Store manager, Ingrid, looks down on the customer, she speaks disparagingly, and judges the customer based on age, ethnicity, and immigrant status. All older women, of white descent, the employees at this store, are rude and racists.

Rita, manager, also super nasty and disrespectful. She ordered me to take my return items out of the bag, and told me that I am rude. She said that her employees cannot touch my bag, while they can touch the jacket that I also handled. Obviously, in the real life this sort of person doesn't respect any rules at all. Being nasty and dominant. I am 68 years old person, and this woman labels me being nasty. Figure who is rude.

It's hit and miss when it comes to finding the right clothing item but sometimes you strike oil.

Great location and great store managers and staff. The customer service is excellent there. Consider that there is a limited variety of selections, like there is no kids and men footwear section.

I ️ all winners, I shop there every of days. I wonder how much I've lost by not using loyally card.

This location is ok but it is not a full sized store and I find the stock is pretty boring. It's also a very cramped and small store, so not the most enjoyable shopping experience.

I've been shopping at winners all my life and this is by far the worst one of them all. I've come here twice already and wasted my time on both occasions. Very very bad selection for men's clothing, and no men's footwear at all. I should be compensated for the waste of time I spent looking for anything worthwhile. You're better off going to Walmart.

Not the biggest selection but good enough for basics. If you're looking for a bigger location, check out Laird for a place close by or College Park for a transit-friendly option.

They used to carry a good selection of lotions that did not contain perfumes, but now most are heavily scented.yuck. Most of the Euro products are too perfumed. Cashier was unpleasant. What happened to this place?

They should have changed its manegment long time ago.

Very small location for a Winners or at least feels that way, thus not as much selection as the other many locations.

Nice beauty section and fitness apparel but lacking in variety for other areas like shoes, sleep attire, and socks.

The staff here are a great bunch! Wish I could say the same for the women's clothing section. Considering they are one of very few clothing stores in the area, the selection here is awful.

Store merchandising reminds me of a thrift store. Very disappointing. Should look at Marshall's in Leaside.

Really good glad it's finally open. Just disappointed that they didn't have everything I was looking for for example housewares and linens

If you're looking for women's clothes then this one is good for you. Literally 85% of the store is woman's stuff. They don't carry men's shoes at all. If you're looking for basic mens stuff you can find some pretty average stuff there but in my opinion this one is geared more towards women

It's quite near to Eglinton subway station that's a plus point for those who don't want to go somewhere far away to shop. The only negative point is that it isn't spacious enough to have a glimpse of apparels. It's aisles are jam-packed, also, you won't be able to find your sizes as stuff is limited and sometimes looks like very dull.

Great location with an excellent selection considering it is so tiny. I ALWAYS walk out with something and it is neatly organized.

The ONLY reason it isn't a full 5 stars is I find they dont carry every department, which sometimes is inconvenient but I've learned - to be expected

I've been in a lot of Winners in the past but this particular Winners is horrible.service was horrible and honestly the store is dirty and in my opinion very disorganized!

It's located in Yonge Eglinton center. They carry Pretty good collection but I wish it was organized better. You need to search a lot before you find something you were looking for. However, staff is helpful. And they get good deals for holidays season.

I'm always here and I like it. -1 star because I just don't like that they don't have mens shoes.

Excellent store, although I found what I was looking for, there was just a few options small size, I rated only as 4 stars.

Very small Winners location in the heart of Midtown. Their Men's section is very small and they hardly ever have anything interesting, and their men shoes section is non-existent. That being said, customer service here is not bad. But overall, I don't recommend this location. There are much better Winners locations not too far from this store, Lawrence and Bathurst, and at Laird and Eglinton.

Decent selection and very clean, but it is a small location. Best for men and women but doesn't have anything for kids.

They have slowly and systematically reduced the men's section so that there's practically no reason to go here. Just recently, they removed men's shoes because "they weren't selling well. " Stock better product, but don't completely remove an important lure that gets a lot of people in the store in the first place. If you're a guy, don't go here-management doesn't want your money.

The carts in this place are always filthy. The wheels are always filled with HUGE dust bunnies. It is a smaller Winners location. Thus they don't always have a big variety of stuff which is a given. I just wish someone would vacuum or rather. Its quiet disgusting to put clothes in a cart that you've been pulling that you then discover has a huge dust bunny attached to its wheels! Nasty.

Staff scarce. Many items fake priced to imply savings "sold elsewhere for" is a gimmick with fake savings.items are not sold elsewhere they are all exclusive to Winners!

Don't fooled by the so called savings noted on price tags.be prepared to buy if you like, but don't expect true savings.

I love this winners and their amazing selection. I pop by on my lunch break all the time. There's a home sense inside as well.

Its a Winners location with substantially less than most others have yo choose from in the stock department. Still had tje good deals. **for men there was a couple really nice Nixon qatchea for $50! **

Not a good location. As all Winners, though, you could potentially find a great piece or get standard bath/body supplies.

Not the best merchandise but the absolute best customer service. Winner's is always hit or miss, so it's great to know you can count on a smile at this location. Top notch.

My shopping spree at this Winners with my neighbour on Friday afternoon/evening was very fruitful. I must say that the employees at this location are exceptionally nice and accommodating. In particular Diana M. Who worked in the change room was off the charts sweet and extremely helpful. She paid equal attention to all of the customers and helped me select a whole new wardrobe. Because of Diana and the friendly cashiers, I will be recommending this location and returning.
