I bought a desktop from them 7-8 years ago for gaming and general use. I have never ever had a problem with it - ever. I have not had to bring it in to the shop once. None of the parts have ever needed to be replaced. It is the least stress-inducing pc I have ever bought. That counts for a lot!

Excellent service! I had a damaged hard disk in my laptop, and the gentleman at this store was able to fix my problem. He saved all my data and programs! I strongly recommend this place for all your computer repairs. He is nice, and professional technician.

Kijiji advertised laptop was not available in store (Mississauga) although I called and confirmed before going. The on available was higher priced by $80 (cheap trick). He checked on website and said no sorry we don't have this one. Worst customer service, the person was rude, arrogant, and disrespectful rather racist as over phone he seemed pretty nice. Absolutely disinterested in selling. First time I came across a salesperson calling customer liar when I am telling him the availability of a product at a certain price. Avoid at all costs.

I have purchased from Wintronics since 1996. Terry opened the store by himself on Dundas beside Cawthra. The appeal for me was not the low priced items he could offer, but his ability to get me the custom parts I wanted that a big-box shop would never do. Terry, Ian, and all the other staff that worked there over the years have always been honest & fair with customers I watched them deal with. BUT I see a lot of customers that SELECTIVELY listen to what they are told. When I decided to try android media player they suggested Minix (that was 3 years ago and it still works great). They sold cheaper ones but from experience they knew I wanted no hassle quality not "best price". This has never changed, you pay for what you get. Low price = low quality. The world hasn't changed.
If you go there looking for quality products instead of cheap price they can help you and you will be happy with your purchase. They can offer experience and quality but it is not cheap. Cheap is what big-box stores are for. Custom and quality is what an independent dealer can give you.
