I do not recommend this real estate agent to anyone, she took her commission before our agreed closing date and discussed with us that we would be receiving a certain amount of money, then changed the written contract in where she would take half of that money. She is very rude on the phone and is not helpful, and says she had no time to sit with us and explain the situation.

Wins was referred to us. We were selling our condo at Bloor and Yonge and Wins handled the listing for us. When we first met Wins we were very impressed. Her appearance and demeanour were extremely professional. Wins brought information regarding comparable properties that sold in the building and as well as the surrounding area. When Wins listed our property, we couldn't believe the presentation. She had professional photos taken and posted these on line, she also had a four page coloured brochure printed using these same photos.
