Fantastic experience having my 12 year old cat groomed for the first time! She got the full workup.and she looks so adorable with the lion's cut! Staff was super friendly. I will be going back for sure.

I brought my cat Alice this morning to Winston and Friendz for her first groom. She’s seven months, a chinchilla Persian. Sam was so kind and accommodating despite my tardiness. She looks beautiful, I asked for a sanitary trim, bath, nail trimming and it’s exactly what I got. Thank you so much Winston and friendz for taking amazing care of Alice today!

Love this place! Been a loyal customer since their first location they always know mine and my fur baby's name which makes me feel valued and cared for unlike other places that only care about the money. They are super patient and gentle with my grumpy cat. He always comes out looking his best which is important because has very long hair and matting is an issue. But Winston and staff deals with him exceptionally well. Grooming is top tear and the price is unbeatable. 10/10

We are first time cat owner and our cat was stressed due to nasty matting.
We found Winston and Friendz. I spoke to Kyle over the phone, very knowledgable and patient. He assured us since it’s the first time the cat will be groomed they will be more attentive to our cats needs. That said, we proceeded to book an appointment to complete a lion cut. Upon arrival I had the opportunity to meet Sam. He is a wealth of knowledge and information. He also assured us we will take your time and make sure the cat is comfortable and not to stress out more.

We are very pleased with the service, advice, and reasonably priced grooming. We have noticed our cat returned less stress, and much happier after the grooming.

Our dogs, Rocky and Daisy, didn't receive the personalized attention we had hoped for. Despite the reasonable price, the services didn't live up to our expectations. We visited on 25 August, While Winston and Friendz may have a diligent squad, our experience with them left much to be desired. Our cat Oliver was under their care, but we found the level of attention lacking. The owner is a great person, but the services need improvement. We were expecting more than what was delivered.

Our little Lola had an amazing day at W&F! She came home beautiful, bows & all. W&F are so detailed when grooming, you get exactly what you request. Pups love to go there, and know they are in a loving environment
