, used or non-inspected returns?

Heartland centre's winners is a big store and the merch has great choices, prices seem to be within the norm but it would be nice to institute a once a month really good discount 1 day sale

Most of the items are much cheaper than any other stores, however, sometimes they don't have many stock in hand, if you want to buy more than 3 same items. Overall, they have many good deals items.

It's a great store to go for shopping for clothes and other stuff. Apart from apparel, we can also get beauty products, shoes etc.

Busy, and when we're talking about a busy Winners, that implies the available selection is the left-overs. It's a winners mind you, so it does nothing wrong par se on that front, but relatively speaking there are much better Winners to find gold in.

This winner location failed to force mask policy. My wife and my mother in law wanted to buy something from there. A man walked in with no mask, coughing and sneazing. Cashier didn't do anything and scared to talk to the customer with no mask.

Management needs to be fired. This is unacceptable. Kids were in a store.

I am visiting the store tomorrow as well.

You need to really search with patience to select your items/clothes but you do get good clothes. I wish there were more better brands in all sections. You can buy when there is clearance. Baby clothes also should have more options. Limited choice. The pricing is better and there is large enough parking space.

We saw an upriced shirt and the sales lady there told us it's for 16$ whereas wen we went to the counter.the cashier girl subi checked and said it's for 24$. She was nice and apologetic without her fault but her supervisor or God knows who that lady was.she was so rude she said if it's for 16 I will buy myself and we were wondering y doesn't she check with sales person rather than being rude to us.it was a weird experience because we weren't even insisting on purchasing that.

Horrible management and employee chebaughn. (She has blonde hair and is a bit older). There was a situation at the store that she had no idea what happened and immediately started placing blame on the people of colour. I watched it happen. I have video of everything should those poor patrons need it. You guys need to do better.

Went there on the second day after lockdown lifted and I ended up waiting for 70mins around 1pm the location doesn’t have any shade to avoid blazing sunlight so be prepared enough water as well as sun umbrella comparing with other two winners I visited on the same day it seems to have less variety of cosmetic as well as women clothing

A large store with lots of great deals. You can find brand name clothing to shoes and perfumes at good prices. You have to go there often because they get stock every week and some deals are not repeated. There are household items, jams, candles and other items.

Love this Winners store. Great products and excellent prices. They replenish and put new stuff frequently. That's why if you see something you love, grab it!

Good place to buy clothes, here at winners you can find very rare items for an affordable price but the only thing I would like winners to improve on is items and most of the items here are expired or cracked, or someone else used it already and left it there but overall its a really good store.

Be very careful shopping here. I had to return a hair serum because 2 days after having it went yellow. It should be clear. So I returned and went shopping. I bought a candle that I didn't realize was used as I had bought it before so didn't remove the lid to check. When I brought it home the wick was already burnt. Also bought a concealer and there was no seal on it. So probably also returned and used.

Basically they put used returned product back on the shelf! Ewwww

It is so irritating when they have so many Associates working but yet only two or three people at the cash register when the line is around. The corner that looks like it's a amusement park

Here's the deal I love Winners for their reasonable prices and versatility of brand offerings. My issue is their buyer the clothes are horrendous in fact I wish they wouldn't sell apparel at all as it's all unattractive and very boring to browse through. Just doesn't excite me I noticed recently they put way to many items on display in every area and it's so overbearing even the Dollar store does it and I can't stand it. It takes the fun out of shopping now trying to entice you to stay longer in the store when really they should limit the inventory that their not selling. Along with the slow lines doesn't make it any more pleasant to the experience even though I'm not a fan of it no wonder people go online to buy stuff!

The service is ok not too bad but the things they sell it some very old model but the price is higher I hope they going to check the price and the quality and low the price

This is a good winners with lots of dynamic stock; always new stuff coming in. It's a bit chaotic and by the end of the day you really have to hunt through the mess. The place also gets very busy on the weekends and at Holidays like Christmas, Eid and Diwali.

It could be challenging to find shirts / clothing from this store but if time is well spent as they have some remarkable quality clothing for discounted prices for top brand goods. I hate shopping but I enjoy shopping at Winners. Way to go staff. Keep up the great work and culture.

I was looking for Snow Pant and Jacket for my Boy.
But didn't find the right size with the quality I am looking for.
I bought from Carter instead with awesome quality.

I bought lunch bag from Winner.that was pretty good

A lot of hidden gems, a place where you need to spend time in and it will pay off with those key finds. Can be messy but you see the associates working and trying to stay on top of it

Always a great selection here. I always find something here. Dresses, activewear, baby toys.list goes on! Will be back!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
One of the cashier forget to remove security tag.
So because of their silly mistake I have to drove 34km in total to overcome this issue and they are not able to give any compensation, and also they talked rudely on phone despite having their mistake.

The best of them all, The manager was very friendly and was available all the time. He interacted with my kids and made sure that me and my family got everything we needed.

Good selection, prices. Staff were friendly and although store was busy, they processed everyone quickly

I love this store, however the associates in the jewelry department are lacking a lot of customer service.i dont know whats so hard about life to learn to smile once in a while.

A large winners location with a huge selection of youth women clothing! It's very wide and you'll know where everything in the store is. Changing rooms are clean and theres lots. All other winners I go to don't have many things in my style, but the heartland location has almost everything I would wear! I live about 20 minutes from this winners and last time I went (which was last week) I bought 4 shirts and usually when I shop at a winners I can't find a shirt I like. Winners usually gets new shipments in weekly, so I should come back to this location regularly to see what new items they have. There's also lots of cashiers and the line goes by fast when the line is long.

Always good to look around store as well as good priced fashionable clothing. Always find something to buy.
Good store at times like Valentine's /Easter / Halloween & Christmas!

Its a great store. You can find all your favorite brand's under the one roof. Great idea to buy clothing, shoes, jackets etc. If you want to save money. They have free parking and also have a restroom. I recommend this store.
