Great place but understaffed.too much workload on the ones who are there.stocks not being updated refilled.

Customer service was excellent i was genuinely impressed from the sweet, polite and respectful gestures from Ms. Dilpreet kaur. She truly respects customers time and work professionally.

This store is well arranged. Less people. So will visit more often. Bought snow shoes which I think are good but waiting for using it.

Today’s noon stroll took us to Winner’s at Queen’s Plate Plaza.

Store synonym with fresh stock and looks constantly revamps their inner space.

More on display are clothing and home essentials coupled with clearance sale items.

Supportive staff and good distanced shelfs still offers enough space to move around.

Can find good stuff, but for clothing it can be hard to find the right size. Great to get water bottles for the gym.

Its ok. It's a smaller winners. Not too many sales at this location. Free parking. Fitting rooms and washrooms inside

Beautiful and very orderly. Friendly attendance too. My sister and i met a lady who was so heartbroken at this store she was going through a divorce and had lost Everything she asked us to pray for her. We prayed along with her and spoke peace in her situation. It was an Amazing feeling as the holy spirit ministered peace, an aboundant peace and i felt alot of calmness. She Also accepted Christ as her personal Lord and Savior on that day.

Great when you are able to find and get things for a good price or just to get inspired or get ideas if looking for unique items for the home. Also a nice place to go when need a gift for someone.

Always love a bargain. Helpful staff. Plenty of parking spaces. Wish they had more choices though

I’ve been coming to this Winners for many years as I live close. I originally gave it five stars because I love everything in the store but tonight I had a bad experience. There was a man following me and my daughter as we were looking for newborn baby clothes for a present. This man followed us up and down the store. I was about to pay and I noticed he was looking at us. Won’t be coming back to this location. I don’t like to feel uncomfortable. This secret security/theft prevention guy should be trained better.

Since it was raining outside today the line up was about a 30 min wait.

I was disappointed to see not much selection in underwear, bras, and PJs. Those racks were almost bare.

Selection for plus size clothes was not very good either.

Wish they had a jewelry counter like other winners.

I did buy a couple of random items like a backpacks, nose strips, a mug, and jelly beans.tropical flavours.

Usually the store has more and better selection. It is 1 of my favourite locations still

While I love Winners and have been shopping here for almost 30 years, I really do not appreciate my female partner being accused of being a man while standing in the waiting area of the change room. My complaint to the manager, Alicia T, was grossly mishandled. She claimed to not understand what I was saying, and went as far as to say "It's not that I don't believe you, I just want to speak to the clerk to find out what happened. " She then comes back with a 15 dollar gift card as a token of apology. 15 dollars is hardly an apology for a company that totes performative pride month stickers and signs everywhere during the month of June while weaponizing discrimination of gender expression. Oh the gaslighting. I may have to consider going elsewhere for my fun deals. Winners, give your head a shake and get your staff some anti-oppression training.

Not the best selection in womens and mens clothing to be honest. Also, the fitting rooms are closed so theres no way to try anything on unfortunately.

Not my favorite winners. Purse/bag selection is small so is the beauty products section. Not too much selection for household items. I find this location unorganized. It's on the small side.

Good experience over all. Went in to buy a winter jacket for my wife. Found a good one (Point Zero) for a deep discounted price.
I would totally recommend the place for winter jacket shopping on a tight budget.

I'm never Disappointed with Winners, maybe it's just Luck.or Good Karma.but I walk in and within 20 minutes it's In My Hand. AMAZING!

I bought many things today at Winners Etobicoke. I paid and went back home only to discover TWO ITEMS I purchased and paid for were NOT placed in the bags that were given to me after I paid, i.e. 2 missing items. So I have to go back to the store tomorrow and see why this INCOMPETENT cashier who took my money but did not place all the items I purchased in the bags. Soooo annoying! So it seems one needs to CHECK BEFORE LEAVING THE COUNTER, BECAUSE THERE SEEMS TO BE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE AT SOME STORES!

I had to wait in line for 25 min. When we asked to open one more register, we were just ignored.

AMAZING I'm in love with the Customer service, and I love my experience there and great quality for a good cost.

If u are looking to buy nice and quality items with a little bit of discount, then winners is the place.best days to go are Mondays and Fridays, that's my opinion though

Not enough new styles or better quality clothing over the years. Very tidy store though, and friendly staff.

Small, not alot of selection but definitely can find what you need for a quick pop in. Also cashiers are deathly slow.even during the 5 - 7pm rush hour.

A wide variety of clothes for the kids for your self and accessories for the home, brand name item at an reasonable price.

This location isn't the best. The store is generally messy and disorganized. Staff are friendly enough but not enough cashiers and selection isn't as good as other locations.

The store is crammed and not particularly neat.difficult to navigate. However, I can still shop at this location because it's in my old neighborhood which I loved.
My biggest gripe.the washroom. It's still one stall (after renovation) which necessitate impatient people having to constantly knock (even on a very short trip to empty a bladder). How long does that take?
Still, with all of the aforesaid, I can live with that since it's not my home. What really really gets to me though, is the constant messiness of the one washroom stall. Just how much it takes to keep one stall clean! Toilet paper and soap are missing a lot. The toilet paper holder is often missing or broken. Most times there's urine on the floor and the toilet paper sometimes fall on the floor and gets contaminated. People are forced to squat to void and so the seat is invariably wet #scorn #eyesore.
Is Winners in the business of cleanliness? Of all the TJX conglomerates I've visited (and it's numerous) this store at Queens Plate, Woodbine takes the cake.
People can easily wet their undies (if caught up in the shopping), curtail their shopping or forced to skip over to Fortinos (always clean and fresh washrooms) to relieve themselves. This is not fair and #inconvenient.

Please TJX! The public deserves a little better. This is a first world country. Treat us with more respect and dignity. People step in the urine and then take it into the store. What irks me is parents who have their small children on the floor. Wallowing in other people's body fluid can be harmful.

I called the store because I believe I forgot a purchased item. As soon as I call customer service, the staff member who answered my called said hold on let me transfer you to my manager. I’ve been waiting 10 minutes on the phone. I call back and I said is your manager even available, she said I don’t know and continued to put my call on hold. I just wanted to know if I left it there, so I can come for it.

You like stuff, they got it. All choices of stuff of all lengths and sizes. Your place for stuff for great prices

It had a nice interior but it appeared to me that they had an algorithm of lowered price; its either $24.99 or $34.99 or $99.99 on most brands.

Not as great when compared to the other winners locations. If you can do it, better to visit a better Winners branch where there are better options and choices.

Worst customer service.apparently against policy to confirm if a shipment has come in from a canadian supplier! Pure laziness. Other Winners checked quickly. This store is tiny and wouldve taken two steps to conform. Zero customer service!

This location can be a hit or miss, but it's in a great location. Hopefully, they expand into a HomeSense/Winner hybrid store one day.

Please train your cashiers to check that the size of clothing is the same as on the hanger. Now I’m stuck with multiple items which aren’t the correct size

Fewer options than. Winners in like downtown Toronto. But really helpful staff and good options here as well.
