Lost the Winners gift card I had purchased a week ago and the receipt! Mary the manager was able to trace my purchase back, cancelled the gift card and reissued me a new one! Wow and can I say she was so friendly and helpful …. Odd in this day of poor customer service!

Great, clean store with a lot of selection for clothes. I've found their jewelry and bags section to be smaller than other Winners locations, but overall still good. Lots of parking. Staff is nice.

Not too large so product can be short but it is still worth going to anf is nice to have in this area.

Excellent selection and fully stocked, with each category brimming with the new seasonal items!

This location open till 9pm and has lots items on clearance sale. Good for buying gifts, Wine for $9, nice clothes, shoes and all kinds of home decor items. You must check in for better deal.

Simply can't stop saying good things about Winners! 99% of my clothes are from this gem of a store and I keep coming back!

Looks like a Value Village. Have seen clothes for sale with rips and lipstick on them. Shop with care.

The Bolton Winners has the best customer service. Today I had an incident and they were just all so incredibly helpful. Kudos to Caterina (I hope I have the name right) who just went out of her way to be super helpful.

When you live in a small town like Bolton, you NEED a sore like this! I have always found the items I was looking for and more! In most Winners at busy malls, the line ups are HUGE and the selections are slim. Cashiers have always been pleasant. Thank God we have a Winners here because there are NO other clothing stores left if you want to buy a half decent gift for someone that doesn't look cheep. Most of our other stores closed down.: (

Interesting store. Some items are pricey but if you look carefully you can find some good deals.

Merchandise is distinguished, absolutely unique, well organized, except change room staff (discrimination) all other staff customer friendly. Good quality products at reasonable prices.

Smaller store with limited household products. Can get a little slow at checkout. Kept very clean and tidy. Great go to store in small town

It's clean, tidy and uncluttered. There is always something to buy even when you didn't know it.

I bought a dog bed and the dog loves it! Also, the quality for the price is equitable.

I love shopping at Winners but it seems that this location caters to older people mostly. I would love to see other style of apparels for all ages.

You have to wear a mask in order to go in! Just a warning to those not bringing masks with them on their trip!:)

Not a bad selection of men's wear bought a dress shirt that was marked at $228 Robert Graham sold at Harry Rosen got it for $80. Great deals for Christmas

PET FRIENDLY! Went to the store with my french bulldog. Everyone was super friendly. Spent $70 even though didn't plan on buying, but couldn't resist the cute stuff

Always find something random for a great price here. Store is always busy and yet shelves aren't a crazy mess like many other locations I've visited

One of the worst stores, not sure from where they get the stock, but some items look like from a donation bin and were already worn, very poor selection, empty shelves, customer service is actually good and helpful
