Winona Park

We arrived just after the Peach Festival, so clean up was still in process, but the park is spacious and lovely. Has a paved walking trail, soccer field and ball diamond. Washrooms, bottle filling station and splash pad. Plus a decent playground set. The pavilion is large with many picnic tables available.

Politeness abounded, among us; many delights, 3 for $5, tucked away for Christmas gifts. Great music. I am enjoying these festivals in the evening; cooler; embient lighting. Rejoicing in vendors passionate artwork; friendly conversations with everyone. Thank you farmers, for the peaches.

Winona Peach Festival at Winona Park
Held every year at Winona Gardens, featuring peaches. Held over 3 days, lots of opportunities for fun, treats and nick-knacks. In this case, we came early to take advantage of the 1hr free rides offered on the Saturday. The little loved the rides and had alot of fun, which is the point. Some however may not be suited for yonuger riders, which was the case here. The rides cost 1-3 tickets with pricing for the largest allotment of tickets of 26 for $40. Lots of parking, with pricing ranging from $5-15, some for additional cost, shuttling back and forth.

Everything was organized extremely well, the craft booths were spectacular, the rides for the kids was a lot of fun and for different ages. And finally the obvious, the peach sundaes were fantastic

We had a great the Peach Festival but it is VERY dated. I realize the 90's are back and in style, but many of the booths are still from that era and don't offer much for new art or product. I could quiet literally walk up to some of the booths and purchase items that I had purchased in 1998.

Winona park is where the Peach festival is held every year during the last week of August.most famous for their "peach Sunday" icecream, so delicious!

Been coming to this park since I was a child and it's fantastic to bring young children- large fields, newly updated playground, outdoor splash pad, covered picnic tables annnnnd this park is the host of the Peach Festival! They've even added new pathed walkways throughout the forested area, so wheelchairs and stroller users can enjoy all the nature as well! Love bringing family and friends for a walk through here, lovely spot.

Quite a decent sized park. Plenty of on premise parking off Barton street. The splash pad is great for small kids and the nearby playground is a good size. Both of which is a short walk along a paved path from the parking. There's also a running/biking track adjacent to the park. The track is great to let the kids ride their bikes around. There's also a couple of sheltered areas to have a picnic. Overall this is a great place to bring kids to.

Great place to take your grandchildren! They can entertain themselves with the splash pad and new climbing equipment!

After our Sun Valley Firm picking our couple families were really looking for some quiet and clean park nearby to have our lunch together. Good, we found a perfect place - Winona Park.

Beautiful park with splash pad, pavilion, swings and creative, baseball diamond and soccer pitch. Great parking too.

Nice park for family with kids. Los of space, play ground, pavilion and trails for running and jogging.

Was able to social distance without any trouble whatsoever! Great place for a picnic because of the tree coverage!:)

Every year in August the town of Winona holds a three day outdoor peach festival. It's pretty typical - rides for the kids, commercial booths, booths with handcrafts, and even booths selling peaches.

Winona park is very big with lots of space. I was there for the Winona peach festival & it was great so much room for all the renders, the fair, games, pony rides etc. It was great & look forward to going to peach festival again. Idk if I'd go to the park unless there is something going on there because don't live that close. The parking lot is big, but not big enough for a festival. If you haven't been you the peach festival you should, also if you wanna check out the park go for it.

The Winona Peach Festival is one of the better festivals in southern Ontario. They have a number of fun activities for the kids, some pretty cool old cars and trucks, lots of really cool arts and crafts for display and sale, and lots of food choices. Good to spend a half day or so every few years.

Great area! Beautiful location and a very fun festival! Glad coming back here for the peach fest. Traffic gets a bit busy in the area but they handle it well.

Was there for the Peach Festival. Parking is extremely limited for this sort of event, and a lot of the park is not really visible.

Great park. Went for the Peach Festival, which is always a great time. Rides are good for younger kids, no wrist band passes for rides anymore. Wiffle-ball toss game will keep most coloured cups covered, thus decreasing your odds of winning.

We go to the Peach Festival every year. Something everyone needs to go to. Local economy. All vendors are different as is the food. So much to choose from.
