Ordered flowers for a birthday present with balloons - $75 in total. They did not turn up the next day. I called multiple times - poor girl couldn't tell me where my order was and kept repeating' the manager didnt call'. The manager never called. Really annoyed with the service

Order received online at 5: 19 pm on Saturday for Sunday Funeral Visit.
Sunday at 12: 27pm just notified via email that none happened for shortage of material even telephone number was provided without any sorry word.
This is ruthless attitude. NO STARS ACTUALLY

I read the bad reviews but still gave this local business a shot. My experience was pleasant; I ordered flowers from skip for the first time and the bouquet was beautiful, fresh and reasonably priced. I will be ordering again.

DO NOT BUY YOUR FLOWERS HERE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend's 3rd anniversary from Win's Flowers, but it was a terrible experience. The order arrived missing an item. The flowers were also wilted and dying after only 16 hours. Overall, I would not recommend this shop, and I urge customers to consider other options.

Update.
I went to the store to ask for a refund. The manager wasn't there but was told they would call me and issue an refund. I never got a call or a refund.

Very good prices, flowers are always fresh, the bouquets they make for you look great, and will have a nice chat with you. My go to for flowers and plants.

Please do not ruin your special day like how I did.
I ordered 3 days prior to Valentine's Day.
They DID-NOT deliver on the day of and DID-NOT pick up phone calls at all. I called so many times but no one picked up.
If you want to save your money, go buy from somewhere else.

I absolutely love this shop. I come here about once a month to buy some flowers for my mom and it makes her day every time! They let you pick the flowers you like and they can rearrange them into a beautiful bouquet. It’s so customizable and perfect.

Absolutely terrible! Ordered chocolate lovers gift basket two days in advance~was not delivered at ordered time. We called and were told email order went to junk mail? When basket finally arrived much later that day it was not even close to the photo and description. I called back asked for owner or Manager was told they are not available. “Employee” would not help nor give us her name. Came to find out I was speaking to the owner! She gave me the name “Jenny” promised she would Rectify the situation as she would do it herself. IT NEVER HAPPENED! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. WILL NOT REFER ANYONE! Jenny ~ you were not professional and lying to customers is not good business!

Win’s weren’t really my first choice but the one I go to was close so I tried this store. But I am definitely gonna stick with Win’s now.
