One of my fav winners stores! That always have huge clearance racks with great stuff and not just odds and sods …. Also the staff at this location are overly friendly and super helpful! This is my fav winners in all of Durham region

Carrie at the jewelry department is extremely rude! I was trying on my earrings (with full intention of purchasing) and she came out of nowhere attacking me to finish my shopping and to go pay immediately. She was very rude about it and had a very aggressive tone. She went on about how i “gotta finish up and go” and was not nice at all. I continued to mention that i had no issue paying and i just wanted to continue shopping (in the same jewelry department) for a few more minutes. Not to mention, the other lady helping me out (before Carrie got there) had no issue with me trying on the earrings. Carrie was pushy and her behaviour was simply not acceptable. I bought the earrings and will not be returning to this location again. People past their retirement should take their aggressive attitude else where and not take out their anger on young paying customers.

There are many winners better than this location, No wonder this location is almost empty whenever I visit

Good sized store as it's combined with Homesense. All of the typical products you expect from Marshall's are here.

Selection was really lacking especially for sizes over a medium and even more for shoes. It's also really small.

I had one of the worst and most embarrassing retail experiences of my life here.

The cashier Grace was discourteous, impolite and very rude.
She made a simple process unnecessarily and overly complex and has borderline racist attitude.
She took my ID without explaining why she needs it, and exchanged my product without consent or communication. All I wanted was a simple return/refund.

I have given this cashier multiple chances to reedem themselves and am only writing this review after the third bad encounter.
I'm sorry to say this but she is often in a bad mood and should not be customer facing.

The only good thing was their manager, who was empathetic and stopped what he was doing to hear us out. I appreciate it but this event left a sour taste in our mouth.

I hope they improve this behaviour as we shop at TJX every week, and this is the first time in 8 years someone was this rude and careless.

This location has to be the worst winners I’ve ever been to. The only one so far where I struggled to find little compliment gifts and the customer service sucks. The girl from the jewelry counter tonight is not as smart as she think she is. All she had to do was explain that I had to go exchange the other items then come back to purchase the jewelry. Instead, she cashed everything knowing that my purchases would solely be based on wether or not I could return the previous purchases, while having the knowledge that she couldn’t do the exchanges. After I refused to pay for everything without the returns being done, she got an attitude as if I didn’t communicate the purpose of the transaction to her. I followed instructions she should have given by going to the front cashier first, then returning to the jewelry counter to pay for the jewelry. When I got back, her attitude was worst than the first time, as if I was the one who failed to communicate basic steps to the customer. Won’t happen again though.

Location is great and always organized. Does lack selection, especially in baby/toddler clothing and accessories.
