Great location, I like that both stores are built into one. You can browse both sides! Employees are friendly and helpful.

Its funny. Last year I shopped a lot for Christmas. This year, I didn't find anything from this store.

Disappointed today, as I was waiting for a room to try something on I over heard and saw one of your staff she looked of East Indian decent or middle eastern was insanely disrespectful to a customer in front of me, accusing her of stealing and saying she won’t let her into the change room without trying on the jacket in front of her and other clothes she wanted to try on.in front of her? Is your staff member okay? I couldn’t believe it, the customer said she would never steal and looked very honest, and also said that she works at another location which I recognized her.very disappointed this staff member should be fired, I’m middle eastern myself and I honestly say the customer was racially profiled and directly attacked by the East Indian staff.not a good look. Fire her.

You probably already know Winners. Good selection of mostly brand names at discounted prices. End of run, old stock etc. This location was a good size, good parking. A bit of a line up at check out but they put more cashiers on so it moved fast. Well organized single line keeps it fair for everyone.

Can always find a size 12 shoes or sneakers for Women, and many other great deals for my entire family

Pretty clean and spacious with ample deals to see ended up buying a cute little decorative item for our daughters bathroom.she's a new born

Very limited selection of sizes for older teenagers. Trousers from kids dept would be too short, but adult selection has too large waist measurement. Also little chance to find matching styles for the kids, basically just one of each available.

Still nice to have this store. Prices are ok for what they offer. Neat and clean, lots of parking available. Some aisle signs not at all correct, so just need to walk around looking for what you need.

Staff is pleasant and helpful. Lots of furniture here but as most winners stores, you have to browse the clothes to find anything.

Store had amazing assortment of everything. Seemed like new buyers as items were different and up to date

Good place to get some good quality home stuff. Apparently selections are limited, but they do have some neat design products, and some surprise stuff, like some good organic tea I found there

Best place to find unique items for doing home decorations. Normally a busy store and merchandise offers good value for money. There is ample parking space outside and has wheel chair accessible entrance.

This is one of the best homesense stores I've been too. So much product. Great selection. Always clean and organized. Definitely worth the trip!

This store is so SLOW! It is absolutely ridiculous! The line ups are always long and the cashiers are so slow. I’ve spent more time leaving my shopping behind than actually buying items here.

The Winners/ HomeSense at Appleby and Dundas has terrible customer service. I purchased my TJX card there over 3 months ago and the cashier told me to just simple use it; scan it during each purchase and it would register my receipts and extend my return time from 10 days to 30 days. I've been using it for 3 ENTIRE MONTHS. I go there yesterday to go return something THAT I BOUGHT AT THAT STORE and gave them my card. They said the card isn't registered and nothing has been logged; they can return it and give me a gift card. I show them the purchase on my credit card and they told me they can't find it. Berna, the woman who was "helping" me, who I believe is a manager said it's not their responsibility to explain to customers that the cards need to be registered, nor is it their responsibility to tell them when the card is scanned if it's not actually working because it's not registered. She showed me the paper that go with the TJX card when you receive a new one and told me to read it - WHO DOES THAT? She then asked me of my ID, I gave it to her in my wallet because it's impossible to take out and she refused to touch it and made me hold it up for her to read? I said the woman who was helping me before you had no issue touching it, what's your problem? She said the other woman was "just a cashier". So now she's belittling the other employees in the store. So now, not only was she extremely rude and condescending to a customer, but she's the same to the staff - how is she still working there? She then took her sweet time doing the paperwork, smiling and being smug the entire time.

She needs some additional training on how to help customers.

Wow. Wish bags were free. Ridiculous their whole program they should have paper bags. They run out of stock fast so if u see it buy it. DONT Wait!
Returns easy.

Not happy with this store. Took 20 mins of my time to deny a return for a gift without receipt, whose brand they carry in store. Returned to Burlington Mall location without issues - they compared to similar items and estimated the correct price.

Highly recommended place for furniture and household. Staff is very nice at cashiers but no one to help out elsewhere in the store

This store is huge. Lots to look through, however the racks of clothes were very messy and needed to be sorted by size. A lot of the shelves needed tidying as well, many things were out of place.

Large space, well organized, and fast turnover of goods. I visit once a week and always see new things at this location. Great staff too.

I wanted to buy a product and it was marked down, once I got to the cashier she scanned it out and said the sticker is wrong and it was original price. It seems this is normal in this store, as the store supervisor told me. So be careful.

Its nice to have both stores together so i dont pull my hair out having to walk around while she looks for face creams.

Fantastic assortment of designer brands in clothing for the whole family, great selection of shoes & handbags & accessories. Very impressed with the jewelry selection, loved the many MICHAEL KORS bracelets that I bought as gifts for friends in Ireland. The home section offered an array of top quality name brand items. The customer was beyond exceptional. Thank you to everyone especially the jewelry department.

Huge store, great selection. You can wander through both sections and not have to worry about paying before moving onto the next.

Good prices, multiple products, big variety. You can find almost everything there! Also the exchange is easy to be done.

Nice place for shopping. Many brands with nice prices. All categories like men women children wear and also some good home accessories.

That the HomeSense and winners are in one store, there's a decent selection of items. My only gripe is that there winter clearance was not as extensive as other stores.

They always have very nice products. Its hard to window shop there because you can always find something for a great deal
