I was there today and I took a Cristal Bowl from the shelf it was 12.99 when I went to the cash the cashier said it's a wrong label and the price is 29.99. I wait for her for 15 minutes and I didn't got a Bowl from the sales item she supposed to fixed the price for me that's a rule in Canada "price accuracy policy"and everyone knows. I asked her to talk to the manager she said No She was the supervisor.when I arrived home I called the manager and I explained to him and he didn't help me at all that's the worst customer service.

Weak selection (mens) and staff were rather pushy as closing time drew near. I mean, I get it.maybe just be a tad nicer about it? I don't know.maybe I'm just sensitive

Some of the best customer service I've ever had. Every one that works there is absolutely amazing, friendly, and helpful.

Warmly greeted when entering the store the staff was knowledgeable about their products and gave good suggestions for items I was looking for. It is clean and well maintained. I always enjoy shopping there.

This store is awful! Garbage quality and little stock. They sell clothes that have dust on them and are ripped.

Not the nicest looking plaza, but is home to some good local businesses, ranging from pet store to ice cream shop. No Frills supermarket is moving from this plaza to a new location.

An outdated and small store. Poor lighting and requires cleaning. Ailes, shelves, and floors are always dirty and dusty.
Would’ve expected it to be better considering the area.

Not a huge selection like other Winners locations in Toronto. Just right for Richmond Hill though. Hoping in future the may have larger selections.

Terrible customer service by Rude and hateful staff

1. The cashier kept messing up with the transaction. The senior old lady came to rescue and first thing she told me was OOh I was gonna buy that Cologne later but you took it. She looked so upset.

2. Paid over $150 on my credit card, which got approved but the senior guy told me to pay again on another cash register. I showed him the transaction on my app but he said it will get debited shortly because it always happens. It's very inconvenient to say the least. They choose to create problems for you instead of fixing the register.

3. Cashier with name tag of Tina totally ignored what I wanted to ask and kept looking elsewhere. When I was leaving she said sorry I was looking over there. She still didn't ask what tI needed.

It's needless to say I'm never going back there to experience the worst customer service ever.

I bought a gift today and when i got home I saw that the cashier (i think her name was sima) didn’t take the magnetic tag off of one of the clothes i bought! I got so upset because I live kind of far from winners locations and nothing is within walking distance. And when i called there, they told me that i just have to bring it back and they can take it off. She did not even sympathize with me, she only said “yes that happens sometimes” and I feel as so she didn’t acknowledge how this could be really frustrating. So now I have to squeeze another trip to winners in my schedule. I can’t believe how she didn’t even check the clothes to see if they have a tag, when that’s a basic job and it also didn’t “beep” when i exit the store.
Overall the cashier seemed like she was in a rush and was being careless although there wasn’t anyone behind me. However, the lady at the entrance was very kind and energetic and other staff were helpful!

Four stars because its very alarming to note that Winners has no online store. In this day and age of Technology, that just doesn’t seem acceptable.

Nice store with good inventory. Customer service was friendly as well. Good place for purchasing clothes.

They are taking all the steps to keep customers and there employees safe. Very friendly staff always have a happy face

They have a person at the front making sure everyone is sanitising and they clean everything which is nice to see these days.

This Winners is probably the smallest one in Toronto. It is located in a strip mall/plaza instead of being an anchor store of a big shopping centre. Due to its size the selection here is limited, but if you are nearby in the area then might as well check it out to see whats inside. Just for your reference, the other Winners nearby will be on HWY7/YONGE, or HWY7/WOODBINE, both which are around 10+ minutes away.

I love winners, you can always find something for a great price. Usually, winners are large, and or anchor stores. However, this location I find quite small. Obviously as the store is smaller in size, the selection is limited. Although, you still manage to find something nice, even if the selection is small. That's just the beauty in winners!

Cashier not very nice. Charge five cents for a plastic bag. Parking quite easy. No rest area in the shop. Some goods on display quite messy.

You can find good discounts on major brands but need to spend some time to find the best price. Store is not very huge as compare to hi-tech branch.

Usual Winners. Hit or miss.

Need to get prepared for "the Hunt",
stay in an optimistic state of mind while dealing with narrow lanes,
messy spots (although messy seems to be the styling of the stores in general, rustic/eclectic charm perhaps, awful really),
long wait in lines (which after spending time "hunting", maybe trying on, and finally ready to go pay, sometimes not worth continuing to wait in a line that takes more of your time and you may end up just dropping the " finds".
Employees that you do encounter are usual gruff types, may get a smile and a fair greeting if your lucky, don't expect much from employees.
Do expect to see nice things in general for home, clothes, general options and don't be fooled by pricing or apparent quality, some things are a good find with quality and price some things are just run of the mill "meh"

Deserves a -10000 rating. The store manager, Charmaigne, had the audacity to look me DEAD in the eye and tell me “ I don not have to take your return without proof of purchase because it could have been stolen”. I had the tag on it and even had it in a Winners jewlery box; she was THE RUDEST MOST DISGUSTING manager I have EVER met right after the manager of TD at Yonge and Crosby, Francesco, they should meet.that’d be a match made in heaven! LOL
Head office will be hearing about this; I went ahead and did my return at Centre St Winners. Antonette the store manager was an absolute DELIGHT; I will take my business there where it is appreciated and deserves it. AMAZINGGGGG STORE, deserves a 100/100 rating

I dont wannt give any star to that location. I paid to FIROOZEH. She was so rude. I've never had that experience before. I paid with red sticker goods. Anyway it was only 2 dollors different from regular price. I can pay 2 dollors more, but she looked me like so wierd face and so bad attitude. From today she made me a totally different impression about Winners. I will never go back that location again. I didnt buy that red stiker goods but, she chargered that coast. So I had to go back to there. OMG! Her name is FIROOZEH. Don't meet her at there.she will make yourday badly.
