Very disappointed. I have scanned the the barcodeNo 1 waiting for them to talk. The said soory we are very busy, labeling boxes, during talk the lady was quite unhelpful with minimum explanation
They also talk with some others out of the line in another language, I decided to go another Costco

I just asked the agent to print or resend me the agreement that I haven't received when I signed up the plan last week. She said it will take a long time to find it and refuse to help. Her excuse was too busy, but there was less than 3 people lining up at that moment. I was only waiting for less than 10 mins before my turn, so there was not busy at all. She asked me to come on another day when there is no line up, so it means I can only get help when there is no other people there.

The staff is very patient and hardworking. The way of queuing up by scanning the QR code is also very reasonable. There is no delay in shopping queues. The price is cheaper than that of telecommunications companies.

The service you get is pretty much dependent on luck as some associates feel more obligated to find you the best service available,
Regardless, deals were nothing different from whatever is there online,

Waiting time was extremely long as expected, but it would be better if there's an update on the current position. I only got another text when I moved up to number 3 on the queue.
Rep Sherry was very knowledgeable & helpful, once she attended to me, I got what I wanted in no time.

Extremely rude and impatient folks except Steven who is polite and courteous. I understand they are always busy and especially around Black Friday or Boxing Day! Saw this guy John practically yelling at a customer and not interested in answering any questions. Decided don't want to wait at this place. Went to Newmarket Costco and was met with smile and fantastic customer service. Never going back to this place ever.

Both reps Jeff and Steven are super helpful and friendly.

During the Black Friday sale, the kiosk can get very busy and overwhelming. The team here does a good job at managing customers and providing assistance.

Even though it's super busy, the team displays a lot of patience for everyone, which leaves people with a positive experience.

The multi-language support is also really helpful and accessible.

I been on the line for 2 hrs. Then in the middle of activation process they told me the phone is not available! And they fail to secure on their other locations. This happened inside Costco at Leslie and Elgin Mills around 2: 00 p.m on Nov 18-2022

12th of September went to the Costco in Newmarket the associate offered me a plan on Fido 60 per month with a 10 discount for 24 months and a further 5 off for 12 Months
With a 300 gift card for purchasing the Samsung 20

This plan has been offered by Best Buy and a couple of other kiosks in the malls.
Did not make the purchase from the Newmarket Costco as my wife was not with me. That prompted me to the Costco close to home. Steven said that’s not possible as the plan was only 60 with a 10 off no further discount of 5….
Felt very dissatisfied with the response I got…Have no option but go to Best Buy and make my purchase

Using the app joint the line, then the information of the queue is gone from the app. Could not know where is my current status and expected time of waiting. Lost patience and left.when I got the call I had already left the store.

Sherry is amazing to deal with. My cell provider kept giving her different information. She followed up with her rep and was able to get me the best deal possible. She was extremely patient and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this location!

It was extremely horrible! There was a Bell internet special but Bell did not honour it. I was at Costco Wireless Wave at 4: 30pm. Scan the WR code and was contacted at 8: 18 pm. I was told the Bell did not honour the special and blocked the computer system. There are many customers before me who was given the same answer. The sales people just ignored the the customers queries when we pressed on for their explanations. Bell did not honour their offerings. This is not the first time Bell have done this to their customers. What bad customers rapport that Bell is giving to their customers. Bell is so big that they can do whatever to thrash their customers.

The services they gave were great but the waiting time was way too long. I had to wait a few hours for it to be my turn but the services they gave for my new phone was very good.

I think it would be better if they showed an estimate of how long it would take for it to be my turn instead of just showing how many people are in front of me.

I would rate 0 if it would possible. They advertise Black Friday sales, but half the phones they advertise they don't have it in stock. The problem is, to find out that they don't have it, you have wait patiently in line for like 3 hours. The company won't let the employee to put a sign up like out of stock or something because they hope after you spent 3 hours waiting in line, they can sell you the expensive iPhones or other phones they haven't bigger markups. Shame on Costco they let this company as third party on their locations to do this kind of things

Wait system and prices were OK. Unfortunately, David felt he was all knowing and had no patience with me. He dismissed me so he could deal with other customers. I drove to another costco 30 minutes away to avoid dealing with his arrogance.

Total waste of time. They are advertising great deals but don't have the phones. There is no easy way to find this out. You must scan a barcode to wait in a virtual line for a minimum of 30 minutes to find out they are sold out. They are not receptive at all to putting up a "sold out" sign so you don't need to waste your time waiting. It's a great deal if you can find a location with inventory. Good luck!

Shoutout to Dennis. Hooked me up with an amazing deal. He's super efficient, helpful and maintains his cool even with a huge queue of customers. He so really knows his stuff.
There was a glitch porting over my wife's number and he got on the phone and resolved it asap.
I gotta say that the Costco wireless reps must be the hardest working Costco employees.
Seriously.please get the wireless employees a stool. Why make them stand all day?

I got really best deal for my business account (4 lines and one tablet). The two salesmen were really polite and caring. They tried hard to get the best deal and explain ever single details and make everything clear for us.

Despite some Covid limitations, they are well planned to provide a proper service.
