Winnie's Gluten-Free Kitchen

This used to be my go to since they opened but over time the quality/taste has really dropped. The prices seem to rise while the portions seem to shrink. Was really disappointed in the flavour and size of the squares I bought last week, 2/3 to 1/2 the size of even a year ago. There are better options in KW now, for the price you pay they are just not worth it anymore.

Was in Kitchener and chanced upon this today. Delicious treats! I tried the Hello Dolly, date and raspberry squares. Would be willing to drive again from GTA for this

Top quality service from a top quality bakery exclusive to gluten free treats and basics. I could not find anything here that I would not recommend. They can do flaky pastries, and pierogies that are just like the non gluten-free comparitors if not better (I am not celiac, my wife and step father are, so I can compare things for them.) There is always something new being tried, and a lot of standard products. It is a gem and the area knows it. Get there when they open if you want to make sure you get something, or order ahead of time.

I was really happy with the quality of the cupcakes I bought. The flavours and texture of the gluten and dairy free cupcakes were very good. It's a bit pricy, but for those that need these hard to find, specialty desserts, it's worth it.

I went to Winnie’s bakery for the first time yesterday. I bought some dairy free brownies, butter tarts and lemon bars to try since my diet recently changed for health reasons. I must say the lemon bars are so delicious!
I haven’t tried the others yet, but I’m sure they will taste as delicious! Will be returning! Best bakery in town! Highly recommend visiting this bakery!

Always a great visit, lots of gluten free treats, bread, pies, etc. The baking is excellent.

If we lived close-by, I'd literally gain 100lb.
Been celiac since I was 4 and have tried EVERY gluten-free bakery in southern Ontario. I can confidently say Winnie's is hands down the best!
There hasn't been a single item purchased that wasn't hoovered down by my family.
Fruit turnovers 10/10.
Savoury Foldovers 10/10.
Patties and Sausage Rolls 10/10.
Squares 9/10
Eclairs 100/10

Pricing is very competitive and taking into account the size and quality of ingredients, they're definitely cheaper than other GF bakeries. The customer service is exemplary and location is convenient.

We live two hours away and drive in/get it picked up for us weekly and live off of their bread and literally anything they sell! My fiancé and I also shared special moments with together with their food when we started dating and they met my family. Obsessed with Winnie’s!

The friendly service, wide variety of gluten/nut free desserts, the frozen or ready to go items all at a reasonable price. The taste and texture leaves people unknown to its lack of gluten. I highly recommend Winnie's for all your gluten free choices.

Amazing gluten free products. Recently got birthday cake and they do a great job decorating, tasted great!

Have yet to try something from here I haven’t loved. (Get the chocolate chip cookies, they are INCREDIBLE)

Winnies makes the best GF cakes, treats and desserts (we added the skittles). Try their perogies, eclairs, so much variety!
