My recent experience at Winners was disappointing. The manager demonstrated a lack of consideration and failed to provide satisfactory customer service. I found that my concerns were not addressed, and the overall experience was poor. I would advise others to reconsider visiting this store until improvements are made in customer service.we did not expect from a huge brand to hire such untrained and unprofessinal employees that do not understand the customers concerns.

This got to be one of the hugest Winners out there.
Probably due to the Holiday season is approaching, there is clutter everywhere.

Great assortment, and you can find all branded goods for a very reasonable price.

Do visit them.

Don’t go! They sell Expired candy. Manger was rude, didn’t even apologize properly. Terrible location

Winners is best perfect place for shopping like best for buying handbags of brands, clothes, body products, heels

Some decent deals to be had if you are willing to wait in the ridiculous check out line. 30 people in line and only 3 on cash on a Sunday afternoon. Watched the manager walk away from the cash area instead of going on cash to help. Mentioned to the staff at fitting room to call for help and they didn't seem concerned.

Oh wait one of the 3 closed and it's now 2 on cash these people deserve to go bankrupt.

This spot is very spacious, and there is a wide selection of products. It is also clean and the cashiers are friendly and provide great service.

Good place for almost everything, do check their clearance racks as you might find something really good

This store has less variety and stock compared to the adjacent location of winners at Matheson

This place has 2 locations in heartland. One on Matheson and Mavis one on Brittania and Mavis. I visited Brittania, it's much larger and alot more collection. I went early at around 11am on a Mubarak and the store was pretty empty. It was very dark inside, which makes it hard to see. Found 2 winter coats that I like t took very long in line to cash out because there was only 1 cashier and she was on the phone getting assistance as well.and I found a kids watch and head phone setbut the box was broken and the price was scratched out. I asked the cashier the piece and if they would reduce it because the box is damaged but he didn't such I thought was a bit rude u could clearly see that the box was not in best shape svbf no way to tell if product actually worked. I think he wanted to keep it for himself

Well organized, clean when I visited.
And found really nice bags by Steve Madden. I loved the collection of holiday gifts too. Lots of things to check here in clothing section too.

They have very good collection of shoes, clothing, ladies hand bags, jewellery and kitchen items. Love this store.

I stumbled across an ab roller so I bought it. Turns out the axle/metal rod isn’t there. Nice….

Was there today around 2pm today.
The store has 13 cash registers available and only 4 were open.
I waited in line for almost 20 minutes.
I finally reached the front and spoke to the cashier named Kit.
I asked her why there were only 4 cash registers open and she replied quite rudely by saying some are broken and some are only used for training.
I actually apologized to her for bringing it up as she was being very nonchalant about it.
I asked her if Management was aware of the situation and she said they were.
My family shops at TJX stores weekly.
I will definitely not be going back to this location and will let others know as well of the way I was treated.

One of my must go winners in Toronto.
However, there’s an old lady wearing glasses worked for the fitting room was really really rude. Not professional and friendly, giving customers dirty look instead. She definitely needs to be trained properly for customer service

Always love the treasures I find at winners. Whether it's a shopping for purpose or just browsing (which ends up with me buying a lot more). Winners!

Winners always give good things superb I recommend come to winners when you need any good clothes really appreciate the stuff and quality

Interestingly enough, this is the second Winners to open in Heartland Town Center. I guess business is so good, they need two Winners just across the intersection from one another. This one feels bigger that the first, it has super high vaulted ceiling and more overall floorspace. Just like the other Winners, this one is very busy. The cash line up goes quick tho. There's plenty of parking space outside but for some odd reason people seem to find it difficult to navigate it as there's some times traffic jams when getting around. Staff is friendly especially at the cashiers. Stay safe out the people and be kind to one another!
