I love this store! I'm always successful with really good finds! My only pet peeve is that I wish they would fold the garments when bagging. But that won't stop me from my shopping sprees there!

This store is amazing, something for everyone. Toys, clothing, furniture, pet supplies, even snacks!

VERY disappointed in the variety and quality.
Staff is very rude except for the young man that cashed me out.

Large, clean, with lots of items. The staff are always very pleasant and smiling, at least the staff I have encountered.

I didn't know winners was open till 7 on a Sunday. I went a little after 5 and not busy I could walk into the change room with no waiting. Found 2 sweaters and a date night top.

Amazing selection of items at this location! Great quality products for good prices that don't break the budget. Cashiers are fast and efficient as well.

I was looking for some decorations stuff for my home and I got them at winners in good prices compared with the other stores like Walmart and HomeSense.

Tried to return a gift since a Xtmas because they were closed.but because I didn't have a receipt and there was no price in it, I was told I would only get $5 for the return.

Came in yesterday (fri, feb 19) around 3: 00 pm.

There was a customer in the store with her young daughter and neither one of them had a mask on.what is the point of the employees at the front of the store if they aren’t stopping people from coming in while not wearing a mask?

So I have mixed emotions. Great selections and why I will return but not one but 2 of the staff were very rude and not helpful at all. Sarah? I believe was her name is just a teen and I can understand but her supervisor (did not get the name) man.poor service

The entire store was pretty much on clearance and staff had PPE. Those are pretty much the only positives about entering this store during covid. I felt unsafe shopping here: staff were coming within 6' of me, customers were not shown any guidance on physical distancing measures, aside from the 2 staff at the front wiping down the carts and the cashiers behind plastic guards, there were no covid 19 measures taken. Children were running around, people going in whichever aisle and touching everything, people going close to one another. Very poor maintenance of public safety.

Do not go here without your own PPE for your own safety.

I love Winners and finally decided to go since the re-opening during covid. I was sadly very disappointed in there lack of policies for Covid. I got inside where the woman put hand sanitizer in my hand. She didn't say anything like keep your distance or that I had to have a cart. I had numerous people bump into me, reach across in front of me, touching everything, a family 5 was allowed to entire, multiple people in one isle. Not one employee even said anything to anyone while these things happened. I feel they should have the arrows on the ground like everywhere else I shop and to be reminding people about the social distancing instead of signs. I will not go back now because I did not feel safe to shop.

One of the assistant mangers i think her name was tara is very rude and disrespectful. Will not be coming back.

This is the newer one to Barrie. I find this this one has more inventory then the one on Mapleview. You can also find high end watches, Jewellery and purses in this one. This location is my favourite one. I Recommend it highly. Staff here is always friendly.

The checkouts are like at a bank, sometimes takes way too long. I have put selected items more than often back onto the racks or shelves or left the full cart when in a hurry as I could not wait to be herded like cettle only to make a payment. Ridiculous in this day and age and a huge step backwards for customer service. 10 years ago Winners had way better, more modern selections. It's no longer what it used to be and I only spend a fraction of what I used to at a time when selection was more stylish and the quality was often better with more designer names, checkout process and service desk were way more efficient. This was at a time with less Marshalls and blue Winners logos. The darker logos came along with less quality of goods and service. It's a sad experience. The jewelry department is a joke in comparison to 10 or even as less as 8 years ago.

Love this store! Great prices, and this location has been the cleanest and most organized winners that I have been to.

Clean and organized location, with plenty of parking in the plaza. They don’t have as many items as the winners closer to the city though.

I visited store today, April 2,2019. It was so cold at the store that I could not stay there longer then 15 minutes! So i did not buy anything. Obviously AC was turned on! I do not understand why as it was only +8 C outside.

Very impressed with their selection of BELTS, and low prices. They also accepted my Winner's gift card, I got for Xmas, 2016. I"ll be back!

Great set up compared to the old bayfield mall location. Tons of variety and organized wonderfully.
