The service was so bad! I took my three kids for a blood test and there was an old Phillipino woman was so bad and impatient and she did the blood test for my daughter so fast and aggressively and she doesn’t know how to deal with the kids. My 5 year old son was scared to do the test and she was so impatient to him that she decided to cancel the test on my son and saying it wasn’t her problem. There was also a young Asian woman that wasn’t patient when she was taking the information and she was rushing me. There was only one girl there that was nice and caring to the other patients and explained the procedures. I don’t know any of the names because they don’t put there names on the uniforms. It was a terrible experience and this was my first and my last time ever coming.

The personal is awful. We had an appointment on Saturday morning, took 2 buses to get there while I am 8-month pregnant. But our doctor didn’t come and nobody inform us about that before! It is unprofessional!

Most people are complaining about the wait time but it's not a big deal, you have to wait when in most clinics, specialists, medical/dential offices etc. I frequent this clinic with my family when needed, it's a hit or miss with wait times depending on the day of the week and time; just like any other place but anytime we've booked an apppointment they have usually been timely if not a bit of a wait. The service is great, doctors take their time with patients and are attentive; you don't feel rushed. Highly recommend! Aside from the Dynacare being only by appointments recently, the medical building itself has most services readily available for walk in which makes it well worth the wait; if there is any. But if you have the foresight/time definitely book an appointment

The definition of a money grab. Owner obviously wants your money and doesn't care about anything else. Completely disorganized and overbooked. They need 2x-3x the receptionists for the current patient volume.

We had to wait 2hrs for our appointment. And another 30 minutes just to talk to a receptionist to cancel a future appointment.

This clinic shows exactly what is broken with the system. Owner collects your tax money and is laughing all the way to the bank.

The doctors and the staff have no sense of timeliness. Dr Sardana came to see me more than one hour late. Why set up appointments if you don’t respect the patients time - I can understand 10-15 minutes late but not over one hour?

Was a patient of Dr. Shiron Chu and could never get a hold of her.even for a phone appointment. Had her receptionist call me and postpone my appointment for the last 2 months. Not impressed. Finally switched family doctors.

Requested an appointment today, but the receptionist said its fully booked and could arrange an appointment after 1 week. It would be nice to rename this as weekly clinic instead of walking clinic.

That was the best experience of my life! I called for the walk-in clinic but they informed me it was the wrong number so they gave me a number to call immediately. I have never been here before and due to covid they were dong phone consultations. I waited MAYBE 2 minutes and spoke to a doctor instantly and he called my pharmacy and sent the prescription over right away. The whole experience took maybe 5 minutes, and it was the best 5 minutes of my life!

The most careless and unprofessional medical office I’ve ever encountered, careless unfocused doctor, I’ve just arrived for an 8AM apt. Booked by “My” Doctor himself, nobody to be found anywhere in or out of the office. Shameful and disappointing.

Doctors appointment for 11: 40, came on time, didn't see doctor till 12: 50. Ridiculously long a wait for a follow-up to test results, need free WiFi or I'm bring my knitting!

Great for a one-stop shop but it seems faster going to another clinic and then go to a pharmacy. I have an appointment and still waited 1 hour to go in and then another 20 min to be seen. Not the greatest medical clinic. Don’t go here if you’re not willing to wait for 2-3 hours.
Why book an appointment if you’re going to end up waiting. Not sure why this clinic still have 3+ stars.

STAY AWAY, Terrible staff, it seems like you need to be in critical condition for them to take you serious. Very rude and unprofessional environment with dismissive staff. I wish I was able to rate this at 0. Someone needs to go in with undercover cameras and record this behaviour and share it on the web or news.

I love that it's a 'one-stop' shop. Lab is open at 7AM. The lab technicians are Awesome! It's between my home and my work.

Scheduling is a meaningless joke in this place. Waiting 1-2 hours for your scheduled appointment is the norm. Dr. Rana has the worst bedside manners. She doesn’t listen to you and her perception dictates the treatment. Hope you never require a diagnosis for a life-threatening condition.

