Winners has got to be one of my favourite department stores. You can't beat their prices and they always have quality merchandise. I buy a lot or my clothes and accessories here. I've also bought some nice shoes here too. You can't beat this location for having a great selection and higher quality brands.

This location is bigger than most and seems to have a better verity of designers material! Staff very friendly!

Need to get self pay terminals or more cashier's - line up at most winners (especially this location) is always exceedingly time consuming for no apparent reason.

Relatively well organized branch, clothes are organized by size and type. You can find some good deals there.

This Winners is very big and always has lots of discounts for branded close and also cheap beauty products. It's always good to shopping with kids there, they can find a toy.

Zero stars. Very negative experience at Winners Lawrence Plaza. I was ignored many times at Jewellery Counter even when I was next in line. Even when no customers left at counter still ignored. I had to call Manager to be served. Very ignorant representative particularly one with the long hair who did this and also coughed into her glove and continued to serve other customers without sanitizing or changing her glove. Reported both matters to the male Manager who was quite cold and indifferent. I had another negative experience a few months ago and reported to head office who also does not seem to care.
Althpugh external customer agency, and other organizations gave me great support. I also asked those close to me to not purchase me/ generally gifts there this holiday season. Not sure what has happened to this store/retailer. Best to avoid unless absolutely necessary. Many other options these days to give business to who do not behave in this negative manner. Every other business in the plaza, online and in malls provide exceptional service during pandemic and holiday season and who will continue to gain my repeat majority of business instead of this Winners.

One of the better Winners in Toronto. You might get lucky and find some great clothes. Depends on their stock.

Many nice fashionable items with same price as other winners but selection of items Is larger and more up to date

Absolutely wonderful place to shop, the findings surpasses what I've seen in other winners locations.
Because of its location, you can really find exclusive buys.

One of the best. Wide store. Size wise may be medium. Still can find good stuff. Huge parking lot just close to other stores like staples, THD, Walmart and more.
Easy to drive, just beside HWY7, Yonge St, and close to Bayview and HWY 407.

Biggest winners I have been to with complete product line and SIZES which is a huge issue at Winners.

The experience at this winners lacks the zest it had before Covid. The shoes shelves are empty, most stock is very low in mens section. Shelves are empty

All the employees were kind and diligent. The lady at the jewelry department was great and very patient with me! I'll definitely go back

When open it was a great winners to go to and find some rare finds, it has a better selection than most winners in the city.

June 20,2021, I was at this store around closure time. A tall woman, employee, was targetting myself, and she walked around me all over the store, anticipating that I say something. I told her that I mad va mistake picking up a wrong hat. Then, the woman scoffed at me and walked away. I am positive that she targetted myself. I am not an Italian, just to clarify myself to your employee, and definitely not interested in her. It is unbelievable, regard to what your employees, women, put me through, in the past week or so, since you opened. I was always insulted by your employees, ever since I can remember, going back more than twenty years. Keep away your employees from me. I am fed up being disrespected by your nasty employees, predominantly Russian women.

This is hands down one of the best Winners locations in the Toronto area. They get the better assortment of brands here. Also expect to wait 20-30 min in line to get inside. Staff are very friendly and the checkout process was fast. The line does move pretty efficiently.

It's one of my favorites, but there was and issue yesterday, I had to return a coat that I purchase for my pet, while waiting on line one associate (I thought she was just and associate) was arguing with a customer, not sure about what, was very rude to the other customer all the customer was trying to do is explain her issue and the associate won'thear of it, little did I know that I would encounter the same fate, as it was my turn, I want to do the return first, the associate at the register went to ask and show this person about the exchange when the associate came back I was told that the coordinator won't accept the exchange, I ask why and the associate at the register said that it she said the coat was used and I told her you see this is new my dog is white and there my be some hair on the jacket, so I ask to speak to management, this person came and told me that she won't take it because it was used according to her, so I explained to her and she is telling me that the coat it's has been used at the point she is assuming something that she don't know, and she left I told the associate on the register to enter my purchase so I can leave, then I ask her what was the name of the coordinator and she did told me her name but at the point I was so upset for the way the coordinator had acted towards me and I forgot her name but the time I make this review, but the coordinator is a tall European thick accent woman with blue hair, on all the years on visiting this franchise its the first time I encounter a person on a high position arguing but loud mouth to mouth with a customer which the customer was actually defending herself, too sad that associate don't have a clue about customer service, so to the manager please address the issue

Got everything I wanted. Very pleased with the safety measures in the stored including the alloted number of customers in the stores.

Pretty great location! Carries more higher end product than most locations. Large selection of shoes, beauty, and mens! Always love to take a look.

This store is well hidden and decievingly big. The staff are super friendly and they constantly switch up their stock.

Best selection of all the Winners in the 416.
The staff is mixed service level capability: 50% are lovely and considerate and efficient. The rest are bored, disinterested and oblivious to long lines and anyone with a question.
But hey, this isn't Nordstrom's. The deal is the reason anyone shops here, and this location never disappoints.

Best winners for clothing choice in GTA and I’ve visited quite a few. You get always clothing that is not available in other stores and you got much more choice. This place is well organized and the staff seems to be always sorting and making sure nothing is messed up. The discounted selection is much larger than elsewhere. Only area that is lacking is the kitchen items area which is rather small and there is too many items that sit there for too long (cutting boards, coasters). Staff is great and the cashiers more very quickly to clear any back up.

Great department centre off Bathurst. The buses that connect this plaza to the subway station include 52A, and 52B.

