I have no issue with the stores or products themselves. They have plenty of product and are clean (Upper James and Martindale locations) The problem that I am having is with the staff. I find that even though there is plenty of staff in the store, they allow long line ups at the cash register build. Just recently I have taken it upon myself to bring it to the cashier's attention and recommended that they call for additional cashiers to clear up the long line. Yesterday at the Upper James the lady gave me attitude and an excuse they had no staff trained for cash to cover the front. I told her I didn't believe her and amazingly within two minutes every register had a cashier and the line was cleared. Customer service should be foremost. 2 cashiers on registers, with 15-20 customers in line is unacceptable.

As an office worker, I love the selection of men's business clothes at discount prices. If you have 10 dollars to get the pants tailored, this Winners is a better choice than most suit stores for the price.

Found everything I was looking for and a few small things that were on sale. One of the better Winners locations I've been to.

It’s so great when you’re greeted warmly as soon as you enter! I walked in 8 min before their closing time. I was expecting a grumpy look at the door by the person who keeps count of the number of people, or at least a reminder “hey, we’re closing soon”, but no! None of that. The girl at the door was very pleasant, welcomed me in with a smile.

I knew what I was looking for so I went straight to the back where home decor stuff is located. Found something more beautiful yet much cheaper than I had expected. Although it was late Sunday evening/afternoon, you would think the store would be a mess after a weekend rampage by customers but no! Shelves were organized, clean and everything where they are supposed to be. Great job!

Pleasant staff, found more than what I was looking for! Good selection of shoes for myself and nice selection of toys/books for my child.

Selection is very limited and quality is not always the best.the store is very clean and the staff is great. If your shopping for male clothing I wouldn’t recommend coming here first.

Don't really understand the hype of this place. Products seem very cheap. Sort of like a more expensive and fancy dollar store. Would not recommend going here fro anything specific cause stock seems to rotate often as well.

Ok winners. Smaller, older store but bought a few things like puzzles, soaps etc. Overall selection wasn't great but ok.

I went to Winners looking for shoes I found a beautiful pair of men's Timberland boots for an amazing price. My son was very happy to receive them for his birthday.

Was very happy that there were precautionary measures in place including sanitizer, santized carts, questions and temp checks upon arrival.

I havent been here since February but it was a relatively good experience. Staff were doing a great job! Person at front of store was friendly and asked a few questions for entry. Another staff member was reminding people in line to keep distance which made me feel much better since I find people either forget or ignore these protocols most of the time. Only issue was with customers while shopping that literally came up so close they touched actually me so they could look at a product rather than waiting the few seconds it takes for someone to grab their items and go. They even reached in front of my face.
In the end I got what I needed, checkout was quick, they had every one open, return was easy and I had an okay experience. Parking was surprisingly packed, Id figured itd be empty since restaurants have reduced capacity and Winners wasn't too busy, but still had to walk quite a distance.

I always find the best brands here for great prices, you really have to look through everything but you will definitely find really nice clothes

I just love this store as it’s one stop shop for most of your needs. Lots of variety to choose from, branded stuff with good pricing. Love there kids clothing and other stuff. Also household items and good variety and good price. One of my favourite store.

Went in for 1 item, came out with 4! Always good deals at winners, better grab them when you see them or they will be gone!

Will be sooo glad when they get more stock. Went to 3 stores before i found towels in colour i needed. Most stores had an abundance of white and nothing else. Other than that great experience.

Winners is a clothing store that sells up to 5-X sizes. It also sells many accessories like purses, shoes, hats, jewellery, perfumes, and gift items. Their prices are very reasonable on all of their items. Sales personnel at the cash registers are friendly and courteous. It is centrally located within the mall and has ample parking. Thank you so very much Winners for your hard work in helping to meet the needs of the people of Hamilton for so many years.

It's clean, it's fairly nice. Not a lot of tills open though so it was a bit of a line up. Pleasant experience overall.

Store was bright and clean. The staff were very helpful, with helping me find what I was looking for.

Found the winter boots I wanted at Christmas that were a bit pricey but now were reduced to more than 1/2 price off! SCORE! I, more times than not find great brand name products for decent and fair prices. Big selection to browse through. Great store!

I really hate going into winners I do go in because my fiance does like it I love HomeSense oh my God that place is amazing you find different things there and the prices are amazing if you want to get a gift or if you're redecorating go to HomeSense

I really like this store, They usually have what I am looking for and most times have items have items I didnt know I needed until I see them. Well worth stopping in!

I purchased a set of Wilton baking sheets here expecting it to be a deal. Went to Walmart on the same street to find them for five dollars less.

Just who do you think yous are? Everything is priced as if its Limeridge mall at an actual store. DON'T FORGET WHO YOU ARE.in between a thrift shop and a real named retail store. AND DON'T YOU FORGET IT! YOU CAN'T get mad that I feel this way, its your fault for marketing yourselves that way for all these years. Where do you get off setting the prices so high?

The line and wait time in this store and Marshall's is ridiculous especially this time of the year.

Always something new. Can’t decide prior to going what you want to buy specifically as stock is constantly changing. If you decide you will go back a different day to purchase an item, chances are you will be out of luck. Fun to shop here but takes time. Don’t be in a hurry.

Great store, if you’re looking for brand name clothing for a good price this is the place to go to!

Great selection. Not bombarded by customer service, no pushy sales pitch at the counter. Will be back.
Sales sections are clearly marked, prices are competitive.

Tons of selection for smaller sizes of clothes. Children and infant clothes have much more selection of brand name items for a fair price. Household items are fantastic. Small selection of shoes which seemed quite over priced.

Purchased art to hang in my back yard and fridge organizers. Can't wait to go back to shop some more!

Love coming here for the kid's section, my niece's love their bday gifts every year. Such a variety of items to please the little ones, idk who is more excited about the gifts, me or them

Like any Winners. Store is fine and it is not too small. There is enough parking. No gender neutral washroom though.
