Typical Winners setup. I feel like there is less of some items due to store size. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A good place for seasonal purchases. Mall is under renovation but is fairly clean for the most part. Lots of parking available.

Our first time in Canada and we found most of their items good quality, little high on price but its worth. More variety will be helpful like home decor.

Been here few times and products were very good. I recommend this store for the quality of the products.

Amazing customer service provided by Iffat at this location.she is exceptional and very polite? She deserves a raise its hard to find any help anymore in any departmental stores but got help and she is a Gem!

Just love shopping at winners especially the store on Milner. So very well organized.neat.and everyone is so very friendly. Way to Go Winners Milner.but.went to the winners on Lawrence.and was very shocked to see the store absolutely organized.clean.and very neat too. I had been there just before the Pandemic.and told myself. Never Again.cos it was unorganized and messy.so today I must say. Yayyy Winners Lawrence. You Made my Day.and from now on will be visiting both Milner and Lawrence locations from now on! Love your store Tooooo

There is different types of clothing collection with in affordable price. Nice place for shopping.

As with all Winners locations inventory is hit and miss, depending on what the trucks bring in. Not a place to buy any clothing bigger than large size, the same as all stores in the chain. Staff are great, ready to help when I needed assistance.

Good experience, but less staff to assist and staff has less info about products, i bought a winter jacket but still hoping it will be okay for winter, no specifications listed also nobody knows.

Great deals nowadays after lockdown. Amazing prize and quality. Enjoyed shopping at this store.

Planned yesterday's day around the store hours, which says is open until 8 pm. We got there just before 7 pm and they announced that customers had to make their way to the cash as the store was closing soon. I managed to grab something I liked to purchase, I was looking to buy a few things for the fall. No where when you walked in did it indicate that the store closes at 7pm. While we were waiting in line for the cash, two women in line were not wearing masks and were dancing around everywhere at the cash register. Perhaps your management needs to get things organized and sorted with the store hours that are displayed online and as well as customers who are not obeying the policy of masks. I'm not trying to be the mask police but if they don't have to wear masks why does everyone else have to?

This place for me is one for discovery. You either stumble on skincare you haven't seen before or haircare or accessories or snacks or even fashion.

Well kept and clean but falls short in assortment.

Well managed stocks and shelves, Neat and clean. Staffs needs to interact well more with clients. If you want any assistance with size and price, you usually need to spend a lot of time to find a staff. For that reason 4 stars. Overall good shopping experience. If the staffs are customer friendly, I will come back again and give 5 stars.

Good place to go for shopping for some great deals on expensive brands.i guess they get the stock that were bit outdated which may not sell in branded stores and sell it here for less price.but honestly all the fabric looks good not too outdated. End of the day all matters is how you can carry off with what you wear. Depending on the store size you can expect range of variaties this store being not too big it is having limited variaties. Similar to stores like Marshalls and Tjmax from USA but comparitively prices are bit higher here.

Winners is amazing but this location just has a shortage of stock and not well organized. But it’s not too bad. Customer service was also helpful (I was trying to buy a straightener which they gave me helpful assistance) so its alright, I would definitely go back.

I enjoy going to Winners because I am able to find cute things unexpectedly. However, this particular location is smaller than most therefore their selection of items can be limited. The customer service at this location is either a hit or a very BIG miss. I was cashed out by a sales associate who was more busy folding clothes at the register than providing me actual customer service. I'm not asking for the cashier to ask me what I had for breakfast, however it would be nice for any cashier working there to greet me knowing that I am providing them business. I mean, how about prioritize your job responsibilities and fold returned clothes when there isn't a line of customers waiting to be served? There are also other days where the cashiers are great or the associate at the change room provides decent customer service. Due to such inconsistencies, this is definitely not my go to location.

My favorite place to be in at any given time love love love me some winners most of anything that I purchased are from this store I mean anything from underwear to kitchen appliances to home decor bags shoes belts clothes suitcase anything u name I have from winners love

Picked up a bunch items. Needed to do a return and was helped by an awesome cashier named kayla. She made my day! She has awesome customer service.

So unprofessional. Too busy serving their own staff on break than helping customer in line. Small location and terrible service.

You can get a variety of products that's one of a kind. The reason being the store carries a lot of top brands for reasonable price.

Winners I always my to go place for casual clothing or other routine stuff.this location do have lot of variety as well.but not organized well.people at cash counter were good.but the one in trial rooms were hard to deal with.very messy washrooms on site.kind of not very good experience on winners visit at this location.

This place is small but very nice, customer service is great. Especially the home section, the one with the glasses was very nice, and helpful.

This winners location is on the smaller size. Feels crowded and the selection quite limited, although is very well ran and organized

Compared to all the other winners this one is absolutely terrible. Staff would have private conversations while checking out, also the MANAGER would completely ignore you if they see you wanting to ask a question. As for the the clothing selection it's okay. Over all very bad customer service.

I find Windows to be a little bit pricey but they always have some neat things to look at and they always have some interesting food items to purchase