The thing about winners, is that you’re actually winning every time you go there. They’re not lying, they have a large selection of things from houseware to electronics to clothing which is very similar to America’s Walgreens minus the groceries. Great to be able to pick up designer things for an affordable price

I've always loved Winners! Regardless of location, I always manage to find something. In fact, I bought my winter coat at another Winners location and will be going back to see if I can purchase another winter coat just like the one I have. Love the store!

I get addicted to this place, I like to buy most of the active wear here, coz it has a good deal, not so expensive but branded clothes.

I love winners so much. If u compare the prices from others, at winners they're 50% off than the orig price from outside.i got this green rattan bag from winners.i went to mall, it's expensive.

I just left winners 3090 Bathurst street and what a terrible experience! I purchased a fila t shirt for men, a few bathroom items and a rug. I also found two bath mats after searching high and low in the mess they have in their home section and noticed they don’t have price tags. I went to the front to cash out and asked the price of those exact mats as they didn’t have the price on either. 15 minutes later someone comes and takes the mats to try and find the mats out on the floor which they are not because I searched for them. Finally 20 minutes later he comes back with the mats and there is a sticker half peeled off “28.00” and the other one he brought a similar mat at 19.99 for. I explained I wanted the price of the mat (which wasn’t in good condition at all) not something else that was grey. The brand wasn’t even the same. I also asked him if he had stuck the sticker on as it was half peeled and definitely wasn’t there prior. I asked for a manager 5 times and had been waiting over 30 minutes at this point. The manager comes and says he won’t honour the pricing code of conduct when something isn’t ticketed and can’t find the item it should normally be free or at a very discounted price. The manager was going off the 19.99 price that was to me made up because the item was the last one with no sticker price nothing on it. It was also kinda ripped a bit as it definitely looked used. But I am a single mother moving into my place with my son and I really loved the feel of the bath mat. He offered it at 15.00 and that was all. He said he doesn’t have to follow any code of conduct as they are an off retail store, he said it is is discretion so I had asked if I could pay 10.00 I understand winners isn’t no a flea market but the mat was clearly damaged my sister who is 9 months pregnant and my 17 month old son were waiting in winners for over 40 minutes just to cash out. All three of the employees I dealt with were arrogant rude and wouldn’t even really speak to me when I would say something. Worst experience ever! And I love that store so much but I will never go back. I would suggest everyone saves themselves the embarrassment and go to a different store. They don’t honour their prices they are very rude towards customers the store is always a mess.

Always find something to wear and if it does not fit, never a problem to return. Stock is constantly changing and despite long, seemingly impossible check out lines, cashiers are efficient and fast. Lots of goodies to tempt while you wait, discipline is needed to resist.

It's big. Mostly women's clothing. Small section for home items. Mens clothing section is. Interesting. Felt like it was at a thrift store rather than a winners.

One of my favourite places to shop. This location doesn't make the top of the list but I found some nice DC shoes here on clearance for $30 that lasted me a very long time.

Used to be much better. Very good for random clothing at good prices. Labels are nothing special. Nice selection of purses and shoes.

One of the best winners in town. Lots of high-end items can be found at this location. Of course it’s hit and miss.

Found some nice Tommy Hilfiger tennis shirts for $35 apiece and Guess jeans for $40. Also Calvin Klein underwear for half price.

Winners is now very Marshall's and TJ Maxx so the deals are the same and IMO not as good as what can be found at the same chain in the US. That said, it's always a hunting necessity and if you're luckier you find that great item away the great price. This location has a larger selection of Runway, women's clothing, makeup, purses, children clothing and smaller sections for home, men and shoes. There are some nice furniture pieces and lamps as well. Of course, this is apt to change as their inventory shifts so if you're in a hunting mood, it's a nice location to check out.

Overall look of the store was dull with many old items. The home accents section is not well stocked too

There is either small or very large. Prices sometimes have bargains.

This is the largest Winners I have visited in Toronto. There is a very good amount of stock to look through. Line up was long as with most Winners locations, but good amount of cashiers available helps keep the line moving well. The staff are friendly. The place is clean. There is a good amount of change rooms available. Parking lot was busy at around 2pm, but was able to find a spot.

Very rude store manager.she literary told me she is not sure if i am telling truth, just because i brought a jacket back to return because of material defect that happened only in 4 months.you can stick to your policies but be polite.

What stands out the most compared to other Winners is their selection of baby products. It is absolutely incredible. So impressed by this location.

Only downside is; on the weekends this location is crazy busy. Like you will be in line for at least 20 mins if u go on a Saturday afternoom

This Winners is super busy on weekends. Sometimes hard to find a parking spot. Kids section is cramped but we found what we needed at a hood price.

Horrible customer service. Of all the places to put anti theft tags in dress shirts they put it at the collar, when I complained about it to the dressing room attendant she gave me a "yeah" in the most disinterested tone ever, she wasn't even looking at me.

It was a lousy day out side but inside was brim full of smiles and lots of great things for sale and here me with a gift card to spend some money on some sweaters and shirts and pots and pans cash out all in a good day.service was wonderful everything at the checkout went smothly now out of the elements to get home.

Huge selection with lots of staff on the floor unlike some other locations. Also VERY pleased with their large selection of big shoe sizes. They go up to size 11.5 for ladies which is a rare find especially with such a great quality selection. Found good quality winter boots at probably a 1/3-1/4 of the regular price. I've shopped at a lot of different Winners locations and this one is by far one of the best. Just watch out for LONG lines although this is the same at all locations no matter the day lol.

Every time I visit the store, the Washroom is dirty and smelly. Please clean it up!
You have so many nice smelling product in the store, use some of it, clean more often please!
