Dave really knows his stuff, gave me lots of advice even before I brought my generator into the shop. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience, the person working there was extremely rude and unprofessional. Never bring your equipment here unless you want to be treated like trash

I had a terrible experience here. Dave was very unprofessional and untimely and didn’t communicate with me when he said he would. My lawnmower was not fixed properly. When I brought it back to get it looked at, Dave insisted on charging me for a cable that he admitted to missing the first time. Given this inconvenience, I though it should have been covered by my initial payment, but Dave disagreed. I managed to mow my lawn three times only to have it break down again. I didn't even bother going back to Wiper Small Engine Clinic. Windsor-Essex has a lot of small engine mechanics- I would highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere if you wish to save yourself from a potential headache.