I am such an easy patient and I am still in shock at the horrible care I received. The doctors were nice, but were completely ineffective. Despite me ensuring that the clinic had the correct phone number, they called the wrong phone number for 4 days trying to get a hold of me about urgent ultrasound results. I then clarified again what my correct number was. They then referred me to a surgeon who does not even do the kind of injury that I sustained. And then when I got my own referral, they provided that surgeon with the wrong phone number again. They delayed my surgery by approximately 2.5 weeks and caused me so much stress and so much time out of my day to try to keep calling to get what I needed. Negligence plain and simple. I will never go back.

I'll start of with saying that the receptionists are great and the whole building looks like it offers many medical procedures from having a sports clinic to a walk-in.
Today I went to the walk-in in hopes of finding a new doctor and seeing what was going on in other areas of my health.
I have had poor experiences with doctors, which is why I left my last one and haven't had a set doctor in about 8 months.
I want to warn the women, especially the young women, request a women doctor "that is young", as the men doctors clearly do not feel comfortable speaking on women matters and don't feel the need to ask questions before assuming.
I was able to see Dr. Chambers, and he may be a great doctor for others, but he is definitely not one to see if you are a young women. I left feeling dismissed, with no answers and just feeling stupid. This is the exact reason why women have such a hard time finding the proper health care they need because of incidents like this. I would encourage to put into your doctor profiles what patients they prefer to treat, as it seems like a waste of time to sit down with someone who isn't nearly interested in helping someone figure what's going on with their body.
Thank though.
Definitely will not be back again, but the 3 stars are for the Reception and the Nurses.

Dr. Altitanchy is very quick to dismiss any concerns you have, and will prescribe you the most expensive version of any medication if she finds out you have coverage.
She wrote on file that I was a hypochondriac after asking her to re-look at an issue that was quickly dismissed by her.

I left my work early and got there with sufficient time to spare. I did not mind the wait at all. But I was met with a passive aggressive reception/nurse, she was trying to shun patients away because "other patients have complained about the wait". She said "Look around. See all these patients around you? They will be going before you so come back another day. "

First of all, I didn't care about the wait. It was 1.5h - whatever, I've never seen a walk-in clinic without waiting times anyway. I don't care if I had to wait to closing, I wanted to see a doctor to get a second opinion on previously diagnosed pneumonia on my X-rays from the first clinic I went to, which came on a disc. The nurse immediately said "We're not going to look at that, we do not have the capacity to do so. " This is nonsense, because the software to run the X-rays was on the disc itself. These people didn't even try.

When I did get seen, the doctor was rushing me because he was exhausted and had a long day. It was a wasted trip for me because he did
not look at the X-rays, did not bother to give me any medicine even though he said twice that the antibiotics given to me by my previous clinic would "not cut it" to eliminate the bacteria that I had in my lungs. So all in all, a wasted trip. Wasted time off from my work, wasted commuting all the way there, wasted time waiting. Wasted trip. At this point, the worst thing is still not getting the treatment I needed.

Doc says to come back in 3 weeks. Why? To waste a trip again?
The doctor did not care, and was completely ineffective.

There was another patient with a parent - a toddler having high fever of 39.2 deg C. I knew because the nurse was yelling in the hallway, saying, "Yeah, it's 39.2 deg. It's not OMG high fever, but it is high. " I do not know what kind of response is this, lacking such bedside manners? I do not think she would be saying that to her own child. Either way, did she wanted the parent to wait for the child to have 42 deg C fever before receiving any attention/treatment? What kind of senseless comment is she making by insinuating the fever is not high enough to warrant attention? Should we all wait till we have stage 4 cancer before we get any medical attention? Simply because our condition wasn't "OMG bad enough"? What an idiot. She should be fired. She does not deserve to be a medical staff, rather, she should seek another profession. Perhaps an undertaker.

Have been going here for years. Doctor Lawrence is great and the pharmacist is the nicest guy too.

I will start by saying that Dr. Rana is a great Dr. What's not great is having to wait an hour to see her even with appointments. Today, the wait was 1.5 hours, at which time I told the receptionist I was leaving, and asked that she fax me the prescription. She then got it from the Dr.to give me in person, but 2 hours away from work for a prescription are outrageous. Will NOT be returning.
