Bad service. I visited today. They do scan one item twice. So just be sure first before paying your bill and Check twice the change when you pay them by cash.

There was a bag on sale for 12 bucks- a really good one- and my wife is a deal magnet… anyways the person at the counter refused to give it to us until someone checked it - claimed that customers switched labels— if I was white — she wouldn’t have done that— she made someone check it twice— her system said 12- she didn’t want to give it to us at that price— I love winners — shop A LOT there— and it wasn’t the only thing we bought— just so upset - I had to post this— racist person!

Once again every time I walk into this place I always end up purchasing something I don't go shopping just to Window Shop I go shopping to actually buy something yet every time I get followed harassed by the managers people work there just watching it every move it's uncomfortable to shop and I would never go back

It's winners, clean enough and all the clothes or home stuff you want. Just gotta keep an eye on their prices because I've seen stuff on the shelf being listed as on sale but still goes for the same retail price on the sticker

This is probably the worst Winners location. Selection is seriously lacking, items is the beauty section are usually already opened and all of the clothing items look worn and or damaged.

The store was in the midst of renovation during our visit, but it didn't really affect operations nor the overall customer experience tbh. ‍️
They have an amazingly wide array of products, ranging across several categories [not just apparel, which is what I had initially anticipated tbh]. The prices are mostly in the mid-high range, but they seem to be [mostly] quite worth it [so far], so hey. ‍️
My son managed to get himself a few nice pieces that my mom & I were happy with, BUT [most of all] that HE was also happy with.and THAT's nooo easy feat.trust me! ‍️

Tbh, my ONLY real issue during the entire experience was the distance of the entrance from ANY disabled parking spot in the ENTIRE parking mall lot.we had to park in the small lot for the adjacent fastfood restaurant [I can't remember what it was right now.might have been a BK, I'm really not sure]. But, even with those disabled parking spaces being right at the edge of the Winners' building, it was still a heck of a walk to the actual entrance.which really made it quite hard for me to even get to the store: I had to make SEVERAL stops; taking SEVERAL breaks. Thankfully, my rolling walker has a mini-seat on it: so I could sit during those well-needed breaks.but after being so utterly worn down [just trying to get INto the store], shopping thereafter really became just a chore and not enjoyable at all [I ended spending most of my time in store just sitting & trying to recover]. Then I had to leave my family in the store [before they were done shopping] so I could slowly make my way back to the car without slowing them down again [well, I really didn't HAVE to, and no one even suggested it, but I feel so uncomfortable making them wait for me like that so I didn't wanna put then through it again, especially in such an extreme case ‍️ so I just told them I needed to go lay down so I could make my difficult journey back on my own ].
Parking aside however, there are wheelchair ramps available to access the sidewalk leading into the store. They also had automated access doors.they just didn't ALL work. ‍️‍️ Nevertheless, I assume they'd repaire those by the end of the whole renovation process, so [again] hey. ‍️].

Finally, the staff was very assistive & attentive.courteous & friendly, but also entirely professional.

Overall: a pretty decent experience, tbh. ‍️

made my family so uncomfortable because this caucasian girl with red hair, Indian girl, and this guy were fighting amongst one another. Looked so disturbing because all 3 employees entirely ignored that every customer was staring at them. Never coming here. Thank You

The postal code discrimination hurt my visit. Not stocked with what I'm use to.

But store service 5 stars.

This particular location is not the greatest for nice finds unfortunately. I always tend to go in and come out empty handed

I just love winners. So much fun aimlessly walking around touching random clothes making myself more vulnerable to covid. But jk im vaccinated.
This place is actually very clean. The staff is super nice and friendly.and clothes are always stocked and organized.
They got good collection of house wares.

Overall a great store. Good products and great customer service. Was helped by a very hospital associate named Leah in the jewelry section, will definitely be returning.

First day of store opening. Long line to enter. Social distancing is maintained. Store is clean with someone sanitizing the carts. Only 60 people capacity at a time. Remember to take your mask.

I don’t know if it’s true but I find this store cheaper than other Winners locations.good stuff.

This place is dangerous (in a good way). There is so much to see. You need patience and time to go through things. Clean store, great stuff, big selection. Wish they had more sales here and there.

It's a fairly good place for cool and good fashion stuff (not high fashion or you'll have to splurge). I loved the clothes, it has some cool crockery and room fragrances too but 1 can pass on the bakery stuff. I bought a packet of 6 macaroons and it was so bad, I threw it outside in the bird bowl and even the squirrels & skunks rejected it.

This place does NOT sell stuff for 'upto' 60% off! They do sell items (hardware) that are rejects which are chipped and blemished so miniscule enough so as to miss your discerning eye! The next time you visit this store i encourage you to look out for them!

All required things easy access at one place. Have a good brands in clothing, electronics stuff.

It's an ok place for deals on clothing that would normally be extremely high priced, but don't expect super low prices.

I prefer the queen/airport location. Bigger and more variety to choose from.lots of brands and sale

Overpriced mismatched inventory open products mislabeled overpriced don't waste your money save it up and buy your stuff on Good Friday AKA Black Friday AKA Boxing Day or just go to America TJ Maxx same type of store accept you won't pay retail

Shopping at winners is almost like a scanvanger hunt. If you know your style it very easy to find some good stuff at reasonable price and fashionable. If you go there at the right time of season, you can get some really good jackets.
And also some organic plant-based skincare products qhich is hard to find in other stores is easily found here.

Stop trying on the underwear what is wrong with you if you think a medium might not fit it probably won’t

All I can say is in 25 years I have never been to any winners location and not found what I was looking for they're all unique full of style

Pretty clean store but so much to look through to find what you’re looking for. Not a lot of employees around when you need to ask a question. We couldn’t find what we were looking after 15 minutes of looking.since we couldn’t find an employee we just left.

Great selection at this store. Spacious, neat and organized. Good place to pickup Winter wear. Great selection and pricing on colognes.

Nice location, they have a good variety of new items everyday. Very reasonably priced. Not usually a busy store. They have good offers and discounts on branded items.
