Although very long the check out line moves quickly
Very friendly.
But a fun place just to look around.

I picked up an item and when I got to the cash realized it was damaged so I asked the cashier if it could be marked down due to the damage, was advised they received it that way. Ok if that's the case why is a damaged item being sold at full price? She was very dismissive. Zero integrity. Bad customer service speaking with bad attitude! I left the product behind. Even taking off the tax would of been acceptable. Bad manager at this location compare to other HomeSense locations that they do markdown for me! Do not recommend coming and get a damaged product at full price!

I always find great things here. And the staff is so friendly and very helpful. I love winners.

Winners continues this season to be the spot where I go for everything except footwear. It's THEEEE place to get your cool T's (and for 14 bucks), spring raincoats and active wear. You don't need a nosy commision-hungry sales person bugging you. It's the buffet of all-you-need in one place. If you find yourself in Pickering, then you'll see that honesense is there too. 10 out of 10

Winners kitchen items are always sold out.they have excellent items for kitchen and bathroom and living room.

Well stocked and maintained, just don’t expect anyone to come and help on their own. You know what you want, look for it. Not a very bad thing if you have time to kill

Best winners in Durham in my opinion! Just the fact that they have a huge selection of inventory to search though and find the best deals. Name brand clothing for a fraction of the cost.not to mention HomeSense side with some luxurious items to browse and gather great ideas for your own home. Must stop for individuals looking for a good find and to kill time!

Always inspiring to have a bit of a wonder through HomeSense. It's great. I have never had any issues at this location x

Just OK. I am a local and visit this location 2-3 times weekly. Never have I been astounded or extremely satisfied with the variety especially at Homesense. There are only 2 isles of throw pillows which is disappointing compared to other locations that have 3-4. Not to mention the isles are extremely small so a variety cannot be carried. Some pillows look like they have been sitting on the shelf for weeks as I visit so often and see the same styles sitting there. According to the floor plan I believe they could definitely make room for another isle. Also, there are barely two racks of curtain panels, and the racks are never full when I visit and look sparse. Would like to see a larger variety in living room textiles as this is one of the main things shoppers go in for.

While I was there yesterday Sunday October 2nd closed to closing around 5: 30pm. I went to use the restroom. When I finish and old lady who works at jewelry department said to me that I need to pick up the tissues on the floor in the washroom. She was rude and who is she to tell me to pick up a toilet paper on the floor which it wasn't mind. I'm so disgusted by it. And she should be be reported for telling a customer like myself to say that.

Black lady who claims she's the manager is extremely rude. She definitely needs to take some 'basic' customer relations courses. Will not be back at this location.

Location is in pickering mall. Standard store. Has more foot traffic due to the area but has a decent selection of items

This is the perfect place to shop for totally random Christmas gifts.if they don't have something for your distant cousin twice removed than your only option is alcohol. After a couple of laps and some careful browsing you're sure to find something for yourself and that boring room that needs an exotic knick-knack too.

Not much of a wide selection of children's clothing in comparison to the Ajax locations. It's just convenient because I was already in the mall. The staff was very helpful though

Great customer service with variety of items, some may surprise you! Absolutely recommend this location more than any other ones.

Always enjoy going in here. Long line ups but it goes fast. Always find something new and cool in HomeSense!

Great place for slightly off beat home furnishings, kitchen ware, and semi-exotic food stuffs. Clothes too.

Really good variety of items, and good customer service.line up was long and seemed short of staff, but overall good ecperience.

Great finds magnificent friendly staff very clean environment. Easy shopping no pressure or problems. All of the shoppers very friendly and courtesy. Nice experience over all!

I used to like this Winners for their safety measures (someone at the entrance, sanitizing and masks enforced) during unsafe times, but with the 3rd phase of reopening they’ve thrown caution to the wind. No one at the entrance and I saw a few people walking around the store with masks below their chin and no masks on at all. Very sad that the employees are no longer saying anything to those individuals. They were clearly seen by staff, but who wants to bother.

Love that place I always find everything there gorgeous and modern and stylish. Love shopping there.

