Pretty good selection but could be better. I went in for one thing and came out with 2 different items for Christmas. It worked out well.

A really excellent store for people who are local. This Winners always has lots of Sanrio items as well as a good selection of handbags and snacks!

A lot of variety but old styles. Found some good
CK cotton boxers and some PJ’s. Spent a lot of money and the family bought a variety of cool stuff.

When I was cashing out I had a amazing experience with my cashier Sara. She asked me for my loyalty card so I didn’t forget it, and she made everything else smooth and effective. This is my favourite location to come to, such amazing staff and merchandise. Will be returning for sure!

Went shopping with my husband he wanted to get sweatpants and sneakers, he could get nothing in his size and he's not that huge. Plus their male footwear was seriously lacking size wise and selection wise. Everything else in the store was okay though

Price is fair and reasonable. Mens selection is good for clothes. Not so sure about the shoes. Friendly staff!

Scored a real gem for a cheap and affordable price, a real steal! They always have great brand names that are worth checking out! Just wish some people wouldn't ruin it for others and open up boxes and steal items other than that it's an ideal place to shop.

This is a great store. Well organized. Typical Winners, you have to have lots of time to shop if you’re looking to buy clothes but amazing home decor section which could be quick in and out shopping.

I have been to almost every winners/Marshall’s/Homesense throughout Hamilton/Burlington/Oakville - this particular location seems to hire individuals who feel they are above everyone who shops there.

If you are a person of colour, young, a bearer of obvious tattoos or piercings or other non-traditional apparel, be prepared to be targeted either on the floor or at the checkout.

My recent experience while making a return was very frustrating and uncomfortable to say the least. The cashier who processed my return of two identical Nike sweaters (one had tags, one did not) and a receipt from just two days ago decided to interrogate me to make sure that I was sure the Nike sweater w/o tags was purchased. This cashier took about 20 seconds to check the item code on the receipt that I had pointed out, before saying no it’s not this one, she then decided to manually type in all twelve of my other items. She then proceeded to ask me if I was certain I bought the sweaters at the same time, and if I didn’t mistake the Nike sweater for an under armour sweater because that’s what she sees on my receipt. I then corrected her and said absolutely not (I didn’t even purchase an under armour sweater?), I am positive the Nike sweater is there and I even described in detail what each item on my receipt was. All this achieved for me was the cashier going silent for about two minutes, I then had to ask her two times whether she found the item on the receipt, she finally said yes (and low and behold it was the very first item code I had initially pointed out, as it was directly below the other Nike sweater item code). She seemed very disgruntled from this point forward as she clearly recognized the unnecessary actions she took to prove i purchased the sweater, she chose not to finish the transaction in a pleasant manner.

To make the situation worse, I then went to shop as I needed to find the same two Nike sweaters in a larger size and ended up checking out with the same cashier. This individual chose not to say a word to me, and saw I still had the bag from my return and just started handing the clothes back over to me expecting that I would fold and put the clothes into the bag (which I did). I left the register feeling even worse than the first transaction and had asked another staff member if I could speak with a manager. The manager was not much more help, she was quite dismissive of my experience and just said “thanks for your feedback” with a smile visible even through a mask!

I am very disappointed with one of your employees. I was in line ready to make my purchase. Once said employees till opened up, she decided to take some hangers off of her workstation. Completely understandable.what I don't understand is why I had to wait patiently as she fiddled with the same 5 hangers for 2 minutes, while the line behind me grew from 1 customer to over 5.

Another employee happened to see this awkward situation and opened a till to ring my items through. As soon as I was called to a new till, the original employee was all of a sudden ready to ring through customers again.

This was very disheartening because either the employee is racist and felt a ways about serving a visible minority or she lacked customer service skills. I love shopping at this store and I have always been treated with respect and sublime customer service so I don't know why today had to be different.

I will note that the ONLY reason why I am giving 2 stars and not one, is because of the lovely cashier who came and helped me while I was being ignored by the other.

No waiting walked right in. However, shelves very bare and racks sparsely stocked. No clearance, no mark downs, no sale items. Signs posted on empty shelves that new merchandise coming soon.

I love Winner, Home Sense and Marshall’s. These are my go-to stores for everything. Unfortunately, I will no longer shop there. I went to this location, shortly after they re-opened from COVID, and was absolutely disgusted to find out that this store was infringing upon their employees’ Charter and Human rights. Making your employees wear a mask, while not requiring anyone else to do so (because legally, you cannot), is mind-blowing. I will not and cannot contribute to that sort of abuse of employees. When this rule is changed, I will happily shop at these stores again.

I really like this location, it is new, it has plenty of parking and it is cleaner and more organized than other locations.
You might find a great selection of home items (similar to Home Sense). You might find brand names at good prices, there is always something to walk out with something in your hands.

Usually you might not find an employee to assist you, minor interaction with them.

This location is more hot and miss than others. They tend to have low stock often. Once in a while I get lucky though and get some good deals. They should really clean their floors more often.

Very obvious that the employees are uncomfortable when she is around. She speaks down to the cashiers and disciplines them in front of customers. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!

It's good, I usually catch some nice offers here. Very nice atmosphere, it's big to roam around. I had some some nice Christmas shopping for kids and wife. No ones asked me for help niether I did ask

Great store to find the deals. They have a lot of products for less then you would see at Wal-Mart.

I really like this winners location. Its big, and the staff is very helpful. I feel like they get better stuff than the other winners for some reason.

It was ok very little choose in mens xl underwear. Was looking for r.b. X only one pack off med.

It was a nice store, employee's were nice. It didn't have what I was looking for but I of course I bought other things.

I have got so many adorable pet items here, it's my main reason for shopping at this store. I actually wish they'd increase the size of the pet area so it's less messy and easier to look through items. I bought my dog more clothes here than I have for myself and quality is always good, much better than pet stores and price is love coming here. Always a nice shopping experience. Staff is always nice and friendly. Stores clean but looking through clothes is overwhelming, wish they had a better way to sort items. And I love some of the quirky good quality items you just can't find at big department stores like Walmart. Picture frames were really nice and well priced too.

Im giving it 5 stars because i always love the customer service but i wish they would lock up their makeup i dont know why but over the last year everytime i go in there someone has destroyed 90% of the makeup, smashed the eye shadows, squeezed foundation onto the shelf, rolled the eyeliner/lipstick all the way up and put the cap on its sad going in an seeing something and wanting it but opening it to find someone has smashed their fingers into it
