Their Cosmetics section is such an interesting place to browse. They carry a lot of products from organic companies and also European companies at much lower prices. My other favourite place to browse is their food section. Gourmet items to choose from, coffee, tea, etc. Also products that are sold in health food stores, example large bag of turmeric, but cheaper. Unfortunately, their selection in the food area is very limited at this time. Hopefully that will improve.

Got lucky this time! Racks were well labeled a few things on hangers where the size did not matter. Went through cash quickly and they were busy. Friendly staff.

Good location, they keep the story tidy and well stocked. Very warm and friendly staff.

Stock seems low or picked over, but I guess covid impacted their ability to acquire clothing items.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Found everyone to be in a great attitude during the Covid reopening. Even with obvious challenges with the reopening, staff were in a great mood and the store was very well stocked and well priced.

Staff is meh neither friendly nor unfriendly. Not the cleanest or most organized location. Always find open boxes. Appreciate the extra covid precautions they have laid in place.

Really bad customer service. I bought a drink from Walmart and bring it into the store with me. The cashier keep asking me if I get the drink from Winners. That is really disappointing, really unhappy for the service

This location has decent products. The store itself is clean and well displayed. I'm giving it a one star review because of how I I'm treated by staff. There is very few staff who are actually kind and friendly. The overall experience is rarely good for me. Its the only winners location we have in Cambridge but I actually try to drive out just to avoid this location.

Always a surprise to see what they have, and there all set up for Covid to keep us all safe

I know someone who took a trans family member shopping for clothing of the preferred gender for the very first time.

When going to the change rooms, the attendants took one look at her and sent her to the family room despite there being plenty of change rooms open.

If true that's absolutely unacceptable. In solidarity, I'll never be shopping there again.

Always a good time as you never know what you will find. Generally a well organized store compared to some.

Enjoy checking out what's new in their treat department. Usually find something I don't seem to see anywhere else. Thanks for that.

DIANE the store manger is INCREDIBLY rude and belligerent. I could smell the booze off her breathe as she spoke to me. This woman SHOULD NOT be working customer service. I cannot believe the way i was spoken to and dealt with. She screamed as she walked away "AND HERE IT STARTS! " As she grabbed my shopping cart out of my hands after asking a simple question.so rude. Maybe laying off the booze may help with your attitude problem Diane.

Usually has great deal on brand name clothes but takes a little bit of looking to find something.

Great store for home essentials, clothes and gifts too! Prices are very affordable and reasonable, most are even on sale too! Their glass sculptures and designs are a must-see!

I recently had to do a large return and repurchase most of it, because at the time of original purchase I couldn’t find my loyalty card.
Now usually if you show your loyalty card when doing a return (but it wasn’t scanned on the receipt) they will still accept the return and put it on the original method of payment. But my purchase had totalled quite high.
So I didn’t want to risk being turned away later due to the loyalty card mishap and have to eat up that cost personally, if I chose to return it later.
The cashier seemed quite annoyed at first and I was quite uncomfortable. I didn’t feel heard. Later on near the end of the transaction she seemed to warm up to me.
But as I was shopping around afterwards I had everyone (employees) staring at me noticeably and what seemed to be following me around. As if I’m some criminal. I used to work for this company so to feel ashamed to walk around a store made me feel so small and quite upset. I understand being cautious in identifying potential thieves, trust me I remember working retail. But I also know customer service and how important it is to accommodate the customer. I left feeling upset, excluded, and not wanted. Overall, a little dissapointed.

Love a wander at winners once and a while, often find something interesting or some clothing well priced.

Winners always has the latest top brand shoes. Ibought a pair of Sketches for $35. Looked them up online they were $135 anywhere else.only downfall is no box.

Bev at the jewellery counter helped me greatly by offering to put my new earrings in! My nails are too long to do this. Thanks so much Bev!

Lots and lots of great deals and household things you never even realized you needed. Stire Isbell lit and very clean.

Nice, clean store with lots of variety in men's clothing. Staff is friendly and seeks to address any issues and concerns

I like this Winners. While it may not have quite the selection of the Kitchener and Waterloo locations, it's still a big store and they do have a lot of stuff.

Staff are always helpful, selection aligns with other locations.mostly clothing/apparel, not a large home selection.

If you're looking for home stuff this is not the winners for you. They dont have very much, it's mostly clothes at this location.

This location is great! Friendly staff, well lit and lots of merchandise to choose from. Large selection of clearance from family to home.

My friends always tell me that there other stores in town and a Mall. I tell them that I love shopping at Winners because I get awesome things at a great price.

Very poor selection compared to other winners, was told they are not stocking the store due to Marshalls going into the mall. Always disappointed. Purchased a wallet and it had 3 cuts in the material. Jewelry selection is terrible.

This department store offers many brand name clothing items at reduced prices. It offers a good selection of clothing for men, women, and children.

Clothing is the store's strongest offering, but it also has a fair selection of items for the home such as pictures, candles, dishes, and many other items.

The selection rotates through. Definitely worth a look.

I found an ottoman that I loved at the Guelph location and wanted to look for an identical one so called this location and they said that they were unable to look for the item. I had the tag information and it was an exact item and they could not be bothered to look. I will not be shopping there anytime in the future and will be rethinking shopping at winners in general.

I like Winners and this one is up there. It's what you'd expect to find at a Winners. It's selection is average but prices are what you'd want at a Winners. I'd recommend it to my mum so it's good enough for you!
