Staff was fine.
Customers acted like the situation was all okay. No physical distancing, blocking aisles, leaning to others who were walking through, overcrowded, not feeling 100% safe shopping there.

Wow! It's massive! With a great selection of items! Loved it! A bit too crowded though. Checkout line is extremely long, but moves pretty fast

Pretty big store, still not that much of variety of merchandise. Limited stock on items overall. Staff are helpful.

I was being helpful to remove the hangers of 3 shirt/jacket for your associate, Rita B. Rita said she will do it. When she was removing the hanger from the collar, she not only expanded the collar of the shirts, but also not able to remove the hanger. So I helped her to remove the hangers from the bottom. She gave me and my husband a nasty and annoying look. What an unpleasant experience to end a happy shopping!

Wife lost her phone while shopping, lady that works at the store went to look for her and made sure she got her phone back, we are really happy with the customer service! Thank you

Closed minutes early due to “high capacity”. But what about the 10-15 people that just walked out in less than 2 minutes? Lol

You should change the schedule in your website and store location as I felt bad for seniors lining up around 9am only to be told you open at 9: 30.

Fantastic visit with it being their first day open after lockdown. Very fast cashes, 13 of them open. Store was clean even though it was so busy. Very enjoyable shopping experience!

Love love Winners & HomeSense! They sell quality products that you can't find elsewhere and for reasonable prices! This is one of my favorite locations as it's big and it has both together.
So happy they reopened since the pandemic restrictions. You really need to come at least half an hour before the opening times because people.line.up! Lines are always long outside, no matter what time of day.but it's really nice how there aren't so many people in the store once you're inside to shop.

Love that the Home Sense and Winners are connected. Check out is not a quick in and out as the cashiers are combined for both sides. Very well stocked and organized. Staff was very friendly.

Poor choice of shoes. Every 30 seconds some announcement over the loudspeaker. Really annoying.

Large store, good selection and quick moving line to pay. Found what I needed, checkout moved quickly even though the line was long and the clerk was super friendly. Only once when shopping here have I experienced an unusually long wait time. Great errand experience!

We used to visit this store all the time when we lived near the area. We still visit here from time to time.

This place is huge! The Homesense and Winners are interconnected and their cash out lines are long but quick. Plenty of cashiers on the weekend. Nice and clean. Definitely recommended!

This is a large location with lots of selection. I came here a week ago and was debating on an item and when I came back, it was all gone! Make sure to get stuff if you see it because it might not be there the next time you come back!

Homesense & Winners next door so you can do shopping for almost anyone or any reason. I don't find a lot of trendy pieces in terms of fashion but the home section is worth a glance. This location lacks inventory and variety, other locations like Vaughan Mills or Hightech road have a lot more selections

Best HomeSense! I have purchased many unique products at reasonable prices. My puppy and I can’t wait until they reopen. They have a great selection of pet stuff at great prices. Staff is friendly. Fitting rooms are clean. Checkout is fast. They have good people running the front end; they quickly call up more cashiers when the line grows.

I LOVE WINNERS, I am disappointed with this location; it used to be a stellar store, now it's looks like a drop off of old merchandise from other locations looking like a thrift shop. Hopefully they will bring back the A+ status to this site.

Cashier staff are the worst staff ever.
They are so rude and racist. They sell bad qualities production which they even don't accept them as refund. They even don't know what products they sell! One of them just said, these are not ours. Not only I spent such unpleasant time today but also I regret why I bought stuff from Winners&. Specially this branch doesn't worth to spend a penny.

I love HomeSense so much. They have everything different and the prices are always amazing. If anybody needs to decorate their place go here even if I'm not shopping for anything in particular I just go walk around in there and even they have a little bit of food and even that is a little bit different to I recommend this place very highly I love it it makes me feel good even just to walk in to see everything

This. Place. Is. A. Mess. I asked 4 different staff members if a certain item was in store, either they said they don't know! Or sent me to an isle that had nothing to do with what i was looking for. No signs to categorize anything. The kitchen stuff is mixed up with toiletries? Not sure why. Probably, not come back.

A store offering discounted clothing, household items, kids' clothing, toys, books, gem stone jewelry. A nice location of this store chain, it has 2 stores combined, Winners and Home Sence.

On sundays in closes at 7 and it says 8 pm, also the customer service is awful. Extremely long line ups not enough cashiers and they always create problems when you are trying to return something.

Much larger than most Toronto stores n more variety. Plus winners next to it adds benefit of shopping both together.

Not good service I was at the back waiting on someone for 20 minutes to buy a table I didn't get because of the service

Great selection, newly renovated. Staff is pleasant and checkout is usually quick despite the large crowds during peak hours.

Great location! They carry amazing products and have great service! Specifically a cashier named Sevile (not sure I am spelling that right) she was so kind and patient. I had bought TONS of fragile, glass items and she carefully wrapped each one so they don't break, folded each item of clothing she was ringing through and she did all of that with a smile on her face.

Aside from the management being friendly the cashiers need work. The environment feels disorganized and carts always out of commission.

I was here to return an online order. The cashier was very friendly, completely different from an earlier visit to Club Monaco where the customer service was not so nice.

Saves a lot of money from popular brands but the cashier didn't focus on me and took 20 minutes for one pair of shoes

I work at winners as well. I love shopping there, reasonable prices for brand names. Staff are wonderfull and very helpfull

The assistant manager Nahid, is very rude and racist even though she is an immigrant herself! I heard her making a very offensive discriminatory comment about a customer in Farsi to a co worker both laughed about it. I am not Persian but I do understand Farsi because of my husband. Still in shock! I am not sure how a person with this mindset towards people can be employed in this multicultural society! So sorry!

There's lot of varieties you can find here and the products they sell is superb. The, management was very knowledgeable and their working style is amazing. The way they deal their customer was also appreciable. Good place to buy the stuff you want.

HUGE selection of furniture, decorations and such. Always have the in-season decorations ready. One of the more tidy locations which makes it easy to shop.

There is an extremely rude middle aged lady that works here. A woman was walking out with a cart full of her purchases and the old lady yelled across the store saying she can’t walk out with the cart. To make it worse, she yelled out that there is a big sign that says you can’t. Poor woman looked so embarrassed. My husband went back in the store to help the woman carry stuff to her car, but then the old lady yelled at my husband that the store was closed. Jesus Christ.

Such an amazing, organized, tidy, and clean store to be at. I loved my experience and will definitely be back

Nice selection of home-decor. But: if you are buying dishes/cups from here, be sure to carefully examine them so they don't have cracks or chips!

It seems like this was a clearance store by the price discounts, but all the items I purchased were all new, new stock. I went in for sheets and towels, and found a great selection of brand name sheets and linens. C. K, Stella, Sleep Studio, and many others that I can't remember. And the place itself is huge and modern. Just about everything for your home but furniture.

The best place to shop! Nice people and a really amazing fabulous range of furniture. Unique, modern and designer products that won't break the bank!

This place deserves 0 stars. Disgusting customer service. The ladies working there at the cashier are beyond disrespectful! They talk to each other in Farsi - whispering, snickering and laughing - right in front of the customer!

The store manager is the only trained person there who appears to be professional.

This store is always a mess and you can never find help. My wife and I we prefer the new R hill location.
