Winners

Everything was well organized and the staff was friendly. But this is a small store, so there wasn't as much to choose from.

It's pretty clean. Standard store for Winners. Missing some of the stocks found in other locations. It would be nice to have more selection and stocks.

Lots of brand name products with budgeted price, new stock comes every week. The sales representative at the Markham road location was so nice and helpful. I'm loving it.

The usual layout of a Winners store - organized, pleasant, airy, spacious and clean with fabulous finds in reasonable prices. I always visit this store and get some items here every now and then. I am always satisfied and happy with the things I bought from here.

This winner always feels a little sparce with variety but I tend to always walk away with something. No complaints, quick service!

Some cashiers are so rude. Today i took few stuffs for return which I bought yesterday from Eglinton & laird winners/marshalls. The tag was attached in the coat, my receipt was there but still the cashier scanned the coat tag in the system & told me that the ticket information is not matching with their system. I told her that the is attached & I provided the receipt then why are you checking it in the machine & if it’s not matching that’s not my fault because the tag is still hanging on the coat. I didn’t even took it off. Then the cashier kept me waiting for 5/10 minutes. She called the co ordinator & then both of them were discussing why it’s not matching with the description, which was clearly a harassment for a customer. When i told the cashier it’s not my fault that the tag information is not matching with your system, I already have the tag attached & also i have the receipt there. The cashier was rude & said “it’s not your fault i know but it’s not my fault also”. She didn’t even said sorry.
I returned & repurchased the coat because I forgot to scan my tjx card yesterday & I mentioned that to the cashier that I’m gonna repurchase it because I forgot to scan my tjx card yesterday before she started taking it back.
Then i went back to my car & realized that I forgot to return a scarf which I bought yesterday also. I went back to return the scarf. Waited in the line for 10 minutes. When i went to the cashier (she is the co ordinator over there but was on the cash). She was so harsh & was asking me why didn’t you returned everything together? I told her it was in my car & I forgot but that’s ok whats the problem if I’m returning now? The tag is there i also have the receipt. She has taken it back & threw my cash, coins & return receipt on the counter top. I’m seriously disappointed today with this winners branch today.

Good brands under one roof.
I prefer to visit there often for food deals on garments.

They didn't have many items like other Winners locations. It was giving the feeling like store is being closed.
