Baby shower gifts are the best while we were there we were about to get outfits and gifts all is one go! Love the convenience! Definitely feeling like a winner!

Terrible customer service. I picked up a pair of shoes that was marked down. The cashier spent more than half an hour looking to confirm the price, couldn't find another pair. I asked to speak to the manager, who refused to honor the price. Never going to shop there again!

Now who doesn't love winners every time you go to one theirs is something new I told myself I was not going to get anything but before you know it I'm walking out with a new pair of earrings which I felt totally in love with even my sister walked out with a pair of earrings and a bracelet and my nephew walked out with a brand new champs sweater and matching jogging pants they have a lot of good deals at the moment and a lot of made up gifts that you don't have to wrap just put under the Christmas tree

The same in many ways. Was not happy with the shelves arrangement. Shoe sizes were hard to find at the allocated areas

Used to love this store but off late that has changed. The racks are dirty, always disorganized, more stuff on floor than on Shelves. Went there today only to see filthy make-up shelves with stuff out of packaging, shelves with stains, and went straight out! That was a gross feeling! Please clean up guys, I love shopping at winners but you're really making it difficult to shop there. Especially after covid when everyone's trying to be extra clean, those dirty shelves are a big turn off.

Love the selection at this location! Shopping at Winners is like thrift shopping in the sense that you never know what you'll find, but you get to avoid buying Uncle Jack's ratty jeans and instead get brand new brand name outfits!

This location had very friendly staff and even though it is tucked away in the corner of the giant plaza, it is definitely worth making your way there!

I think they received new items, if you are looking for fashionable piece, there is a lot to choose from at a reasonable price.

I was specifically looking for a furniture item and had called multiple locations asking if they had the item as it would take me a while to drive there. The employee and the manager Mohit told me they do not do floor checks even after I explained my situation. This was very inconvenient as all the other locations I called tried to help me. When I got to the store, I was very disappointed as this location had very low stock of everything and I was not able to locate the item was looking for.

They always have your high end items at a cheaper price. The only downside is you can't predict what u will get or might take multiple visits to get your preferred item.

I wish, I could give more stars. You literally have to hunt for good clothing here. Other Winners stores are much more well equipped.

Came here today to buy a water bottle, there was no one behind me in line however there was about five people ahead of me, as soon as I got to the front the associates decided to gossip and not help me, for a business which was closed during lockdown you should appreciate customers.

I bought a $29.99 Hillfilger long sleeve and they charge in my credit card for $67.78.i just found out after 3 days when i check the balance on my credit card. Unfortunately, its lockdown starting December 26.

Nice place to shop, found lots of sweaters and Christmas gifts. I usually would spend more time before Covid there, but now I keep my visits shorter. Liked the festive look of the store.

Usually they have plenty of inventory but because of COVID-19 there wasn't much to choose from so I couldn't find what I was looking for and prices have gone up astronomically too. Hopefully it will get better once we all get vaccinated and put this pandemic behind us.

Dress, home decor, toys, bath and beauty etc the catch is that most of these brands you cannot find elsewhere. Worth visiting once a while

On January 15 2020, I had the best customer service experience at Ajax Winners. I'd like to thank Sam (my cashier), Mohit (Keyholder), Nadira and Yanice for an excellent experience. These 4 people went over and beyond to make sure that this teacher (who forgot her wallet at home) was able to experience PJ day with her kindies. I will never forget the patience, kindness, and the willingness to help me out in an embarrassing situation. I am truly grateful for the level of service I received. Thank you again.

Terrible management. Prices on products are constantly missing or wrong and it takes them so long just to try and find something similar to come up with a price. If they cant find the same product, the manager will just make up a price. Its irresponsible.

Fitting room attendant was very sweet but the cashiers need to step it up and stop talking to one another and get to business!

Always find what I need. Today I picked up an eye cream I needed and Himalayan Salt. Always a great price.

New 10 day return policy to try and push a loyalty card. People should want to sign up for benefits, not to get what other stores offer by default.

Clean store, fair prices. Some employees are nicer then others, but all in all, it's a good store.

Plus size section is shrinking (pardon the pun). What they have isn't very nice at the moment. Have to keep looking though as their stuff changes frequently.

Their selection in shoes is poor and selection for mens belt is no good either. Marshalls next door had way more.

Shopping here is like going treasure hunting. You never know what you'll find. Sometimes you find what you want. Other times you find something unexpected. I've also had more instances than I can count where I've left empty handed. Prices tend to be good.

This is a large winners featuring a large womens clothing section as well as mens and kids clothing. They have a large homewares section as well as a good size jewelry area.

Great place to shop, the managers and coordinators are super nice. Never had problems returning items in this Winners. There's always something new in the store and their manager Eugenie or Raghan are very kind and helpful.

Selection is okay. Service is fast. Every winners is different. This one has basic brands. Styles are slightly outdated.

Worst customer service I have ever seen at a winners establishment. Found a pair of lil kid shoes that we wanted to buy went to the cash. They made us wait over 10 minutes for them to search for the price they never found a price so a young cashier says uuuummmm pretty sure I seen them for 29.99$ before and they manager says ok that's what they are 29.99.so pretty much just made up a price. As me and my wife/baby were walking out they were laughing at us witch made us feel very uncomfortable. Will not be returning.
