Oliver came highly recommended by a couple of others so I gave him a call this morning. He took the time to listen to the issue I was facing with my outdoor electrical outlets, asked a couple of questions, and suggested I check a couple of things. He said he "didn't want to charge me to come all the way there just to test and turn on a switch". It was such a refreshing and honest interaction. I tried what Oliver suggested and it worked! He will by my first call from now on. Thanks Oliver for acting with integrity. I understand now why our neighbours are raving about you!

Oliver is very professional and I am very satisfied with the service he provided. Although it was a small job and Oliver had a busy schedule, he would still respond to my email and called me to confirm the appointment. He also followed up and ensure been no issue post installation.

I called Wire Master and spoke with Oliver about an electrical issue and he came over at 5pm after he finished his other work for that day. Even though the call would be a minimum service charge, he stayed 1.5hrs to thoroughly figure out the problem and repair. I didn't feel like he was rushing, he took his time to provide good service and proper repair. Pleasant to talk with and professional. Thanks Oliver.

Wire Master (Oliver) did exactly what I needed (install 7 dimmer switches and 3 CO2/smoke detectors) on time, with quality, and at a reasonable price. Oliver has earned great reviews and for good reason. I had an electrical issue that needed immediate attention. I called my regular electrician and left a message. Now, three days later, he still hasn’t returned my call. I’ll refer to him as my “ex-electrician. ” I called two other 24 hour emergency electricians. Neither of them bothered to return my call as well.
