Nathan was very friendly and professional. We were having technical issues at the carriers end but Nathan made sure I was taken care of properly. If it weren't for that, 5 stars for Nathan!

Thanks to Mohammed for helping me get 2 lines activated on black Friday deals! It was a very hectic time and he was just awesome throughout. Even with all the chaos of customers yelling at him over long wait times, Mohammed was always patient, professional and kept things moving along. It was a long wait in the virtual queue and I was thankful I was one of the last ones to be seen before their closing time. My suggestion to customers is to be patient and understand that the employees at the booth are working as quickly as they can and aren't purposely trying to ignore you. The more interruptions they get, the longer everyone has to wait. Thanks again Mohammed for the amazing customer service you gave me!

Bill is THE guy you need to see here! He knows every detail about each phone on display and only recommends what he thinks is best for us. He also has patience of an angel! My husband changed his mind several times over a few days, but Bill just patiently smiles and talks through each plan/phone. Thank you Bill for the great service and my husband loves his new phone!

Everything was amazing! They really took the time to explain everything and made sure we understood everything we were agreeing to. Even took only 1/3 of their lunch break just so we wouldn’t have to wait as long, thank you for the great customer service!

Elsa (Ho) was incredibly helpful with getting my phone replaced and switched to a new data plan as well as helping my mom upgrade her phone and change providers. Elsa made it a seamless transition, was very knowledgeable about the different plans and how to best optimize promotions, but was never pushy or tried to up-sell like I have experienced at other mobile kiosks and carriers. Elsa provided the smoothest, most efficient help I have experienced from a mobile service and if I ever have an issue I will be going back to deal with her directly.

Terrible service! I checked in, I got a text that I am no 1 in line that I should wait in line. I waited and waited until no one is waiting anymore. Sandeep refused to serve me because there are 3 more ahead of me. Literally no one is there waiting

The sales person was very patient and was very clear with all his information. The information was easy to understand and absorb. Even when there were some odd questions he had replied with a helping tone. He had told us everything we needed to know step by step making sure nothing was missed out. Andy was very helpful and understanding, what made my experience even better was that he had looked at different point of views and helped by looking at the customers aspect. I was also very pleased with his manner of speech which was great, in conclusion my experience with him was fabulous!

I’ve enjoyed quality service at Costco for years until this time. Elsa obviously has no customer in her heart but her self. She’s very reluctant to do her regular job. After making a mistake, she is not ready to say “sorry “, but try to find all kind excuses. After I bought a new phone, I double-checked with her if the phone is activated/connected and ready to use, and she was very positive. She should have told me that a SIM still needs to be installed. She should have known that there is a high chance that a customer’s old SIM card won’t fit in the new iPhone 12. I made many phone calls to carrier and Costco without resolution. I had to drive all the way back to have the card installed. What bothered me is there’s no APOLOGY in her dictionary.

Elsa at Costco Wireless Scarborough was amazing: knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient! I was on my way with activated replacement phone and better service plan in short order.
I love buying cellphone thru Costco since staff are aware of current pricing and deals across most service providers.