I consider myself to be quite the connoisseur of winners. This place gets a solid 4/5 see below

Would give solid 5 or the assortments were heavier in tech and fitness but aware of seasonality and covid influence on stock.

Not the best Winners / HomeSense. It's a scaled down version located in an otherwise dying mall. The Bay and OFF5th are the largest retail spaces at PTC.

Most of the other stores in the mall are empty or not worth visiting. The HomeSense in Durham Center and Whitby are more substantial and offer more selection. The HomeSense on Eglington is by far the best.

Even before the pandemic started, this particular location had low inventory. Same cow pictures and broken items on the shelf week after week. Seasonal decor is average. Area rugs are decent.

This particular location (in my multiple experiences here) are around its staff. The manager 'BOB' is usually on sight. He appears to run this location like a military boot camp, scolding staff and customers in the open space. His presence makes people feel uncomfortable as he often lurks in the aisles treating everyone like potential shoplifters. He's creepy! The sales associates don't really interact with the customers and seem bothered if you ruin their displays. They seem more interested in 'girl talk' then welcoming and helping it's customers. The fitting rooms clerks are useless.

The cashiers are friendly, sweet and move people through quickly.

Would I come here again, probably not. For the quality of goods at THIS location, you might as well just go to Value Village or Michael's.

Very nice and organized, even with the current chaos that COVID-19 has brought down upon us. They also seem very well stocked, which is great news for customers like myself

They always have a huge variety of items! I particularly love this winners/homesense better than other ones.

I am so grateful that they opened a homesense/winners at this mall. It’s exactly what it needed. This is by far my favourite homesense. They always have so much in stock and have the coolest little items you never knew you needed. My apartment would also like to thank this homesense as everything in it is from them ahah.

They could've done better with covid prep. Except of putting some lines and instructions they just put the person telling you to do what to do and I would say it was not in a best welcoming way either

For me its the best place to buy stylish bras in my size without over paying for the brand name.

I can't begin to tell you how helpful Naira was when I came in on Thursday. I was with my son and we were looking for an outfit for a wedding. She came over and assisted us and made our whole process extremely easy. Naira thank you sooooo much for all your help. This woman deserves a praise and a raise! THANK YOU NAIRA!

This location in Pickering is very big and is a combined home sense and Winners - so expect to spend a long time here. Lots to choose from and look through.the challenge is that the checkout is at the "back of the store" so instead of heading to leave you have to head deeper into store to cash out. Well organized and neat space

Nice clean place. Really busy during the sale but still wait time short due to efficient and friendly cashiers

I went shopping here they took my shopping bags. Or would not let me try on clothes. They they said it's the policy however I shop at other Winners and they don't not force you to to give them your shopping bags. For a corporate company they sure no consistency in policy.

The selection on items in the store is very limited and poor. It seems as if they get all the items they can't sale at their other stores. Very disappointed. I rather drive to ajax (hardwood and king)

I love winners. You never know what you can find. I suggest hitting up the makeup section they always have name brand makeup for an affordable price.

Glad there's one in Pickering now, but honestly, not sure why it was ever designed with the checkout at the back of the store. I don't work there, yet I've had to direct people there. It doesn't make sense to have people take their carts full of things to buy, then have them walk back through the store to return the cart.

Makeup section is usually a mess (no thanks to customers, I know the employees try their best).

Would be nicer to have a better selection and quantity of shoes for larger feet, both men and women. Not everyone is a size 7 in Pickering lol.

The staff are pretty helpful and thanks to the manager I was able to make a purchase using the mall gift card. Though this is convenient location wise, I think it would’ve been best to have this just as winners and not a dual store for HomeSense since the layout is odd looking, and the one issue I’ve found is the selection is lacking, I prefer the Ajax location. I guess it depends on the time of day you shop here but I always leave without making a purchase.

I did not like the layout of this store. Found it cluttered in certain areas and hard to find items. I prefer shopping at Winners in Ajax, Scarborough (Milner), and HomeSense in Ajax or Scarborough (Eglington). I decided not to buy anything from this store and go to another location where it felt good to shop at.

Great products but they need to work on the cashiers.way too long.you need a solution.have people waiting way too long.gets frustrating
